Marisol Rodriguez helped me out when I purchased my new phone with a great deal, no plan change and was very patient answering with all my questions. She was helpful even days after my purchase to make sure I wasnt having any problems. Companies need more employees like her! 😊

I would give 0 stars if I could! Was quoted one price but billed much more. Theres nothing they can do about it whoever helped us told us wrong I WILL be switching phone providers once I pay this outrageously high two year contract! The staff isnt knowledgeable about their own company. Do not use Verizon!

I paid for my new phone on Monday and was told it would come in Wednesday and when I got there they told me I couldnt have my new phone because there banks havent cleared my cash payment...What kind of BS is that. What a waste of time and no offer to make it worth my time either.
