I had epoxy flooring installed at my veterinary hospital last April. I found some areas that had not adhered properly about 4 months later. I was very pleased that Tom came right back to see what the problem was, then scheduled a repair on a Saturday evening when my business was closed. He apologized twice and encouraged me to call at any time if I have problems in the future. They did an excellent job on the repair. I appreciated how Mission Flooring responded when I had a problem!
