I have had MULTIPLE awful experiences here. That staff is completely unorganized and rude. ANY other pharmacy will be better than this pharmacy. I will never use them again. If 0 stars was an option, that is what I would rate it.

I have had multiple bad experiences with a certain pharmacist. She is always up front and is always giving customers dirty looks, she is loud and rude. She has insulted me, refused service, she has even threatened to not give me my medication. I ended up switching pharmacies due to her behaviorNext time I go to Walmart I will post the name of said pharmacist. She needs to be fired

They are always, always having issues with their automated call system for the patient to try and autofill it...and then they often do not pick up the phone, forcing you to have to go in just to request the refill. NOT GOOD AT ALL.

The staff at the Walmart Pharmacy are so helpful, professional, and pleasant.

Both my parents are in their mid 80s and due to my moms Parkinsons Disease, require extensive medication (that often changes). The pharmacists and staff have been absolutely incredible in helping my parents and especially in supporting my Dad in being able to understand prescriptions and continue to competently care for my Mom at home. Thank you from our family! The customer service, professionalism and positive attitude from the pharmacy department is a huge positive for my parents and is sincerely appreciated!

I recommend this pharmacy to all Seniors. The pharmacists are knowledgeable, considerate and helpful. The counter staff and customer service are equally good. The price is right and the people are priceless.

Really no stars is my vote. It shouldnt be this hard for elderly people to get their scripts. Every single other pharmacy in helena is 110% better.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I ever been too!!! And the staff are so rude. They messed up my scripts then wanted to blame me like I know how there system works. Then she had the nerve to tell me your meds are not getting filled while your at the counter

Walmart eye pharmacy was ridiculous, the staff working the front desks where extremely rude. My script expired, i don’t have glasses, so I was trying to get some more contacts to hold me through the appointment not available until September 3. As I do play sports and drive, not having contacts isn’t an option, the staff was extremely rude, and refuses to give me more contacts (which I would pay for) I won’t be bringing my business back.

Sunday hours are incorrectly. they are not open
