Jaime was so helpful when I called on the phone to clarify some of the finer points and he was just as helpful and available in person when I signed the contract and visited the premises. The unit is exactly as advertised and the service was quick and efficient. I highly recommend this storage company if you want a reliable place to leave your things!

This is the best storage space in the South Bay! I’ve used them multiple times while living in Hawthorne and they are always friendly, helpful and super convenient hours. He went in thorough detail of all the terms and conditions and exactly what I be paying.He absolutely went above and beyond to help me as best as he could. Went to check out the storage space and the computer was down. I returned 2 more times and found a note on the door each time. Let s voicemail and asked for a return call but never got one. Decided to rent elsewhere. After 3 visits just to see a space without results I wouldn’t feel comfortable leaving my personal belongs there for storage.
