Helpful and so far they do great work. They are pretty busy an sometimes its long wait . But they are worth it! I trust the work and I feel they are honest .

We three girls were on a road trip when I ran into some troubles and was afraid that the bottom of my car has been damaged, especially after seeing some liquid drooling from it. We called the auto shop that was closest to us - which happened to be Mr. Tire. We explained our situation and hoped that they could take us in for an inspection, and they gladly did, probably because we sounded really desperate. We drove there, and I saw a sign on their door that said they were fully booked so they were appointment-only that day, which just made me more grateful. The people there were just so nice and reassuring. They agreed to take a look at our car after they were done with the vehicle that they were working on at that time. The inspection was very fast and free of any charges, and our worries were dispelled. Although I dont live in this city and cant speak of my chances of revisiting it in the near future, I would definitely recommend this auto shop.

Very rude workers. Went in to get help with oil change and they are very rude. The old man came out screaming you need to turn off the car to cool down very mean and dare to walk away saying whatever you decide hands in the air. So we went in to make appointment since it’s 4:00pm and they will be closing soon and the old man the lady at the front desk ignored us and just kept talking to each other. Would not recommend this place👎 Bad customer service. Never coming back after this treatment

A switch turning off the fuel pump had been turned off. We didnt know why the engine stopped. Mr. Tire did. We were not charged for this job at all. Only an oil change did we do that was charged for.The oil change cost just $50, and that included replacing the drain plug that would not easily come off because a previous attempt by someone else stripped it.Thanks Mr. Tire for expertise, fast service, and at a low cost!

My husband and I have always gotten our tires from Mr. Tire, we are loyal customers. Never again. We recently had a tire get a nail in it. So we brought it in to get it patched, everything was fine on the tire and our sensor was working just fine (it’s a new car), after waiting for awhile to get our tire patched the very rude lady, she said her name was Teegan, informed my husband that the sensor was broke off and “laying in the rim” it would be $124.00 to fix it. My husband tried to talk to her about how it was absolutely not broken when we came in. They even rolled the tire by and the sensor was not spinning in the rim. But she was completely rude and treated him terribly. They refused to replace the sensor without us paying for it. Even though they know they are the ones that broke it. We are very disappointed in our experience. We can’t force them to fix what they broke or treat us with a little more kindness (the lady was very, very rude) but we can choose to never give them our business again and make sure others know how they do business so they won’t have to go through what we went through. No more Mr. Tire for us or anyone we know.

Rolled in to Mr Tire with a screw in our tire about an hour before closing on a Saturday. Not only did Stuart fix our tire in 20 minutes, but everyone was amazingly kind and friendly. Even our dog was welcome in the waiting area! We will definitely go back for all of our tires needs when in the Hendersonville, NC area.

I brought my vehicle in with a flat tire. Super friendly and professional service. I was in and out in 30 minutes and they did a great job!

My tire went flat on I26 4.5 hours from home. I called Mr Tire to see if I could get it fixed and they were so friendly. I was able to get to the store and they got me set with new tires (I was going to need them soon anyway) at a really great price. Said it would take about 45 minutes. I was on my way safe and sound in less time than that! Thank you so much! I didn’t get the managers name but she was great!

The availability of them fixing my problem was great. However they do not wear mask and will have an issue if you do not feel comfortable going inside the building. Also at the end I simply asked if someone could bring me my keys and the person I spoke to was not nice. The tone in her voice told it all. I do not recommend going her if you are concerned about the virus.

I loved how they treated me and the tire problem that I was having at the time. They know what they are doing and they did a great job for me.

Went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation to find out Oil Changes went from $40 to $70. Said it was due to the increase in Oil Prices. With a Discount and a $10 off coupon it ended up being $52.00 which i could live with. But, I Asked for a tire rotation along with oil change. went out to check tires after service to find they were not rotated (I mark the front tires before i take it in now because twice before they have not rotated the tires as requested ) went back and told the desk person only to be argued with. i explained that i marked the tires and immediately they grabbed my keys and pulled it back in. after finally getting my car back i noticed the Tech A. Case had drew LF and LR in big letters with tire chalk on the side wall of the tires. I guess he was upset he actually had to rotate the tires which should have been done during the oil change. Ended up having to scrub it off when i got home with soap water. Also checked oil level and it was below F line so i had top off the oil. I have been using Mr Tire for most of my Car service needs for many years but that might change if these issues persist.

We blew a tire 900 meters from Mr. Tire in Hendersonville, and limped in. There was a sign on the door that because of being short staffed, they were operating by appointment only. Well, I went in and explained our situation to the kind woman at reception, and she helped us be seen, get the tire patched, and get out in less than an hour.Thank you, Mr. Tire! You saved our bacon!

Had a oil change at this place. I did not realize the oil weight be installed. They plainly told me I did not catch it. So my truck slung it outOn going back they confirmed my suspicion of what happened. To ealy to change oil again so they provided oil enough to get thru til oil change time. Not their problem but they stepped up to help out a old man . They were not obligated to do anything but they did. These are the kind of guys if you are on the road and have trouble you pray to find.

If you need tire work, they do an excellent job. I brought new tires in to be mount, balanced and aligned, no problems. But if you need under the hood work, I do not recommend this place at all. I asked them to put a throttle position sensor on for me, the first day, it was put on incorrectly and I drove it all day like that and in the process my air intake hose/boot was torn. I took my car back the next day, was told it was installed incorrectly, he said he fixed it. I drove off, my car started acting up again, I popped the hood myself, noticed the huge tear in air intake boot, took it back, was told that the tear was not done by them, but it wasnt there before I had this part put on, and was also told that it would not affect engine performance which it absolutely does because it allows air into the engine. I was assured the problem was fixed and sent on my way. 2 days later my car is still acting up I had the code checked and its saying throttle position sensor has low circuit input. So, $20 to put this sensor on at Mr. Tire, and now Ive had to buy another throttle position sensor costing $53, an air intake boot, that they ripped, costing $32 plus all the worries and stress about why my car is NOT acting like it was BEFORE I let them under my hood. RIDICULOUS!!!!!SIGNED, ONE ANGRY CUSTOMER.

Not sure who the assistant managers name is but he was super nice and professional even though I had a huge issue with enterprise in Denver with my rentalCar they gave me . Waited about a hour & still was nice and was understanding & was trying to make the process as diligent as possible for me . Amazing service considering the circumstances !

They took care of my friends vehicle and did a really super job. Tegan had great customer service and a great help narrow down all-terrain tires for me. Even squeezed my 4Runner in for an inspection, as we waited on my buddys vehicle being serviced.

Walked in on my way out of town for a last minute oil change that I completely forgot about! The staff were super understanding and got me in within a few minutes and out with an oil change, my tires rotated, and a new filter for my cabin air so that I have some clean air to breathe while I drive 12 hours back home and all for a super great price! Totally ecstatic! Will be back once I get back from my trip!!

My husband and I had a blowout on Chimney Rock Rd. AAA arrived to put the doughnut on. While waiting we called Mr Tire, lady told us she had a tire. $194. Out the door. Theyd be open until 6. AAA arrived at 4:30giving us directions to MR 5 Tire. At 4:40pm we arrived. All doors locked. My husband saw light on and knocked. Same lady came to the door. No, they were closed and couldnt help us. Thats one hour and twenty minutes until 6 which is what she told us on phone. She said, go to Walmart! Theyre closed too but are helping us.

Our tire rim shredded while on the interstate near Hendersonville due to a bolt in the break caliper coming out. Mr. Tire Auto service was the closest. Despite being very busy, they worked us in, fixed the issue and had us back on the road for a minimal $18 charge in an hour. Friendly and fast service that we highly recommended!

Oil change disaster. Plug not properly replaced left me stranded on the side of road with little oil left in car. Still waiting almost two months now for the company to reimburse me for towing bill. Overtightened lug nuts after rotating tires those were also destroyed. What a joke. Tired of waiting Mr tire.

Was unable to take my wife’s car to receive its annual inspection so she went herself. She was told her vehicle failed inspection due to a check engine light being on, this light was on last year when I took it and it was not an issue. In fact, the cause of the check engine light is not an issue that would cause it to fail inspection. As is the stereotype for mechanics they saw a female coming in alone and thought they could make a quick 200. I would highly recommend staying away from this place if you are unfamiliar with vehicles.

Great place. The wife and I had to stop in for a blowout on the interstate. The guys at the shop didn’t have a tire in stock in my size but a neighboring store did. Instead of them sending me to the other store the manager himself drove to the other store to pick up the tire to get my wife and I back on the way to our vacation and only loosing a few hours instead of a whole day. God bless these guys and what they’re doing, if I’m ever back this way I will definitely stop back by!

When we entered, my husband explained that we had tires there from Tire Rack & the woman behind the counter (who seemed to be the manager) guessed it was the Pirellis. He explained that he wanted the old tires put in the back of our pickup truck (my husband and I had driven both the truck & our Mazda)... The unpleasantness occurred when it was time to settle up after the new tires had been installed. When my husband got to the counter, the woman told him what was owed without presenting any paperwork. When he asked politely if he could see the bill, she got a bit miffed and printed out the standard Tire Rack list of charges, handed it to him, and said Thats what we have to charge - theres nothing we can do about those charges. (Important to note that NOTHING hed said or done suggested he somehow was ready to complain). I said I thought we shouldnt be charged the disposal fee, since we were taking the old tires with us. She said something like, Well, I can take that off - but nothing else. It was disturbing how rude this woman had been. She took the $10 off & then finally presented us with the Mr. Tire bill, which we paid. My husband then asked if the old tires were in the truck bed as requested. She said she didnt know... she opened the door to the garage and asked the guys back there. There was confusion on their faces... followed by some conversation I couldnt hear. Bottom line, she came back & told us they had not been put in the truck. My husband said, They didnt put them in the Mazda, did they? Her answer was something like I have no idea where they are - theyll figure it out. No empathy, no apology of any kind, no thank you for your business.... just consistently short & unprofessional in her attitude. Needless to say, we will never patronize a Mr. Tire again.

Overall great experience. We were traveling through the area when we got a flat. They were able to squeeze us in very quickly and get us back on the road. Amazing customer service - everyone we interacted with was very kind and efficient. Very thankful they were there to help us so quickly.

I scheduled an oil change and flat tire fix appointment on line, recieved the confirmation email, showed up the next day 10min before my 4pm appointment and was told they cant change my oil because they have nowhere to put my used oil. They did not send an email notification or attempt to contact me to cancel their confirmation or status update. I asked if they could still fix the flat and they responded it will be atleast an hour wait. I asked why my appountment time couldnt be used and they replied because they were not changing my oil the appointment time did not matter.

On my first visit I found the people and place to be very nice but extremely busy. That is why my cars rear brakes were not fixed correctly the first time. The second time I was blown off, third time they made some adjustment to my brakes but never fixed them correctly. They do not keep accurate records of the work they perform, nor give any written documents to support a warranty on their products. This is dishonest and I will stay clear of this business. You should too. In regards to the BBB decision to close this complain, may I explain how an automotive invoice works. Take note that Mr. Tires invoice is very much just like the other businesss invoice. The word DESCRIPTION is used. This describes the findings that the business has determined to be the problem. The business then proceeds with the work if authorized by the owner of the vehicle. On the top right of the invoice describes the labor charged to the owner of the vehicle. You may not have noticed on the other businesses invoice I sent to you to view that I was charged for rear wheel cylinders, brake shoes, and a rear spring kit. On the top right is the description/instructions to the mechanic as he is working on the vehicle what to look for. It is up to the mechanic to determine, which he did that new wheel cylinders were needed. I paid for this business to do the work .My rear wheel cylinders were only 3 years old. They didnt need replacing by Mr. Tire. Also WHERE IS MY WARRANTY PAPERWORK? I prefer it be on paper rather than a verbal statement.

Had a tire pop after I got ran off the road, and drove to Mr. Tire to get it replaced. Wound up getting two tires at a discount. The woman at the desk was extremely helpful and worked it out to where I got free insurance and roadside assistance off the tires, plus when she heard I was going on a road trip arranged for an array of checks and services for free. As long as I’m in Hendersonville, I’m going nowhere else.

Needed my Ford F350 inspected, the local Ford dealer could not fit us in or set an appointment. So we went to Mr. Tire, we were in and out in no time. We will be back.

My new go to when it come to the care of my car. I had gotten tires from another shop and like many places took advantage of me cause Im a woman, not knowing where to go I found myself at Mr. Tire. They did good work replacing my tire but BEWARE no one was wearing a mask working on my car or in the lobby!! The man who took my payment heavily implied the pandemic was a hoax ... I wish I could be sure I was safe when I need work done on my car, and that the mechanics are staying safe when working on my car. I have family who have been exposed and we do everything we can to limit risk of transmission. Please do the same!

Had flat tire going 70mph down US81 in VA. Spare got us to Hendersonville where we are helping our daughter move. Thought we would need to buy two tires, but Mr. Tire guys said patch would do and got us out in 45 minutes. Courteous and professional. Thumbs up.

Love, love, love this shop. They have always been nothing but good to me and anyone that I have ever sent to them. Kevin and Stuart are always super sweet and Chris or James always make sure that everything on my car is in tip top shape.

Went here twice to have an oil leak fixed. First time they had to order parts, second time the wrong parts were ordered. I was told they would order the right parts and call me when they came in the next day. I never got a phone call. I called them a few days later to ask about the correct parts and the guy said he would find out something and call me back. That call never came. It’s a 40 minute drive there for me, one way. I’ll be going to the dealership instead. I don’t trust poor customer service with my car. I’m a home hospice nurse and need my vehicle to be in good working order. I usually go to the Arden store because they’ve always been good, they just didn’t have a tech to do the job right now.

Just moved to the area about a month ago and thought it was going to take a while to find an auto center that I could trust. Well, I found them! My first encounter was kind of an emergency where my car would barely start. I found Mr Tire online and without an appointment, pulled in and explained my situation. They immediately checked my battery and found that it needed to be replaced. They didnt have the battery in stock, so the two gentlemen, who were very personable and friendly, said they could order it and put it in for a fee, but instead sent me down the road and got the battery and the store replaced it for free.I remembered that gesture and knew I would come back. So today, had to get my brakes and rotors replaced. Two other gentlemen who helped me were so nice and a joy to talk with. I was expecting to pay quite a bit on this brake job, but was very pleasantly surprised. This center hit the jackpot with their employees. I have seen and felt their trust and care into all of their clients that come thru their doors. I highly recommend them!

Wow! Great place for tires. Brent Ward was awesome and the rest of the staff at Mr. Tire provided excellent customer service. I was there to drop off my car and receive 4 new tires, mount and balance. Within an hour I received a phone call letting me know that my car was ready and I could pick it up at my convenience. The prices were great and I will defiantly be returning if I need anything else. :-)

Ive been to Mr. Tire 3 times in the last few months, and every time they have exceeded my expectations! Whether its been purchasing tires, fixing a flat or helping with the spare tire, they have always been honest and helpful, and have very reasonable prices and are quick to get the job done. This is the first online review Ive ever written and credit goes to Michael in the front for his excellent customer service!

I highly recommend Mr tire, my goodness the whole team are so positive and great. Matt really helped me out their what a great person. I had 2 occurances in past 2 weeks a bearing in my company truck went out and they took me right in and also put a new tire on for me that I really needed. Also I had an oil leak from the oil filter this morning and they took me right in and had me on my way in time to get to my customers home to finish a job. They were a life saver!!! Thank you Matt ! All you guys do an incredible job and I really appreciate you all !

Very pleased with the experience. Had a couple of problems that could have easily expanded into bigger issues than they actually turned out to be...but they didnt as some other places around town do. Quality work, but the trustworthiness is my major issue, and I have it with the guys on Linda Vista.

I was in a serious time crunch the other day and needed a nail removed and tire repaired. Mr. Tire took care of the issue with serious speed, and Stu was great to talk with while I waited. With just this minor visit they have won my business moving forward!

I had never been to Mr. Tire before and i stopped in on 2/24/20 because I had a slow leak in one of my tires. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. They fixed my tire without charging me. I would reccomend them and I will be returning to them for tires in the future.

The best in Henderson County. My truck runs better now than it ever has, and the service was reasonably priced. Worth every penny. I always enjoy doing business with the folks at Clark. Theyre professional, prompt, and personable - it doesnt get much better than that.

First time I’ve ever written a google review but it’s worth my time. My family and I were on our way home to SC from a trip to OH and encountered a problem with the rear drivers side tire. We were about 30 miles from the shop when I realized we needed to get it fixed before trying to make it all the way home. Thankfully they were open on Memorial Day and I first mentioned it likely needed a balance but after talking to Matt (store manager) he soon realized it was likely a separated tire instead of a balance issue. So...he recommended a good tire and didn’t push to sell me a pair because the other tire was fairly new...he felt it wasn’t needed at this time. They got us in quickly and did exactly what they said for a great price. Can’t say enough good things about the service received on a day when most shops are closed...thank you again to Matt and his colleague!

On our way to Ky for a surprise 55th wedding anniversary when our van quit on us. Had to call Triple A to take us to get it fixed. Mr Tire is where we went Stuart was just closing up so we couldn’t get it fixed until today (Oct 4). Stuart was very pleasant and accommodating and got our van in early and replaced our fuel pump and filter. It’s now 11:15 and we are back on the road. Took my vehicle in for an inspection. I was able to make an appointment quickly. They were friendly, polite and professional. I ended up needing a new bulb to pass inspection which they had and charged a fair price of $3.99 to replace.

One star for the woman who works there, who is the only professional. One star for getting me in the same day. Lost two stars due to unprofessional behavior from 2 men. One man called my car the headache after I brought it back because they put the wrong size weights in the new tires. When the 2nd man brought my keys back after fixing it he just handed me my keys and started walking away, not even telling me it was fixed or what the problem was. Third star lost for no alignment even though I asked for one, and was quoted a price for one. The reason given was they didnt have the correct tool. Come on, you are a tire place!!

I have a warranty with Mr. Tire tires on my car, but I do not live close to Hendersonville. I called regarding a screw in my tire and they were able to fit me into their schedule the same day. They didnt give me any trouble with the warranty and I didnt have to pay a thing for the patch. Friendly staff.
