Braeden was the absolute best salesman Ive ever had. Communication was excellent. Im very happy with my purchase and I believe good sales people need to be recognized.
In June we purchased two vehicles from this dealership. The salesman John and finance man Adam were straightforward, helpful, and both overall conducive to a smooth buying process. Shortly after purchasing the two vehicles we relocated out of state. I’m not sure that anyone particularly looks forward to registering their vehicles, but I was really dreading the process of getting paperwork sent across the country to register mine. I want to give my sincerest thanks to both Adam and John for kindly answering my many phone calls and providing prompt assistance every time I needed it. The customer service provided by these two has been above and beyond throughout this months long process.
I bought a brand new car from these guys...The entire first month I had it i had no loan. It wasnt until I went to make a car payment that I had found that out over 30 days later.....They gave me every excuse under the sun about my paperwork being lost and in the mean time a month later I took a paycut and they wanted to take my car back. They were telling me because I switched jobs and took a paycut and they failed my paperwork....that I would now need a cosigner. They would not switch me back my trade in because they already sold it before even getting me approved for this one. However after I contacted many legal services they fixed that issue and got me approved for the loan.. Now almost 4 months later I have a loan but no plates or registration. They will not return my calls or give me any answers as to why or what is going on. The courthouse has put time and effort into this (which is super appreciative) and dont understand it either except that nobody has my paperwork....My paperwork had 40 days to be there....I understand things happen but going on 4 months is plain ridiculous. No this is not a covid issue as other dealerships have turned in paperwork alot sooner then mine is being done...there is no reason for it. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. It has been an issue since day one and still continues to be.
I was ready to up grade to a bigger more comfortable car. My husband an I just stopped in to look around not thinking we would be leaving with a new car. The whole process was smooth an quick an I have never enjoyed a car like my new Buick. Thank you for making that happen for me.
Bought a $50,000 truck from them in August, and they still have not sent the title work into the DMV despite several phone calls requesting it since my temp reg expired on Sept 16th. At this point, my registration isnt listed as expired, but invalid, so I have a $50,000 truck I cant legally drive. Absolutely ridiculous. My local DMV office said this is a very common issue with this dealership.
I have bought numerous cars and trucks from these guys. In the past I was treated fairly. I have always purchased lifetime oil changes with my vehicles. I held off a work trip to get my oil changed on my diesel pickup. I went in this morning to find out they now only take appointments on weekdays. In the past it was first come first serve.. My gripe is this is not listed on the website. I understand that changes need to be made from time to time. Not informing your customers is a huge mistake. The next time I buy a car it will probably be from a different chevy dealer.
They were very nice at first i was suppose to be getting a truck but when i got there the salesman told me it sold right before i got there they said they had a 09 transverse so i said i would look at it as long as it didnt have a bunch of miles conveniently they lost keys so i could not look in the inside to see miles they told me after a few months paying good i could get something else and that it had a 172 thousand miles on it i said ok that it will get me by for a few months then i signed papers and gave them 500 only to be told i couldnt take it it had to go to shop first they called me next day in time for me to get there before closing to pick it up the tire light and engine lights were on i checked miles in the morning it had over a 190 thousand then 2 days later the oil light started blinking and havent been able to drive since its my only car and im a single mom and grandma i need a vehicle thats runs i cant even drive it to helena to get it in there shop and it looks like oil was never changed and all fluids were suppose to be filled but they arent to top it off i filled it with gas and it wouldnt start and i asked if they would pay fees for me to take it to shop here and i have got no response
This dealership has no respect for the homeowners behind their dealership. The think it their own parking lot. I am 62 years and I dont appreciate having to park on the next block after a hard day at work. In front of my spot is blocked so I cant park there. The biggest offender is a brown truck license number 544842B. This truck makes it very hard to get a spot in front of your own house!
The salesperson was fantastic I knew what I wanted and he helped me find it. The sell was quick and efficient. The down side. I was told that there where going to be checks done on my car that i would not be able to take it with me that day. Personnel shortage in the service center. Understandable enough. However after I picked up the vehicle I looked on my car facts to see the history. This lithia dealer did not do anything. I purchased my vehicle on the 16th of October and the last check was on September 28th. The oil is almost 6thous miles over due. And the deck lid over the spare tire is missing
The folk here at Buick Lithia are pretty amazing. I did not believe my credit was going to land me in a newer vehicle that I love so much. My sales rep was Kasey, he has a funky attitude that you can vibe with. And even groovier hair to match that personality. He was understanding, knew what I needed and had a vehicle in mind. Between his efforts and Shae (so sorry if thats wrong) I got out of a bad deal and into a better one.Dont think your credit can make the cut? Just go down and talk to these guys and who knows they may have a bit of magic up their sleeves. 😉
My husband and I had the best refinancing/buying experience @ Lithia Chevrolet Helena. Darby our salesman & Adam the finance manager were phenomenal!! Darby was very gracious and attentive to accommodating us, he really went above and beyond the entire time. Because of Darby & Adam my husband and I were able to refinance his truck @ a much lower interest rate & payment along with an extended 2 year warranty. The BEST and most unexpected part of our experience was buying a 2021 Chevy Trailblazer for me!! Again Darby & Adam went to work for us and were able to get me a 3.7% interest rate and a payment that is very manageable. From beginning to end this was a very very pleasant experience for both my husband and I. Darby and Adam are incredibly personable and really make you feel comfortable as an individual and customer. I was on Facebook and clicked on a link to car loan.com. Not even 12 hrs later I had a message from a fella named Darby say that I was approved for a car. I called Darby from work and he did a awesome job while I was at work finding me vehicle. I got off @ 6pm went to the Chevy dealer and boom! My vehicle was waiting for me! Darby in sales was great to work with. Very personable, not pushy at all, just a really good solid guy. The finance guy was also great to work with and was able to get a great interest rate and payments that met my needs.Took some points off for the overall experience as logistically, it wasn’t a smooth or streamlined process at all and it was the hardest I ever had to work to try to purchase a vehicle.

When the first deal on a GMC Sierra didn’t end up working out for us Trevor was able to find a Nissan Frontier that fit perfectly with what we were wanting and ended up being an even better deal. We purchased a new Chevy Trailblazer. We put 100 miles on the car and the check engine light came on. We talked to the salesman who told us to bring it back. We took a half a day off work... drove from Anaconda to Helena only to be told wed have to come back again to get the new car fixed. So... 200 mile round trip and lost work hours for nothing. I got the part number from a service technician and called Dee Motors in Anaconda who ordered the part for us and scheduled service to fix the new car. Avoid Chevy, Buick, GMC of Helena like youd avoid COVID19. Beyond doubt... the very worst customer service Ive ever experienced.

Brought my car in for an oil change. was met at the curb and as led to service rep. Very pleasant person. Asked if had any other problems. Was helped to the waiting area. Service was fast, less than hour.
Took it in for a lifetime oil change, get it back home and it was smoking. Oil all over the engine. Called them back and the soonest they could look at it was a week later. We parked it until the appointment. My wife was given a verbal notification there wouldnt be a charge. She gets a call that the power steering hose is ruptured. We go to pick it up and hit with a $130 bill for diagnosis. Included was a charge for shop supplies and couldnt tell us what shop supplies, since this was just an inspection. They said they couldnt change the work order after it was closed. I took it to another shop and they immediately opened the hood. They called me over to show that the oil cap and beauty cover completely off and just laying in the engine bay. Im not taking any vehicle for any service or looking at new vehicles from this dealership.
Darby was in my corner for the entire buying process. I find that sales managers are continually squeezing every dollar out of the buyer and without an advocate and honest sales person representing you the entire process can be stressful. Darby Gorman was truly a hero in this transaction!!
If I could give no stars I would. The salesmen lied to us telling us the car only had one owner. The Jeep Grand Cherokee ended up being an electrical nightmare and they knew this. Issues with the fuel pump that the service department informed me they never fixed before putting it back on the lot. The service mechanic told me to breath and calm down when I tried to explain everything wrong with my vehicle. Then I was informed they knew it had issues and sold it anyway. This car wasn’t even able to be driven because headlights would keep going out. Also found out the person who owned it before me didn’t even have it a full month before having issues and having to trade out of it. They truly do not care about customer safety in the used vehicles they sell. I was still in my 90 day dealer warranty and was informed the most they could do was trade me out. I will NEVER do business with them again. Scam artists at their finest.

Battery was dead when we test drove vehicle,We asked salesman for a new battery if we purchased, gave us a lame excuse and said no way. We ended up purchasing vehicle.Battery died a week after purchasing a used vehicle, had to buy a new battery, had to purchase a spare key and new fob from dealer to replace the worn out key fob for $300. Communication between sales and service dept was poor, causing us to miss work time for appointments that sales said they made but didnt. Service department has been great to deal with so far and they have provided great customer service.

We have bought three vehicles from this location. We were very happy with the sales department (Shay & Nathan) including Matt. We were taking our vehicle to be serviced there at the service center. Apparently, the service department doesnt check everything! I do not know how you call yourselves a service department but cant explain problems to returning clients. We will not being using this business anymore that includes buying vehicles. We are huge fans of Chevrolet but not huge fans of being played. We are also very disappointed that General Manager doesnt know how to do business and care about his returning clients. That he couldnt actually have a conversation with us to try to solve this problem. Or even take blame that his service center screwed up. We wish Matt, Nathan, and Shay the best of luck at Lithia. They are great guys! We hope that they continue to work hard on their customer service! We just dont think anyone should use their service center.
We took our car in to have codes looked at and after 3 weeks and thousands of dollars now we have to replace the engine. I wish we would have been told the cost difference between attempt to fix the engine or just replace it as I requested at the beginning.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Lithia Chevrolet Buick GMC of Helena. We went down just to sell our Ford Expedition and told Darby, our salesman I wasnt interested in purchasing. He was cool with that.Well my wife and I got to talking and agreed if they could put us into a new vehicle with all the features on her wish list and the price was right, we would buy a new car from them. Darby didnt disappoint.We told him everything we wanted in a vehicle and he put it all together very quickly. He was ecstatic about a certain vehicle and couldnt wait to show us. He was more excited than we were. He came back with a 2019 GMC Acadia Denali. I was floored and a little surprised. I thought there was no way he was going to get us into that. I make good money, but not Denali good lol. Boy was I wrong. Darby and the finance manager (I forgot his name, but awesome dude) worked some serious magic and got us into the Denali with a payment both my wife were comfortable with.Darby was fantastic to work with and I never felt one bit of pressure from him or the staff at Lithia. Never going back. Had an issue with my truck so I scheduled an appointment. Waited in the lobby for over an hour to find out the technicians werent even there and my truck hadnt budged from the front parking lot. Maybe dont schedule appointments for times when theres no techs there?

This team, Raegan and Deejay listened to my situation and helped me save a lot of travel time and money. I got to meet two salesmen because the showroom got busy with customers. Closing was cake too. I have no complaints and recommend this business to others. When I’m ready to renew my vehicle, I’ll visit this location first.
Only talked on the phone with the service department about making an appointment and the man I talked to was absolutely rude. I do not recommend ever going to this GMC location. I have never had a problem with a GMC dealer before, but this location has to have the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered In my life. You’re better off going elsewhere.

I was told I needed a 30,000 mile service including all fluids changed. When I checked the owners manual I found the service is not recommended until 45,000 miles. I did not appreciate being told to return for service when in fact it is not due.

The salesman, Darby and the finance guy Matt sold me a car that was not looked over and said it was fine. It was not looked over at all. I had to add 3 quarts of oil as I checked the oil. I was told it was 25% and Matt changed it to 28%interest. Matt and Darby would not let me see the papers as Matt kept telling me the payments were $249.02 and they are $249.88. Matt kept pulling the papers towards him and told me it was just part of the sale and not to worry!! I had to bring the car back 2-3 times. They did NOT even detail the car, as I had to bring it in to get it detailed. They never opened the hood to have a look at it. When I brought it in Adam raised the hood and Looked at it. Very poor people are running that place!!

He is truly amazing! My car was repossessed and my credit is at a poor rating so when I walked in the door i was totally expecting to be told they couldnt help me. But Adam introduced himself and got a little information from me. The next thing I know Im signing the paperwork and driving home in my new car! Adam is a salesman who really cares about his clients and in this day and age you dont find that very often. Thank you Adam! And thank you Chevrolet Buick GMC of Helena! Hold on to Adam. I bought a lifetime service agreement with my new Yukon. I dropped it off for a service and when I picked it up I found that the service crew didn’t even clean anything in the vehicle. If I didn’t have the service contact I could take my vehicle to any of the other service locations in town and get the full service, ie vacume windows cleaned etc. I feel that should be part of the service experience.

Ryan was great, showed a couple vehicles, wasnt pushing for a sale overall happy with experience with sale. The frustration I had was after I signed... Signed at 3pm. Truck was suppose to go through shop for detail and 120point inspection and be done by 630. Truck wasnt done. Called at 9am next day truck was in shop but wasnt ready till 230pm.After truck was pulled around there was a 4 scratch that I dont recall being there the day before, and poor detail of interior with overspray. Spoke to Ryan and Management and they said they would fix it.Over 3k in paint repair do to this scratchs.(estimate done by top gun and collision pro)As of now Its a finger pointing game. I have a photo of truck before purchase without this 4 scratch that went past clear coat. Its been over a week and still getting the run around.all I want is this damage to be repaired. Its a bit frustrating when ya spend over 30k on a truck, and its gonna take over 3k to repair, and once it is repaired itll go on trucks record of an accident which will depreciate its value. I would really appreciate if this would make it right rather then sweep it under the rug.
