My mother has arthritis in her hip and has been looking for a more supportive mattress to help her with pain management. Chas was not only professional (not pushy) and kind but he did a wonderful job of educating her on what bed would work best for her. Went mattress shopping, which is overwhelming as I have had surgeries and a bad back so was conflicted about firmness and the “right” mattress. I got a new bed for my mom and dad The sales representative was very informative and polite we even got a great deal on the mattress. we got the mattress and bass in only a week the delivery crew removed the old mattress for them which is amazing ☺️ And the mattress my mother describes it as (sleeping on a cloud) ☁️ 💤 I also purchased a different mattress at Ashley‘s home furniture would not recommend but I would recommend mattress firm👍🏻

Chase and Eric, the staff at Mattress Frim Helena, are knowledgeable and actively listen to consumers needs. My husband and I have completely different preferences in a bed but do not want to feel the crevice in the center of a 2 mattress option. After visiting with Chase on how we sleep plus laying on a couple different products, we decided on the Intellibed. I have to admit that I was skeptical but the comfort of this bed is phenomenal. I know longer have pressure point pain, I sleep cooler, it works great as an adjustable bed and best of all no one had to compromise.The only downside I can see to this mattress is that it is extremely heavy, I am pretty sure I was told over 300 pounds. We will certainly need help with rotating the mattress every 6 months as we get older.I appreciated that there was no pressure or upselling by the staff. Our purchase confidence was supported by the Mattress Firm return and Intellibed warranty policies. In 2020, we became loyal customers of Mattress Firm Helena and have already recommended them to our friends and colleagues.

I bought a split King mattress here while in pretty severe pain. Next day I was not happy with the purchase and went back to the store, with what in retrospect were pretty petty issues. The manager heard my concerns and made it right, I sleep like a baby now. The crew that delivered the bed went above and beyond when they set everything up. Spent more than I had planned, but overall Im pretty happy. Mattress Firm, if you read this it was the salesman manager tout you at 4 your starts, and the delivery guys that bumped it to 5, they were great.

I dropped into the store last week to shop for a bed for myself. The sales representative listened to my needs (budget conscious) and immediately took me to the lowest-priced set. I tried it and decided to buy. He didnt pressure me to upsell. I paid just over $300.00 for a queen set with frame, including delivery and haul-away.Delivery was scheduled for Saturday. Delivery guy called and arrived earlier than expected, and they were both so nice! Offered to remove their shoes, assisted with disassembling the old bunk bed and carried the frame out to our truck (haul away was just the mattresses). They were very careful as they maneuvered the items through our tight space. They totally respected my home and possessions.Definitely recommend! I will be coming back whenever I need beds.

I went into the store with my husband just to see what their quality and prices were for our guest room. We were helped right away and ended up going back for a great foam sealy mattress that was half off because it was a display. It was kind of surprising that they were willing to sell the mattress for so cheap because there was nothing wrong with it other than some stains that would be covered up anyway. The sales team were very friendly and helpful and ended up giving us a mattress cover for half off too. Its nice to encounter people willing to barter a bit with their prices to move merchandise.

Went into mattress firm to apply for financing for a new mattress, was greeted at the door by zeb and chase, they walked me through the process of applying and when i got approved for a smaller loan than what i wanted they did everything they could to get me a similar mattress at the cheaper cost and absolutely bent over backwards to make a very happy customer, definitely will be going to mattress firm from now on!

Dont trust this place. They claim to be the biggest mattress company in the US but really they are franchised and cant honor any claims through the company unless you are in Montana, despite what they say. I bought a bought a box spring earlier this year and told them that I was moving to Albuquerque. I asked them if this would affect my warranty, and they told me that I could take my mattress and set to any store in the U.S. to have my warranty honored. My box spring frame breaks, and I called up them and the store in Albuquerque and neither store would fix it despite their claim. They ran me in circles for weeks between Helena, Albuquerque, and Sealy. I recommend a bed elsewhere.

We went in and said we were looking to spend $1000 for mattress and box spring. The salesman automatically took us to the mist expensive model on the floor! We were not impressed. He was pushy and didnt listen to what the customer was asking/looking for.
