First time I have felt so comfortable in a Gun shop!Nikko and Tom are so knowledgeable and helpful. My husband and I were just shopping around as we are still fairly new to Vegas...they let us look extensively at their inventory, educated us on what we should research and try out that would accommodate our individual needs as well as where to go, classes and suggestions specifically for me and my uniqueness...even an alternative for someday getting my pink colored pistol! The staff here is absolutely outrageously awesome. Prices are terrific.Even during a pandemic and a crazy election year they did not have ammo but offered to take my name and number and call me when they came in.I got the phone call which surprised me and excited me. They told me theyd hold two boxes for me and 45 minutes later I arrived thinking everything would be gone sure enough behind the counter they held the two boxes they said they would for me.This is integrity 💯 at its best, I highly recommend shopping here I have already referred three of my friends thinking this place is the place to be in Las Vegas when looking for ammunition and arms.Dont forget to thank these gentlemen for taking care of us and America.

My favorite gun shop in Las Vegas! The staff (Dallas and Tom) are extremely friendly and welcome you in like family. Ive made multiple purchases through this shop with zero issues. If they dont have a gun in stock youre looking for, put your name down, and theyll contact you when its in stock (they get shipments in every week). They also offer a great/informative CCW class (I got my CCW with no issues).Tom is so easy to work with and is an excellent/passionate gunsmith! He built me a fantastic AR Pistol and swapped parts from another AR Pistol for me without hesitation. He responded to all my questions promptly (text and calls). Two weeks ago we finally decided that it was time to purchase some firearms. I’d seen the shop numerous times and after reading the great reviews and owner responses we decided this was shop was definitely worth checking out. We weren’t disappointed! They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The overall experience was fantastic and friendly. I highly recommend them!

You know what this guy is absolutely right the new shop owners are different kind of people. Chris didnt give a hoot about anyone and I can personally attest that the new owners are genuinely some of the most incredible people Ive met. They are different they are FAMILYAs someone who moved from California and the first people I met was niko and Dallas I quickly made this shop my go to for all firearms needs and wants. They go above and beyond what any other gun shop in the area will do. If you want it they can find it. They always have regulars in the shop and they are talking about chairs for people who like to hang out and enjoy the environment.That last review is baseless and ignorant please ignore it. People throw rocks at glass houses. Please ignore stupid people that make dumb remarks.

Attempted to call about stock inquiry and upon answering the phone the service rep immediately began speaking to someone else and hung up on me. Called back and was told immediately upon the phone being answered by same rep that all service staff was busy and to NOT call again. I have no experience with this store and because of this abhorrent treatment probably never will. Either have a rep dedicated to the phone or dont pick it up

Showed up last week looking to buy a 45 caliber. I was helped by Dallas and Tom, who are super welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. They hooked me up with a good deal on a Glock 30, and even sent it to an FFL close to my house for no extra charge. 10/10 recommend. Will return.

My wife and I went in last week just shopping around for her to get a feel for what fit right in her hand, and right away she was helped with knowledge and honesty. All these guys were very professional and not one time did they tell her what she needed to buy. They showed her multiple firearms explaining the difference between each and how they could all be changed to fit any need she would have, weather it be swapping out triggers to cerakote ideas. They have the knowledgebase that shows they love what they do, and they enjoy giving you any and all info you would need to make the right purchase to protect yourself and your loved ones. We will be going to this gunshop for all are future purchases from now on. And I will definitely recommend this store to my family and Combat Veteran brothers.

Thomas is amazing and knows his stuff. Rather than dealing with someone that just wants to sell you something he actually takes the time to walk you through everything. I’ve shopped few other stores and by far Gun Shop has been the best for me as far as information and assistance with my purchase. I’ll definitely be shopping there for now on. Also, the owner Niko is usually on site and very informative as well. Felt like I was treated very well and they even helped my wife get fitted for her new AR purchased there. One of the first gun shops I went to when I moved out here, I now frequently purchase from them and have been satisfied in all my purchases .

Had a gun transferred there from out of town, AR 10 Box was opened and the bolt carrier group was changed, deflector was damaged, forward assist was removed and not even replaced,was thrown on the ground as well. Quite sure it was the owner last name Greene was the culprit,had a attitude And a scowl on his face as soon as he was informed of the transfer, bear In mind I had never been in this store before used it because it was closer to my new residence. as a rule I used Ventura ammo and guns almost exclusively but for the sake of convenience choose the gun shop. Not much recourse for me but was quite fortunate the place I purchased it from in Sparks (mikes tactical firearms)fixed up what had been done from there own pocket... be warned

Change of ownership, Chris sold the business! Totally different kind of people own business now! All I can say is We miss Chris, time to find a new local gun shop!

This is a late entry but better late then never. Back in Sept of 2019 I purchased weapons, ammunition, and miscellaneous items from the store. The owner is very professional and an over all good guy. There is a small town feel to the shop and all of his merchandise is at a pretty fair price. I would recommend his shop to anyone to buy from. Ill definitely shop there again in the future.

Bought my first firearm here and was treated good even thou I was a first time buyer. Tony and Chris are great at what they do and it shows that they enjoy their jobs. I came in knowing what I wanted and Tony was more than glad to help me out, not once did he try to push his opinions or preference of firearms. He complemented my choice and ask me if I had any questions regarding my gun, which I did. He took his time to answer my questions and even recommended me to places to go and shoot/practice. I recently bought a handgun from here. The service was great. It look me almost an hour and a half to walk out with my gun but the employee who helped me even shared some pizza with me during the long wait. I would definitely recommend this place

Went to this place to purchase a new pistol because of the good reviews. Here is another, great place and knowledgeable staff! Was there last Saturday during a crazy time where everyone was on a panic buy for guns. Luckily I got one of the last guns they had. Chris and his wife, I believe, relentlessly tried to get thru to the state for background checks for 2 hours straight, they finaly got through and then another 6 hours on hold waiting to run the 21 background checks for everyone who waited in the store the entire time. To burn some time they decided to play some trivia games with everyone in the store and gave away some great gear to show appreciation. Great place, great people and really good prices too! If your looking to purchase a new piece, stop here first!

Gun shop Las Vegas is a great store with great staff. Chris and Josh are both knowledgeable about the products they sell and are extremely helpful. While i was at the store a new shooter came in after purchasing there gun from Chris. Chris took the time to teach him how to clean the new gun. Absolutely love this place! We moved from New York to Nevada, so this was our first real experience with handguns. (Weve always had rifles but NY is not handgun friendly). Great gun shop! Talked to Chris a few times and finally pulled the trigger on a new rifle and was very happy with the purchase and got a good price. Got home and noticed the trigger guard was missing a set screw from Springfield, came back in and Chris went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Purchase a weapon online and had it shipped to this store in order for them to do a background check on me. Service was awesome once I came to pick the gun up. Everyone that works there is very nice, knowledgable and approachable, which is quite the contrary when dealing with gun stores in the valley. Since then, I have subsequently came to this store to buy extra magazines and ammo and I can say that I will be coming here from now on for anything I made need. :)

This was my first experience in a gun store... Chris was very informative and so helpful to me, I went in and told him my concerns and asked him what I should do. I ended up ordering a taser from him that I cannot wait to get.. every girl needs something to defend themselves with I believe, so thank you for your help Chris! I really do appreciate it, I got myself in a sticky situation back in 2011, so I wasnt sure if I would get approved to own a firearm. With his help, we came up with an alternative. I am happy with decision to get a taser, I think I will feel much safer in my home. Especially after he told me the affect it will have on someone if I ever have to use it. Very helpful, very informative, and he seemed like he genuinely cared about what I had to say. I will be recommending this shop to everyone. I had a great first experience and I cant wait to get my taser! where the heck do I go to practice using that thing!? Lol

Greatest Gun Shop I Have Ever Been To .

I called to inquire about having an AR-15 fore end Cerakoted, over the phone I was quoted a rough price and time frame of two weeks. I stopped by over the weekend to drop it off and have the worked performed and I was told it would be three weeks. 18 days later I had a couple of missed phone calls from an unknown number and suspected it could be the gun shop calling about the fore end. When I called I was told it was still about 3 weeks out, when I stated that I was originally told 3 weeks, the person on the phone said they were the ones that helped me and that they never said 3 weeks and that they are usually 8-12 weeks out on Cerakoting. I am sorry but this is an outright lie, I would have never used them for this service if I was quoted that time frame. Delays happen but there is no excuse to outright lie and then tell me that I was told something else entirely. Hopefully I am able to get back my part and money without too much of a hassle.

Owner is extremely high strung and carries very little options.
