Ive belonged to Costco for a long time and the quality is outstanding and they always stand behind what they sell.

Costcos the best as long as youre buying in bulk youll easily spend $100 every time you go. Service was great! Bathrooms were clean. And the food the pizza that I have had there is good too!

Im not from the area but the gas station was quick, it was easy to get in and out and the warehouse staff were very visible and offered to help at the door going in and out. So nice!

This is a great location! Surprisingly not busy for a Saturday afternoon. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Was looking for a laptop and the associate was very helpful in answering our questions enabling us to make a informed decision. With the associates help were able to get the other items needed to get the information from the desktop to the laptop.

The Helena, Montana Costco is not bad when compared to the Bozeman store. It lacks a lot of the healthier or organic choices offered in other states. Its up to the management to do the ordering and choose the flow of goods. Unfortunately many folks who work there are catering to families that mainly want to buy heavily processed, pre-prepared food items. Thats the mainstream American diet in the west and Midwest. Vegetables and healthy choices take a back seat.

Costco always seems to have what were looking for. From a shopping standpoint, they are great for our little community. I must say I thought I was going to have to cancel our membership for a while during the pandemic, but we endured their tyranny until our governor canceled their mask mandate.

Friendly staff, good value, we have never been disappointed at any Costco.

This question has long been on my mind when writing these reviews. I guess the answer is more in the vein of noticing when a store lacks something the rest have.And this one doesnt seem to lack in any area.

They need to stop getting rid of food that they carry and changing stuff. Went there for years and now they have changed product which in turn changes my product. It sucks but I still go there for some supplies and the awesome staff.

Love the big store and variety, the diner, and all the samples of foods.

We shop at this Helena Costco about twice a month as we drive from Butte. Last Saturday we saw a really nice nightstand but we didnt have room in the car to fit 2 of them. The following Friday we called at 10:30am to ask if they still had them on the shelves. They said they had 10 available (we only needed two). Since they had them I took the afternoon off from work and borrowed a trailer from a co-worker.We connected the trailer and drove from Butte to Helena and when we got to the store we could not find the nightstands on the shelves. They finally get someone to locate them who later comes and tells us Sorry, they were pulled off the shelves for quality concerns.. I offered to buy them at my own risk, but they didnt want to sell them. Clearly they shouldve said so on the phone when we called that morning before driving to the store. That was the reason why we called.So we went through all that trouble just to get a Sorry... Im extremely disappointed in the way Costco handled this situation that they created.

Very customer friendly and nice people. I have visited here twice during my stay at Helena MT.The Costco membership team person BRYAN is very nice and provided me excellent customer service. He is very helpful and detailed oriented person.The pizza team is very kind and customer friendly. The only one thing I observed was NO AVAILABILITY OF SONA MASOORI RICE unlike other Costco’s. As per my experience all costco centers sell ROYAL Organic sona masoori rice. Here since I haven’t get the rice, I was disappointed little. This is very big store where you can find everything.Very nice collection. You don’t feel regrets to come and shop here. Exceptional customer service

Dropped all mandates for wearing masks at city, county, state levels but not Costco they still require a mask. Why do they think they should govern over our lives? Who do they think they are? I will never go back in there, spend any money or pay for a membership to purchase foreign goods in their facilities.

DRIVERS:I was handed a load here that was already late. I showed up expecting to wait several hours. To my surprise the friendly staff got me into a door almost immediately with no complaints and unloaded me very fast.

Im a personal shopper for Instacart. My experience at Costco is always great! The Costco Team handles as smooth as silk with efficiency, whether it is during shopping rush hour or mid day moderate. I never hesitate to assist in boxing purchased items as it can only result in radiating skills of the Costco Team taking the pass from the stand-in wishing to be part of what is witnessed as complete congruency!!!

Honestly, I went in for milk and I had an open mind (translation: I went without my children or my practiced, No, not today maybe another day. script rehearsed with resolve.)With Mothers Day approaching and a mild hankering for some retail therapy I was quite satisfied with the noise cancelling wireless headphones, Bose portable speaker, all-inclusive hair trimmer (Fathers Day gift), area rug, Hersheys chocolates for the office Sunshine Box, cookies for my crew, a steamer to get the embarrassing wrinkles out of the super cute new work dresses (which I got from CVS on Euclid of all places!), plush shark stuffies to surprise the 2 youngest with, kindergarten activity book, books for the Read & Ride Challenge, 2nd grade activity book, Summer beach bucket/shovel/sand mold toys, easy fill & tie water balloons, tulips and a bright flower arrangement in a stout square glass container for my friend that had my children so I could go to Costco BY MYSELF...I successfully came out with milk and honey bunches of oats with almonds for breakfast tomorrow.Done and done!

I went to Costco in Helena to print off some pictures I had on my phone. I was in Helena meeting with wedding vendors because I am getting married there next summer. There is not a Costco in Wyoming where I currently live. I remembered from when I was in college in Helena that Costco could print out pictures right there and have them ready for you. So I got to Costco ordered about 500 printed photos (All were my engagement photos). It wasn’t until after I placed my order did I realize that they were no longer printing in store. I was panicked because I had just spent $40 on a ton of printed photos. At checkout, one of the workers told me to call the manager and she was sure they would ship them to me where I live now! Sure enough I called and they were so helpful and kind! They are shipping me all my photos and I won’t loose all my engagement photos! It’s this type of personalized customer service that sets businesses apart! Thank you Costco of Helena for you kindness and help!

Everything was pretty good but I hate the way its changing to self checkouts everywhere people thats going to put people out of work and I dont like it. Plus I dont like talking to a machine at the end of the day when Ive been shopping.

Helena Costco is better than Bozemans. It is less crowded, and carries items that Bozeman quit carrying like Kirklands Cashew Clusters. Fantastic place, very happy with my trip.

Selection is pretty good but my biggest complaint is that some of the employees wear just the plastic face shield and no mask of mouth and nose. The face shields have large opening that does NOTHING to prevent the spread/intake of germs and at a time when our COVIC numbers are quickly on the rise I think management should address this. Mouth and nose need to be COVERED so NO AIR can get in/out.

Helena Costco staff always are friendly and focused on fast service it seems to me. I dont think Ive once found a matched item at a better price value in town yet. Nice to know I dont have to price check before purchasing.

Away from another of my home away from homes I go there for milk that cost $5 end up spending $300 but thats why I only go down there cautiously and as little as possible

As a members only store you should really look out for your members. You can NOT display furniture for sale and not expect people to try it out as people touch things all over the store. After being asked not to touch furniture when I really needed furniture, being stalked for not wearing my face covering properly and turned in and then the final straw of an employee being extremely rude while asking me to cover my nose. You guys dont not respect healthy restricted shppers that cant wear a mask and so after 15 years of being very happy with Costco Ive ended my membership. Until you can look out for all your customers and have respect for people with health exemptions I will happily support those that do.

I have been to over 35 COSTCOS in 3 countries & the Helena, Montana was the #1 in every aspect. Both my daughter & I were will take the extra time to drive the few extra miles to shop in Helena COSTCO for all the positive things that store has over all the others we have been in.

I love everything Costco. They carry a lot of organic and healthy food items, reasonably priced clothes, bedding and more. They carry a really high quality vitamin brand called smarty pants, in really happy about. I think they treat their employees pretty well and I see the same people there year after year. That means a lot to me too as a consumer!

Huge, well run Costco.

Costco is not the place to voice an opinion regarding masks. A manager will be called and you will be escorted out. All it was was an opinion on how masks dont work. The fact is those of us with a brain have read the meta analysis of hundreds of scientific research projects concerning the effectiveness of masks, and have accepted the science that shows masks do not work. The false sense of security that masks give people is why we are currently spiking in cases. The same geniuses that keep pushing their effectiveness, are the ones that said it is ok too be in groups as long as you wear a mask to protect yourself. Ever since that relaxing of physical distancing the numbers have been going up. Masks do not work. I cant support a business that violates our 1st and 4th amendment rights. They probably dont need the.over $20, 000 a year I used to spend here. Also they dont believe in your right to exercise your 2nd amendment right in their communist store.

Our local Costco in Louisville KY has quit stocking a portion of our favorite baked goods because of corporate decisions. What a great surprise to find those items that were freshly baked and still warm. Thanks Helena bakers! Wish we could take a suitcase full of cinnamon raisin bagels!
