Mrs. Felicia is absolutely the best. Had a golf bag that I wanted embroidered. I had close to a dozen places/embroiderers (either by phone or in person) tell me that that they could not do it. Just looking through google, I saw one of her machines on the google search and though I would try one last time before giving up. After speaking with Mrs. Felicia and sending her a few pictures of the bag and the design I was looking for, she felt like she could do it. She did not disappoint. She did an incredible job and could not have been happier. I don’t know much about her trade but I thought she was more than fair on the pricing as well especially since I was needing it in just a few days. I am glad that I was able to find her.
