After reviewing mattresses online for a couple weeks the husband and I went to Denver Mattress to look at mattresses. We were immediately greeted by Aaron. He was attentive but not pressuring. He asked about our specific needs and concerns and showed us several different brands and styles. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the products. He also helped me find the perfect pillow! I have always had trouble finding the right pillow for my neck. He was kind and fun the entire time we were there (2 1/2 hours and 9 mattresses later). Victoria came in right at the end with some free gifts, banter, and a warming smile. Those two made the mattress buying experience delightful!

Contacted the Helena, Mt store by phone to inquire whether they had mattresses for RVs. They said they did and we set up an appointment to check out what they had. Cassie was very helpful and showed us samples of the different rv mattresses available. We asked if there was a comparable firmness mattress for the home on display that would be comparable to the rv mattresses. She pointed one out and we tried it for firmness and comfort. We decided to purchase an rv mattress. The mattress had to be ordered and said it would take a week or two plus they could deliver and remove our old mattress for a nominal charge. We were happy with this situation and will refer other people to the store.

Due to COVID issues I purchased a mattress over the phone. Not something I would usually do since the obligatory sit as and bounce wasn’t happening, Aaron made the purchase easy. He took time to listen to my needs and we eventually landed on a Dr. Choice mattress. I had a really great overall experience and happy with my purchase.

Aaron was swamped when we went in as he was working by himself. He still made sure that if we needed him he was around and could answer any questions we had.
