Hereford store is great. They resolved the issues that the Clovis NM store created and refused to fix. An ATT employee named Gauge or Gabriel activated one of my phones with the wrong number and said, oh well, I cant fix it. He continued to state that there is nothing he can do. All we wanted was the right number on the correct phones and he failed immensely. Clovis store is a disgrace and everyone employed there should be terminated immediately. Hereford store is wonderful. Please do all ATT costumers a favor and throw in the towel at Clovis NM. All that store is good for is creating anger and frustration.

When my family of 5 decided we needed a better and more reliable network, we went to AT&T. The staff was pleasant, reliable and extremely knowledgeable. The manager especially, was extremely helpful and pleasant to do business with. A big thank you to all that gave us great customer service. I only wish we wouldve made the switch sooner. 😊

Definitely had a great experience at this store, wouldn’t go anywhere else for my phone troubles then this store! The manger was super friendly and helpful! Gave me the best plan and deal for my phone service! I’d recommend this store to anyone having phone problems or is in need of new services!

Fatima was not helpful. I am traveling and had spoken to AT&T customer service who told me I could go to a store and get a sim. card.she could have read notes from that phone call but chose not to.

Closes earlier then advertised, went by around 6:20 pm and doors were locked yet the hours say they close at 8 pm. Went by today again, same time as the last time employees were not helpful and refused to give us the supervisors number because it was his personal number and he didnt feel comfortable giving that out.

Went in once to program my new phone service was great and fast they didnt charge me and told me to come back in if i had any more problems with my phone.
