One of the best places to shop. But, as with most post pandemic, they need more associates. The folks working now are doing an exceptional job.

I actually went to the Little Clinic to have my booster shot & ran through a couple of isles to buy some razors, tooth medicine & a couple of candy bars (hate the candy bars at the checkout 🙉) but the service was great at the clinic & with the store! Great store for grocery shopping!

I like Kroger. They have the best, freshest produce and their pricing is low. The only problem I have is that when they do their weekly deals they dont make sure to have a large stock of those items so not everyone can get them. And there are no rain checks anymore. Other than that its a great store. The workers are knowledgeable and helpful. Its where I do most of my shopping.

Best kroger in town. They always have good produce and freshly made sushi.

They are short staffed but doing what they can. It’s kind of dirty and the stock is low. 2 cashiers and a self scan. Markdowns are really good!

This grocery store is my go-to store. Big and lots of other departments within. Deli, Bakery, Starbucks, Sushi, WINE 🍷😁 and meat. Prices are lower than other grocery stores. Great store!

Why does Kroger stock freezers with only 4 cases of Omission Golden Ale every week? Me and two friends who drink this beer have to visit the Main street store several times a week for one or two to be lucky enough to be able to buy this product. Why not increase the replenishment as the shelves are constantly empty. thanks

Both husband and myself were sick. I was able to shop for groceries online and pickup my groceries and pharmacy needs without ever leaving the car.

They offer check cashing up to $2,000 but every wensday when I go to cash my check they never have any money and the accountant is never at work.that is the last time I will ever go here. absolutely garbage customer service.NEVER AGAIN!!

The inclement weather resulted in no deli staff able to make it to work. The meat department was very helpful and prepared some nice deals on uncut tenderloin as well as brisket. The self checkout attendant seemed willing to expedite the checkout process even though he was bagging groceries while monitoring his handheld device simultaneously controlling the needs approval function and helping where he could. Not a bad experience given that it seemed to be the only location in Hendersonville,TN that remained open after 6pm due to the snow.

I live 30min from this store but make the drive because its worth it!!CLEAN and stocked with the specialty products i cant find in other stores.

I am an avid Kroger shopper, have been for years but the last several times Ive been there it was terrible. The shelves werent stocked, the stockers had their carts in the way of the merchandise so you couldnt get to it, the coupons I had none of those items were in stock and to top off my miserable shopping trip, knowing that I had to go to another store to get the items that Kroger was out of, there was ONE CHECK OUT LINE OPEN! This has been the case whether I go on a Friday night, Saturday afternoon, Sunday evening or 10p on a school night one lane open. When I finally get to the check out counter there were 3 teenage boys who were standing at the end of the of the counter talking amongst each other- I had over $400 worth of groceries so I needed another cart, I asked 3 times when finally I got their attention and they brought me one. The checker was very sweet but had no idea what any of the produce was. Ive tried curbside pick up and delivery to avoid these issues but they ALWAYS GET IT WRONG! I once ordered 3 small cans of peach juice and when the delivery came they brought me 3 10 Gallon HUGE cans of peaches... luckily they will go to use but that was a big mistake and I was charged for the 3 10 gallon cans instead of the 3 small 8 oz cans I ordered. The staffing there is terrible and there are so many kroger employees shopping for delivery or curbside you can hardly get down the isles their carts are so big. I love Kroger due to my gas points but dang, I complained to management a few times but got nowhere. I am very disappointed with the Kroger leadership. Dont go to Kroger is you are in a hurry.

The service here is PHENOMENAL!!!!! These young people are really good at working in customer service. You can tell they really respect their work, their managers, the customers and the distributors. We did a pick up order and a young man (David?) assisted us. He professionally read us our receipt, asked us if we needed clarification on anything, you could tell he was smiling through his mask, and even apologized for being out of multiple items!!! This guy had to be no more than 25. Thats so great. Even when we come inside of the store, everyone is so helpful and cheerful. Please make sure all of the employees efforts are recognized. My only dislike about this location, is that they seem to be out of almost everything that we order....So we just go over to Glenbrook instead. This store is always so clean, too. The restrooms and Starbucks areas along with the Deli are immaculate. My husband and I moved here in Oct. 2020, and Ill tell you...The service we received while living in Missouri through Schnucks grocers? Kroger could literally send its employees up there to teach them how to treat people. Those stores are outrageous in Missouri lol

Great store if you dont mind checking yourself out

I chose grocery pickup for this location and won’t ever do it again. I got here at 6:50 PM, it’s currently 7:50, and I’m still waiting. I’ve clicked I’m here and I’ve called. I won’t ever go to this store again. There shouldn’t be an excuse.

They only staff 2 cash registers at max, and the store is far too busy to have customers checking out and bagging cart fulls of groceries.

Love the Kroger.. Immaculate, but if grocery shopping allow much time.

Inconsistent layout with other Krogers I have frequented, many low stock/out of stock items, and poor recovery of merchandise made for a longer than expected shopping trip. Checkout was simple and easy with the self serve checkouts.

I am from south Florida where there are no kroger food stores. This was a clean nice place to shop. Like publix. No complaints. They returned a pie I did not like with no trouble. Highly recommend.

This Kroger is great! I love buying groceries from here, my only criticism is that the bathroom is not very nice. For such a new store I expected the restroom to not look so dated.

Krogers is an enigma, great prices, boring vanilla selection that pushes its own brand, you need to check everything because they are terrible at removing expired options, but the worse part is that its run by kids with limited management especially when trying to check out and they only have one line open with multiple people standing in line, eventually they will be out done by a company with a better business plan

Great selection for customer service

EVERYTIME I go in this store, the Courtsey clerks are playing on their phones, or 3-4 are over there talking..Today 1/18/2021- 4 employees were talking in the self checkout lane, and the machine went haywire, lady looked at me and said rudely one moment!!Then walks over 4 min later, what!!!!I said idkIt called uNot meShe presses a bunch of button hot it working and walks off..Never again will I go to this store..The Hood Kroger’s is 10x better than this place!

Just today, they could see I was struggling and had a full (mobile) cart, and immediately someone came to (very efficiently and quickly) unload my cart, bagged properly/well, and loaded properly/well, and immediately offered to help me at my car - which they did even though it started lightly raining, and then took the mobile cart back for me. So their customer service is great. Ive had no problems with their customer service counter for money orders, calling for someone in store, or the random lottery tickets I bought, either.Their selection of food, drinks, and other products is great. I have a weird diet and a lot of it is vegan, but Im fully covered - and at a reasonable price. And then after that I get a discount on my fuel (and their spacious and well-placed fuel center in the same area)? Awesome.Compared to the Kroger near my apartment, the parking lot is excellently done, to the point where I honestly dont want to bother with the one near me. The inside is more intelligently done, spacious, clean, well-organized, and fully stocked. Everything is always in order.They have an incredibly high number of well-working mobile carts, which puts them above every other grocery store for customers who need them.Oh and their pharmacy is great and are their food workers and food selection in the sushi / Asian food area. :)

Clean friendly staff announcements regarding wearing face masks over the intercome system but no enforcement for those not wearing them now there are more than before not wearing masks!

Pretty sure it was Becky from the bakery- she made my nieces birthday so special! She went out of her way to make her cake as close to a T.O.T.S. theme as possible as it is a new show and there is nothing out there to decorate with. She even called the day of the party and put flamingos that they got in that day on it. The cake was so delicious and beautiful! I highly recommend this bakery to everyone.

Affordable but really good Thanksgiving holiday package

As always I found some good deals and saved some money, chicken from the deli was fresh and taste great, caught a dozen donuts on sale for half price. A family sized bag of lays potatoe chips on sale. So I cant complain. All great bargains.

My local Kroger; I frequent this place as I live just a couple of minutes down the road.Theyre friendly and helpful staff are great. The selection is always diverse and reliable. Stays clean, including the bathrooms! The pharmacy staff is literally the best!

I shop at Kroger for groceries, etc., and have my prescriptions filled at the Kroger Pharmacy, and I am a frequent customer at the Starbucks there also. All of the employees are always friendly, helpful and many know who I am even by name. I have been shopping at Kroger every since I moved to Hendersonville in August, 1977 (location on Imperial Boulevard). I have always been treated fairly and kindly by all employees. The ones with whom I interact the most and who know me the best are the pharmacists and staff and Starbucks. I am really enjoying shopping at the new store and I plan to keep doing so. I am someone to be called a satisfied customer. Just keep up the good work!!

The staff here is very nice inside and at clicklist. Love shopping here. Of course no where is as friendly as publix but this is just the right type of I can tell if you need help or not kind of store. Delicious bakery and deli. Have been doing a good job of keeping items in stock that normally go out quickly.

Great deals and customer service. The click list shopping needs some work every time we use it there is a substitution without telling you ahead of time. Usually have to go back to fix a few items would give 5 stars after they fix that but customer service does do a great job fixing the problem with no hassle

I can not say enough GREAT THINGS about Deon and David. Deon is always friendly, willing to help you find something you missed and funny. David is nice polite and always friendly. I WISH the managers could learn something from these two fine gentleman. Heck the Kroger in Gallatin could do a training class from these guys with their managers.

This is my favorite Kroger! The woman in the cheese department is very knowledgeable and friendly. She has suggested the best cheeses for me. Everything is stocked and neat. Very pleasant staff.

Not a huge fan

Much like the other marketplace down the road, this store is huge and has a good selection. Some times its too big and makes items hard to find. Deli is super slow service and never staffed enough. Fresh seafood is not really fresh and most is frozen right out of the bag from the freezer aisle. Has a cafe style section for sandwiches and tacos etc. clean store and well organized. Would love more craft beer and local beer selections.

Terrible, only 1 checker, had to wait in line over 15 minutes, then when paying with my debit card, wanted cash back & just found out there is now a .50 cents charge for getting cash back. Ideal totally unacceptable for me. Do you dont make enough on my food purchases?? Might have to go back shopping at PUBLIX. At least they act like they appreciate me as a customer. Also by the way your teenage employees absolutely play around & pay no attention what they are doing, but you probably dont care about that either.
