Great people at the dealership! I was passing through town and had my vehicle vandalized overnight at a local hotel. Tire was slashed. The compassionate manager and his service advisor team were very quick to take care of me! I had a custom tire that needed to be special ordered from Charlotte. Not only did it arrive in a matter of hours the technicians immediately pulled my RV in to the shop when the tire arrived. The parts manager acted fast and was instrumental in making sure that he knew the tire was on the delivery truck and updated me. Best of all the manager gave me a HUGE discount which made my terrible experience of being vandalized go away by experiencing the care and concern by the great folks at Bryan Easler Toyota! Thank you all! They even made the arrangements for my tow truck to get the RV to them from the hotel parking lot.
2000 Tundra, not driven in 2.5 years, minimum service history. Total maintenance: new tires, wipers & battery, all fluids replaced, radiator flushed, lubed, transmission, engine, brakes, etc.Finished in 3.5 days, purrs like a kitten; I HAVE A NEW TRUCK!!! Competent, courteous, professional; a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend and will use them for all of my Tundra needs!
After our third baby was born we realized we needed a bigger car ASAP for three car seats. we decided we wanted a new AWD hybrid Sienna (which are hard to come by right now!). They found us one and other dealers weren’t nearly as helpful as finding one for us. Jim Griffith was a pleasure to work with - so kind, respectful of our time and schedule and not pushy at all. Everything worked out so smoothly and easily and when we went to pick up the car and do financing we were in and out so quickly..which we appreciated since we had young kids with us. These guys forced the last error to come up so that they could test it. They did a smoke test without a trace forcing them to best guess. We appreciated the detailed explanation and will be alert to any reoccurring issues.
Scheduled a routine oil change a week in advance, 8:30AM on a Saturday. Arrived around 8:20AM, figured I would wait since I’ve never had an oil change take more than 30-45 minutes. It’s now 11AM and they have just finished with my car. 2 hours and 40 minutes for an oil change that has been scheduled for a week, why?

We had a 10am appointment for service. Upon arrival, we were ignored. Once checked in we were told that there is only 1 mechanic who is certified to work on our Supra(the other had called in sick that day) and that it may take a couple of hours. We waited 1.5 hours before our name was announced over the intercom. The service advisor then told us that we should reschedule because the mechanic is working on a truck and wont be done until 2-3pm. If this was the case, why were we not called before we wasted our time driving to the dealership. They should have notified us when the mechanic called in sick at 7am that they wouldnt be able to work on Supras that day. Or 2) why didnt they tell us upon arrival instead of making us wait 1.5 hours before letting us know it wouldnt be worked on until 2-3. And we even suggested will he then work on it when hes done with his work. And the answer was No. They just didnt want to take care of the service. Why is your only Supra mechanic working on a truck when there is a Supra scheduled (1 week) To come in for service. Poor management and extremely poor handling of business.
I had my 2014 Prius AC condenser replaced here earlier this year to the tune of nearly $1000, and just had issues with the AC not working--I thought it could be a loose hose from the service Id had just a month ago there. So, here I am again in the service department waiting, three hours after being told 1 hour--it may be the rest of the day from the looks of it. It looked like service appointments are way over-booked from the line up of vehicles I saw this morning. Not good for anyone. (update: I spent nearly FIVE hours waiting, waiting, waiting)--a wasted day--no lunch. I had to hunt my service advisor down to get updates--three hours in, he offered the shuttle--I had planned to go to a grocery store after service department, but did not think it wise to pick up groceries without knowing when Id get them home.
Very bad experience. I take my truck to be repaired on the third day, the same problem comes back, I will file a claim and they want to charge me for repairing it again. dishonest

Weve now upgraded to the 2018 4Runner Limited (more safety features) and couldnt be happier!!We always deal with Lee W. in Sales, Jennifer K. in Finance, and John P. in Service!!I would 100% recommend them to anyone. Service Department:I’ve been bringing my Toyota vehicles here for over 5 years... would always drop it off with John, his customer service was exceptional, now that he has been gone for a while I’ve left my vehicles with who ever is available... my most recent experience was not the best as I left my Venza with Daniel, he explained that it could possibly take 45 min till someone was available to look at my car and I said that was fine I had prepared myself and my 2 yr old to do some waiting... I arrived @ around 11:30 am waited and waited and finally at around 1:14pm decided to take my daughter out for a walk and that when I noticed my Venza was just parked in the back... that’s when Zack H. comes into place, since Daniel was no where to ask him the status of my car I asked Zack about and he had said that there were no notes on it and that most likely no one had looked into it... I understand that I was a walk in but to wait for that long and to not have the least communication from Daniel is definitely uncalled for... so I give it 5 stars thanks to Zack who made it all happen in a timely manner after he took charge.. finally was able to have a plan after being there from around 11:30 to 1:48pm my only advice is don’t leave your vehicle with Daniel. Also the ladies at check were nice and in a good mood.

Very disappointed in Bryan Easler Toyota. No one was following the CDC and NC Public Health guidelines. No employees were wearing masks and would walk right up to you and talk. No social distancing allowed in the waiting room. It was packed with customers waiting since it was cold. Most customers were wearing masks, but again no Toyota employees were wearing masks. Felt very uncomfortable and decided to wait outside. I will not be coming back.
We bought a Toyota Prius at Bryan Easler Toyota back in 2011. The sales experience was smooth, low pressure and Easler matched prices we had gotten at dealers farther from home. This week the Prius had its first major breakdown when it refused to start. Our local mechanic said it would be several days before he could even look at the car. We had the Prius towed to Easler Toyota at 4:30 p.m. on a Tuesday and it was repaired and back to us by 10:00 a.m. the next day. Fortunately, it was just the 12-volt battery and not something worse. Getting the Prius back so quickly was a blessing as my wife and I had work commitments for this entire week and needed the Prius back A.S.A.P.

Top notch parts department. I was looking for a fuse that no one had available at local parts stores, Asheville Toyota dealerships didnt have it but could order it. I called and spoke to Hank Gosnell at Bryan Easler Toyota. He looked up what I needed, checked his parts bin and found the exact fuse I needed. When asked how I could get it since it would be after the time the parts department closed, he said he could leave it on the sales floor for me. I offered to pay but was told it was in a spare parts bin that they didnt charge for. AMAZING. Not only did Hank get me the part I needed when no one else could, I wasnt even charged for it.I have bought a van from this dealership as well and the salespeople are very easy to get along with, the service department is pleasant as well. These employees are all amazing. Hank is a ROCKSTAR!

Purchased a used Tundra recently from Bryan Easler. Had started the day at Fred Anderson, huge mistake. They wanted our personal information before even walking outside to look, then acted like we were nothing more then an inconvenience to them. The salesman had no information available about any of the trucks we looked at. Extremely frustrated and ready to call it a day, we decided to drive by Bryan Easler just to see what was on the lot. We were met by a friendly,personable salesman who told us if we had any questions he would be nearby. Absolutely no personal questions, handed us the key to the truck we were interested in, a short time later we were driving it home. These folks know how to treat customers. Never judge a book by the cover.
Excellent dealership. Straight forward and to the point with no nonsense. They truly make it easy. I searched other dealerships and found alot of nonsense, fudging of numbers, and trickery. This dealership has my business moving forward. In fact, this is my second purchase. Mike Burrell in sales, Zack in service, Danny and crew in parts, they are all top notch, and serve the area well.

We had gone down to Bryan Easler to look at a jeep advertised and it was gone. I was disappointed and commented so on line. Alex Long saw the comment and immediately contacted me. He had one come on the lot the next day. He kept it for me to come see that day. We did and purchased it on Oct 1,2020. Alex Long and David Huskins were really good to deal with. Bought 2 cars here and just purchased my 3rd from here. Such great service and excellent value. Walked in at 4pm on a Wednesday and knew exactly what I wanted. I wanted to upgrade my Highlander. Staff stayed past closing which was at 6 and finalized the sale for me. Drove home with the car that night. I’ve had my old Highlander serviced here for years. Great service and prices on tires! Would give zero stars if possible. Jeremiah would not work with us to get fair numbers. Not just on the new vehicle but also on our trade in. Ended up driving to TN to get a great deal on a brand new Tacoma. Would not recommend this high priced dealership. Go the extra 30 minute to an hour drive away its worth the savings.
Came in for service for my moms car during the peak of the Covid pandemic in 2020, while there was a mandatory mask mandate in effect and noticed NO employee was wearing a mask or any kind of social distancing was being implemented. Asked receptionist why employees were not following the state mandate at that time, she stated that it was not the law but a personal choice! I stated that must mean everyone that works here must be a selfish Trumpster, she said I was right about that! WOW. Money and political ego is more important than the well being of customers and employees....what is this country coming to! STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY!! THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY AND HAVE NO INTEREST IN YOUR WELL BEING!Its funny how they will respond to 5 Star reviews but totally ignore any complaint or negative reviews!UPDATE; Thanks for your 1st response to a negative review! Came in to get new tires put on and noticed almost none of the employees had masks on, even when directly talking to customers. I would have gone elsewhere after noticing that but I had a flat tire and needed new tires then and now. It’s unbelievable that as a business they don’t follow state regulations.
I bought a used 2016 Highlander from Used Sales manager Philip because of previous business he did with a family member. I was told he would do us right and thats exactly what we got from Philip. We enjoy the vehicle and the personal touch Philip gave us after our buying experience. I will certainly give Bryan Easler and Philip another chance to impress for our next car buying experience, maybe even soon!
We were on the market to replace our 12 year old car, and Bryan Easler Toyota was the answer for us. After shopping around at a few dealerships in the area, we decided this was the one we wanted buy from. They have a great selection of Toyota vehicles with reasonable prices. The staff were extremely helpful and worked with us on choosing what we wanted even though it was raining. The guest lobby had popcorn and nachos with cheese dip, which was a major plus. We will be buying from this dealership from now on!

Set up a service appointment to check my breaks. What a pleasant experience. Steve took me in when I arrived a day earlier than my appointment and had my breaks done in less than 2 hours! Never had a more pleasant experience with a dealership. No suggestions for additional work, did what I asked and price as quoted. Will have my car serviced going forward at Brian Easler all the time. I needed service on my Toyota Highlander. When I called to make an appointment, I inquired if the dealership was requiring employees to wear masks. The receptionist told me that they felt this was a personal decision, and that masks were not required. Of course, there is a state mandate for masks in enclosed spaces, so this is not really a PERSONAL decision...unless you call not caring about the lives of your employees and customers a personal decision. Since they do not care about their community, I do not care to give them my business. There are other Toyota dealers in the area, and one just a few additional minutes down the road....and they ARE requiring masks and enforcing social distancing.
Charlie provided the most exceptional customer service I couldve ever asked for. I am a first time buyer, and he was able to reassure and calm me without taking advantage. He wasnt pushy in the slightest. If you are in the market for a new or new-to-you vehicle, please ask for him! All around a wonderful, pleasant, painless experience.
Took my 2020 Tacoma in to get its first service and I was in/out in just 45mins. The customer lounge was very nice and had very comfortable red chairs.

When it comes to repairs they dont do anything right. Then they say something else was wrong and want you to pay for the parts and labor without even giving you an estimate or a call to ask for your permission to do the repairs. Its bad when someone that has been in the car business for years and done everything you can do in the industry has to tell them how to do a proper job and how to handle things the correct way. But thats not a big surprise when they wont pay people that are properly trained mechanics because it cuts into the profits of the owners.

Bryan Easler Toyota is a very nice lot to go to if youre looking for any new or used vehicles. I will tell you that they have some of the cleanest used cars I have ever seen. I dont know if they are trade-ins or if they really know how to pick them up at the sales, but they are nice. The staff and salesmen seem to be very friendly and do a nice job of making you feel comfortable. We also have decent pricing on their vehicles in comparison to other Lots

A/C froze on a trip from our home to South Carolina. Brought our Sienna to Bryan Easier Toyota. Talked with Brandon Cornwell, Service Advisor. Said he would try to have car looked at next day. However, he called only a few hours later! Said they thoroughly checked out our A/C and it was working perfectly. Brandon also said they could continue to check it out and I could pick up our car next day. A/C worked perfectly for rest of our trip. Brandon was courteous, prompt and considerate of our needs. And there was no charge for their service. Have to say both Brandon and the dealership were first-rate.

I have been in Hendersonville N.C. for a few months and have been stuck driving my sons older Toyota truck so that I could move things.This truck is at the point of needing different maintenance and repairs. I have been very disappointed with the service I have gotten from independent shops.. Last week I had taken the key off the key ring as I was told it was bad for the ignition and I am trying to keep it maintained as I need to buy a new car or slightly used. To make a long story shorter the key was lost and not being able to find another one in my storage unit I called Bryan Easler Toyota. It was a great surprise and superb service by a Sidney W. in the parts department. Not only was it a reasonable price but he offered to come and pick me up. I was not far from the dealership as it is conveniently located. Having an employee like this is wonderful in todays world and I will definitely use this dealership for service and look at there car selection when I get ready to purchase. Sidney and the other employees I dealt with that day went above and beyond to help me and I will always appreciate that!

Salesman was working on multiple customers at a time even when there are multiple salesmen who werent have any customer. When I first got in, I told him what I am looking for and he gave the deal they got saying that that is the best he can offer and walk away for a while. He dropped off to the car that I was looking for and told me to bring it to the front. I couldnt ask any questions while I looked over the car since He was with other customer. Out of about hour I spent, he spent barely 10 minutes with me. He was also talking in a rude manner. I am not sure whether that was his strategy or what but he FAILED since I bought the car at different dealership who offered similar deal but with respect to the customer.

I ordered a spare key for my Prius. When I arrived on Saturday afternoon (after driving an hour and fifteen minutes), some guy in the repair bay told me they were closed right after lunch. No one informed me that they closed early to save me the drive. Now, I call 40 minutes before the dealership closes only to be told that parts closes early. All I want is for someone there to send me the key, but nobody can be bothered to take that information. Not the service Im used to at Earl Steward Toyota in Palm Beach.

We had previously purchased a 2010 Prius with low mileage/single owner and had no problems over the last 4 years - now that we have a son we wanted a little more space, so talked to them and they found us the perfect 2016 Camry Hybrid. We felt that the trade in price was more than fair and the process working with John in finance to finalize our deal was actually enjoyable... no games or gimmicks to jack up the price!
