This is a great shop with a friendly, easygoing, and helpful staff! Its a small but welcoming space. They carry some interesting used firearms on consignment, and they even sell local honey! While this store is a good choice for anyone, it would be especially appropriate for new purchasers and folks not familiar or comfortable with gun culture.

This shop and its employees are some of the nicest people you will find in the industry. They are friendly and polite but I will say I have witnessed people talking to them in such a condescending tone. This is not acceptable. Wait your turn. They are talking to another customer. Dont interrupt them. Its not their fault the background check system is slow. Its not their fault the delivery guy didnt show up. When you call 9 zillion times to see if your gun has shown up, it only delays them from getting through the tasks at hand. Go home, put on Call of Duty and wait. They will call you! When your gun is ready to be picked up, put your clothes back on, turn off call of duty and go pick up your gun! Bring all required paperwork too!!

Today was only my second time into Big Gun; the first was when I had some FFL items shipped in and had to go in for the 4473. Because of the virus, only three customers were allowed in at a time. First time in, I had to wait all of about ten minutes outside, which considering the circumstances, was not a big deal at all. Ive had to wait at bigger shops for longer, more times than I care to count since the virus stuff started. Again, everyone working was professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. I had wanted my sister to experience the shop and today she was able to go. Again, we met with professional and courteous employees, who helped my sis look at options for a compact 9mm pistol. We both walked away satisfied customers. I will definitely continue to support this local small business.

I was looking to purchase my first firearm and was very green, nervous, and a bit overwhelmed. I went to Big Gun where Sam and the team took great care of me. They were patient, educational, and offered guidance and knowledge on courses, bullets, and magazines (seems basic but being unfamiliar with everything I appreciated the time they took). Super helpful and friendly staff. It was crazy busy and because of covid people had to wait outside, but I never felt rushed. I was eventually helped by all 3 ladies there, all of them were great. It seemed liked a mother daughter combo running the place and they were doing a great job. It felt like it would be a great place to work, not just shop at.My transaction was almost too smooth. It was quick and easy.The guns were priced cheaper than I had seen elsewhere and I was able to upgrade to a better gun and still be under my budget.I will definitely come back and buy more.

Transfer from another independent store went through in 24 hours AVOID them like Corona virus .

Purchased a gun online and had it shipped to this FFL dealer. They only charge $20 for the transfer and the staff is always super friendly and accommodating.

$800 for a used Glock 19 Gen 4! Need I say more? I will never be back. Prices are just way to far off from other reputable gun shops in town. I’m well aware that this is most likely a consigned firearm, however, there’s a certain point where a store owner must be wise enough to not price gouge their customers.

Honest..Honest!!!Absolutely Fair. Had a devastating event in my life. Instead of taking advantage, they listened to me, I went to SEVERAL Dealers, all males, all of which tried to take advantage ($150 for a gun I know is worth so much more). The young lady was Honest, instead of selling, she advised several alternatives.She even said I cant give you what you want and I could buy for less ans resell high, but were not like that. For that reason, I will go back to this store to make my next purchase, of my small gun.

Big gun is GREAT. This review is for Joe Karaffa the broker trying to sell this building on 6250 Mountain Vista. It has been on market for 2 years. At one point he told us that he is going away for a week and to wait. We tried 4 times to work with him on this property that he advertises as motivated sellers. He refuses to provide professional info. If I was the seller and really motivated that LAST thing I would do is hire Joe and his company which has bad reviews.

I’ve bought a handful of firearms and accessories from this shop. The girls are always super nice and ready to strike a good conversation. Very different to some other shops around town that give you the cold shoulder. The frequent posts here on the Facebook page of new guns at great prices is very cool and unique. Somehow they keep managing to coax me in to take a look at something else “too good to pass up”. I live all the way in Southern Highlands, but still make it a point to drive the 20-30 mins back to this shop when I need anything. Great selection, great prices, clean and welcoming atmosphere.

The BEST GUN shop in the entire Vegas Valley. Not only are they entirely knowledgeable and professional, but they are honestly the nicest people around. They also will beat any price in the valley so if your looking for quality with the right price.... there is no where else to go.They put up with my constant visits for a good long while before I finally came to a decision on what I was going to purchase. Then, once I actually purchased it, they had it in right away and got me every accessory I needed and wanted for both the range and daily carry.

Wow this shop is awesome, Ive been to almost every gun shop in Vegas but then I stopped in Big Gun Enterprises and was greeted by Sam, she immediately was willing to help me with a very warm welcome. I just got my CCW and was looking for a good conseal carry weapon, she did not start out by going for the throat as many other shops do with the expensive stuff, she showed me the lesser quality models, I then asked for her opinion on what was a good dependable conceal carry option.Well I decided on the Glock 26 Gen4 that was on consignment which came complete with the case, lock, 3 mags, grip extenders and a beautiful We The People carbon fiber conseal carry holster for a price that could not be matched anywhere, oh the pistol had never been fired so virtually I got a new pistol at a preowned price, thank you Sam!Bottom line this place rocks, go see Sam and her staff because you will not be disappointed...

I stopped in to look around. The staff was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Used to go frequently and spent a fair amount of money. Finally got tired of the attitude from the overweight employee who was usually there. Went in to pick up a transfer and as soon as I walked in was told rudely “you’ll have to wait”. Other shops just give you the paperwork to fill out. Was also charged for both guns transfer fee when picking up two transfers on same day. Have never been charged double by several other shops, both before and after this incident, when picking up on same day. Other shops have said “up to three guns on same day is ok”. The final straw was when picking up a converted rifle, the same rude counter guy tried to interrogate me on 922r. Sounded like a BATF wannabe, who also had incorrect knowledge. There are better stores who appreciate customers.

Never have I experienced a gun shop with a staff that is more friendly than Sam and Steve.They are some of the best people in town when it comes toyour guns and accessories, fully knowledgeable on the products they sell AND offer competitive prices.Honestly, I love this shop for their treatment and service towards a customer who comes in with the intent on spending their hard earned money.Not to mention, they are one of but a very few authorized Glock Perfection Dealers here in Clark County.That means, they have dibbs on specialty, limited edition Glocks, so if you spot something you like, they will have a better chance at getting it for you while supplies last.Go in and see for your self, friendly, patient, and willing to go out of theirway for you no matter how big or small the request.

Extremely rude, my husband and I went in there asking for a VP9 and XD 9 holster, had a bad attitude. Found the holsters ready to pay, we asked for anything for an AK and again, attitude. We walked out and as we put them down realizing we were leaving he tried to change his tune.Lost out on our sale buddy. Maybe he should think about leaving his attitude at the door.

I just completed an FFL transfer through Big Gun Enterprises. If you read no further than the following, you must simply know – This is the only place in the valley you should consider for any firearm or ammunition needs. The owner and staff who were present during my transaction all greeted me, were incredibly friendly, possessed great knowledge with exceptional answers to all of my inquiries, and completed all of the aforementioned without sporting the condescending and demeaning attitude you will find in every other shop I’ve visited (In all fairness I have not been to them all….but I have a great many). In terms of FFL transfers not only was the preceding the reason they earned my business, but the fact they had the lowest price I was able to find. They were able to supply me with my blue card (Nevada registration) as well which saved me a trip to the police station. It is never the positive feedback that is composed (or read), simply the negative, and I would like this to serve as a testament to how positive of experience I had at this store (not to mention I am sacrificing time with my new love to inform you all!). There is not an establishment in Las Vegas that will serve you better.Michael D. Smith
