Hand a nail in my tire and stopped to have it patched. Had me in and out in less than 10 minutes from the time I walked in the door. And they looked busy, there were 6-7 other people inside already. Great service and cheapest patch Ive ever paid for. Highly recommended stopping here!

I just had some aftermarket wheels installed at another tire shop days before, the tpms light came on due to the other tire shop not installing the sensors. Hendersonville Tire Center were able to remove the sensors from my stock rims and install on the aftermarket wheels and my light turned off. Great price for the work. They fixed my worries and headache without hesitation. Great business and customer service is amazing. Will be back! I found a new tire shop.

Had a situation come up where I needed 2 new tires because of some flats. I was able to get my car here at 4pm on a Friday and was easily fit in and out within 20 minutes. The staff was great and easy to talk to. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone who needs service from a great locally owned service center.

I went to Hendersonville tire to get my air conditioning fixed about a week ago. I went in and the man behind the counter was in a bad mood. He was cursing and the credit card machine was having trouble. He told me the card was declined, so I gave him a different one that went through. I got home and the card that was declined had two pending charges, as well as my other cards charge. So, I waited to see if they would go away and instead one went through. So, we went back in to the shop. The same man was incredibly rude. We tried explaining the situation and he just kept repeating “how much do I owe you??” One of the transactions was still pending and we were trying to tell him, but he was waving his hands to tell us to hurry up. So we ended up just giving him a total. The other charge did end up going through. And after all of that, my air conditioner still did not work. I ended up taking it to Jodie’s and he fixed it immediately. It was leaking. All Hendersonville Tire did was fill the freon. They never looked for an actual cause as to why the freon was gone. We will not be going back. I would not recommend them.

Been using the guys at Hendersonville Tire for years and this is the first situation where I was not pleased. We recently purchased 4 new tires and had 3 TPMS sensors replaced. Shortly after our TPMS light came back on. We also started hearing a rolling noise from the rear passenger tire. My wife returned today to have the noise and light looked at and was told we had a bad rear bearing. Wanted to charge shy of $500 for repair. We declined repair and she was told that she had probably 2 weeks before we had a major issue and that her wheel could fall off. After she left she went down to Toyota and they checked the bearings and found that they were fine. Also, dismounted rear tire and found a chunk of rubber inside, possibly causing the noise? They fixed our senors and balanced our tire and we are back on the road. Toyotas honesty and service has earned a new customer and unfortunately Hendersonville Tire has lost one.

Very kind people here. The first time I came here, they plugged a hole for me, insisting on no charge but rather consider them when I needed new tires. This act of courtesy has kept me coming back for years.

These guys saved my a$$ last thanksgiving when I blew a tire traveling from PA to TN. I expected them to overcharge me because of my PA plates and complete lack of knowledge of tires but instead the guy replaced my tire with a great lightly used one and he even plugged my old one in case I needed it and I paid somewhere between 80-100 for it all to be done on the spot. The tire is still going strong 1.5 years later. Only waited maybe 30 minutes before I was good to drive. Such nice people.

Had my van serviced there this week. David was super nice. Was able to have it fixed for less then I thought and it only stayed overnight.

Dropped the car off & was ready by end of day, needed a post-repair adjustment so I showed up a few days later & prepared to wait it out. Got taken care of within 30 minutes. Love the local, family vibe of this shop, people coming in & out to say hey. I dont want to need to go here but if I do I believe Ill be taken care of, & not taken .

They were excellent. They done a great job on my trucks tire. And also on the rebuild on my front end. Great service great price. Im from way out of town down in this area working. Only bad thing is this shop is not near my house 5hrs north. I would recommend any to go down and see them if they need work done on there vehicles.

Being doing business with Dave and his family for more than twenty years. They are great folks. Always a great price long with great service. As a matter of fact we had a very small miscommunication about some yard cart rims. As soon as Dave got back and seen my wife was upset he went way out of his way came by my work to talk to me and took care of it right away.

Have had service to my car done here a number of times in the past for years. However have not been at this shop for quite a while. My air pressure sensor indicated one tire losing air fast. drove to the shop told him I have a left rear tire that probably has some kind of puncture in it they took my car in within 10 minutes plugged the nail hole that was in the tire, handed me my keys and wished me a very merry Christmas sudden service With a smile and at very reasonable prices. Found myself at Hendersonville Tire with my Toyota Highlander to have the front tires checked for balance. My family and I had evacuated from Jupiter Florida in response to hurricane Irma. Irma had not made landfall yet. The unknown created a sublime tension, for me and Im sure all Floridians. After a short wait I was told the car was ready to go. The gentleman at the register would not take any money. Id not held a discourse with him or the staff Im convinced they saw the Florida plates knew why I was in town and were paying a kindness forward.The car drove perfectly afterwards. Thank you.

My family has been coming here for years. The staff at Hville Tire always do a great job. I dropped in last week to get a rotation and balance and have one tire checked for a leak, waiting maybe just 40 minutes total, and they didnt even charge me for the tire patch. Also, I had forgotten about the cold groceries in my trunk, and they let me borrow fridge space for these while I waited! Their service is definitely above and beyond the expected. I always appreciate the quality work and helpfulness of the staff at Hville Tire.
