Very bad customer service not only that the people working there do not know what they are doing at all. They need to hire people that know what is going on and train them on how to be of better service to customers.

This location is the worst first the associate that helped her name was Brenda took the card out of my phone the wrong way and deleted half of the things on it second I bought a case to go with the phone she put it on the phone and doing so she scratched the phone so when I tried to take it back to replace it they said there was nothin they could do about it just oh sorry it’s our fault but we can’t help you like really are you kidding me I spoke with the manager as well and still nothing so I’ll just have to go above them this isn’t right and I won’t just let it go
