I usually dont get on here and do these review things but my experience was good enough that I felt obligated to comment on the incredible service I received while in the store. My mother is elderly and she can be difficult at time but your salesperson Tony was incredibly helpful and more than patient and I will forever be grateful. We were able to find a chair that she not only fits in but is able to use with no difficulty. Thank you Tony I really appreciate it.

I have needed a mattress for a very long time and I wasnt sure where to look, my sister-in-law recommended Levins after having a good experience shopping there herself so I thought my husband and I would give them a shop an we were not disappointed. Luke was able to help us BOTH find a mattress that we LOVE and were sleeping better because of it! We even replaced our pillows, best decision we made. My husband was apprehensive about getting a pillow also but it really takes the sleep experience to another level. THANK YOU LUKE!

I hurt my shoulder and need a recliner that I can operate with my good arm, but every mechanism handle at every store Ive looked at was on the wrong side. I came into your store and Nancy did a wonderful job of helping me customize a chair with the handle on the opposite side! I didnt even know such a thing was possible. The salesman was so polite and knowledgable. He was there when you needed him, but he didnt hover. And the prices were excellent.......since this review was written we have experienced numerous major problems with the delivery. It is hard to contact the store in regard to delivery, the scheduling was done without consideration of customer availability, wrong merchandise was delivered. Bottom line, it seems once the bill was paid the company was done with customer satisfaction. 5 stars dropped to 3.

Thanks to their sleep experts I was able to get a mattress and pillow that fits me perfect! They had so many mattresses at 1st I was slightly overwhelmed but their staff did a tremendous job of putting my mind at ease and finding a mattress that fit my needs AND my husbands needs!

I was in about 2 weeks ago, and Tony took care of me and was able to find the EXACT recliner that my husband found somewhere else and was able to get us a 5 year protection plan on it that is actually given back to us as a gift certificate if we dont use it! Ive never heard of a company doing something like that. We WILL be back!

False advertisement, after telling me I receive a $300 amazon gift card if you buy a $3,200 mattress. And waited 3 months just to find out that wasn’t true and had not received it. I am extremely disappointed after spending close to $4,000 and taking my business somewhere else I am considering returning. Highly recommend go somewhere else, I feel they will tell you anything just to buy off them.

A little disappointing. We purchased a piece of furniture and was promised a delivery time but it didnt happen. The staff is cordial but not very informed.

I wish that I could give negative stars. I am sitting here over 3 months after buying and paying in full for a new leather sectional and TV stand on my same old couch because Levins cant seem to get my order delivered to me in full. From moment one with a very nice, but completely incompetent salesman who couldnt use a computer or put together pricing correctly - we gave this company every opportunity and you did not one thing well. We still went through with our order, and waited.....and waited....and waited....I finally called in after 2 months and found out that they still didnt have all our items. Had to wait another month. Our items were finally to be delivered tomorrow, but I got a call that....ooops, we put part of your couch on the truck wrong, and we will have to deliver that piece at a later date and even though you have the rest of the day to get the other piece out of the warehouse and deliver it tomorrow with the rest of my items - you are completely unwilling to do so. Last straw - cancelled the order. You had 3 months Levins. Actually over 3 months to get us our entire order, and you couldnt do it. So we will go elsewhere now and forever, because of course we wont be back. Now we have to wait 7-10 days to get our money back that you have had in full - over $2700 for over 3 months. You had better believe that I will make sure everyone that I know stays away from this store and Levins as a whole.

Ive been searching for the perfect sectional for months but havent found anything on any showroom floor that was what I was looking for. Mike took tremendous care of me and the manager on duty Todd was very friendly as well. I was able to special order the sectional I wanted, exactly how I wanted it, and I was ALSO able to get financing interest free financing on top of a discount! My wife and I couldnt be happier! Visited the store approximately two weeks ago, was assisted by CJ. Asked for a quote on some England furniture. The store did not have the price guides, so he said hed contact the England rep. Took all my contact info and said wed get a $25 coupon via email. Still have not received pricing nor the coupon. Extremely poor customer service.
