Bad experience picking furniture up..Very rude and inconsiderate, no wonderThey are out of business, need to be more considerate of other people when they are trying to help.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Ordered two pieces of furniture for a matching set. I received one piece and was told the other piece was delayed but I’d get it in a few weeks. One month later I was told it wasn’t coming at all. I was no longer interested in the piece that was delivered and wanted it returned. Love’s agreed to return it but never came to pick it up. I called to make sure the return went through and the money was refunded. I was told that it was but they weren’t sending trucks to my area any longer to pick it up. Two months later I got a bill with no indication what it was for. After calling 5 times and waiting on hold for an hour plus, I finally spoke to someone. I was told this charge was a “restocking fee” although they restocked nothing?? Then they turned me into a collection agency 3 weeks after I got the bill. So far I’ve been told there’s nothing they can do at this time, call back and thats if I’m lucky enough to even speak to someone to. I’ve also selected to have my place saved and a representative will return my call. Of course, no one calls. Absolutely AWFUL.

Listen to the bad reviews. We decided to overlook them and give this company a shot. We ordered an adjustable base and mattress from the Pittsburgh location in November. After being rescheduled 4 times for delivery (very understanding of the pandemic and holidays, but let us know we cant get this for a while instead of scheduling it to deliver soon when they know they cannot) we learned on the news they closed all their Pennsylvania locations and some in Ohio. We had to call them and ask about this and they confirmed they couldnt deliver the mattress anymore since it was out of stock and they stopped delivering to our location. We were still able to get the adjustable base since it was already in stock. However, when we asked to refund the mattress we paid $1,299 for, they said they could only refund $1,194 because they said we got a Black Friday deal for an adjustable base and mattress. Without exaggeration, weve spoke with customer service on the phone over 10 times, and opened multiple online chats and not once they said this was a Black Friday deal or they wouldnt be able to refund us the whole price of the mattress. We even sent the receipt as proof 3 times to 3 different employees saying they were going to get this resolved. I am disappointed in this whole experience and even more disappointed we didnt get our full refund of the mattress. Dont put yourself through this stress.

The sales people are all wonderful, but the company itself is terrible. We purchased a couch and loveseat almost three months ago. We were informed that delivery was 8 weeks out, which we had no problem with. However our delivery date came and went with no communication from anyone. I called the customer service line and requested information about delivery. They stated it was delayed another week, but they would follow up. The second date comes and goes with nothing from the company. I tried calling customer service twice and asked for a call back, due to long wait times, but no one ever contacted me. I finally visited the store in person and asked someone about my order, to which I come to find is canceled. No store credit option for other furniture in stock and now we have to wait 7 days for our refund. This was the worst experience I have ever had with ANY retail store.

Went and bought a new mattress and was very happy with my experience. Everyone was incredibly helpful. Mr. Tony DiCaprio was the gentleman that helped me today! Absolutely recommend everyone to go and see him and Loves for your furniture needs.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Because they are under bankruptcy they are selling all of their items as is. So if you happen to find something that is a decent price on something please go through and check the entire item. We bought a $3,000 bedroom suite and got it home to find out it was missing parts. When we went back in we were told it was as is and they did not have the parts. Needless to say we are Home Depot trying to find a fix to be able to sleep in our bed!

We went in to look at sofas this evening. The store has only been open a few days but the staff are seasoned salespeople. CJ assisted us on our terms, which was much appreciated. He answered our questions but also gave us space to shop and discuss things. We ended up choosing a sofa this evening and taking advantage of their 12 months no interest option which is super with such a large purchase. Very professional, the prices really weren’t a whole lot more than some discount stores I had been pricing but quality was obviously better. Everyone wore masks and kept appropriate space(because, ya know, Covid). Very happy and can’t wait for our couch to be delivered!

Interacted with a nice lady originally from Spain. Very helpful and kind but they are a bit overpriced in my opinion. Ive not made a purchasing decision yet. I know I sure dont want to pay their 100.0 delivery fee for a chair (22 miles round trip and Im sure I wouldnt be the only delivery in the area.

Excellent customer service... Tony was very knowledgeable about the products... quality of items is really good. Whilensome small hiccups during checkout ( which were my fault. I got ahead of them with Progressive leasing) Everything went smoothly... Definately will be shopping there again. Thank You Loves!!!

Im so aggervared,!!! I went into store a month ago and ordered furniture knowing it was going to be a while because of Covid, a week ago I get a call telling me they are canceling my order because of the pandemic, I asked if they were closing she days no, but no one can get their furniture because of covid. I call today just to see the status of if and when people can order again, now I get told all the stories in Pa is closing. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Bill did a great job!! A local gentleman from Sharon who treats you the way I think everyone wants to be treated, answers when you need them, and if he doesnt know he finds the answer for you with no shine or BS. Honest on price and quickly worked up a final price. And you guessed it, we walked out with a purchase receipt. As to product, it looked robust, the leather looked thicker, steel and wood sub-frame appeared solid. As to the power components, only time will tell.My recommendation is to stop in and check them out, I think you will be pleasantly surprised 😮!10 Dec 2020 UPDATEOn 29 November I went to Loves in Hermitage to buy a couch and sofa. I spent over $3,000, assuming they would honor, meet or exceed all commitments made in this business transaction. I can tell you the COMMITMENTS OR PROMISES DIDNT EVEN HAPPEN, NOT ONCE BUT THREE TIMES. Now, someone reading this might think I am angry. Im not. I have attempted twice to contact Loves directly to resolve the issues and hopefully alleviate my concerns with ZERO EXCUSSES. Time will tell on this part. Luke anyone spending this amount of money on living room pieces would be very concerned and disappointed as I am. End goal, I simply want my items expedited to me as Loves failed to honor thier commitments, and am unwilling to put up with ANY EXCUSES as thief in action Im sure will push delivery even further. I am not pleased at that thought at all. We are not rich & I have three kids luckily making it back for Christmas for only 3 days, with oldest bringing his future wife. So hey, if they wont resolve this issue to my satisfaction, what do I have to loose, I can cancel the order and somewhere that cares about thier customers satisfaction.. you cant just take my money and the treat me like the invisible man and expect me to just take what ever you as okay, because it is not.So what happened, here it is...1. Bill, the salesman in Hermitage verified both items had just arrived and all that need to be completed was the inspection for damage. He advised me scheduling for delivery would be with in 7 to 10 days. In my mind, just came in, dont need to store, simply inspect and turn it back out the door... to me efficiency in action. Well that didnt happen!! Waited 10 days, no contact from ANYONE to schedule or advise status. Nope, simply a mushroom.. fertilize & keep in the dark. That is just so enjoyable when you just spent a lot of money, at least for my wife & I. And it wasnt a payment plan. Basically a cash buy.2. At 10 days, on 09 December I attempted to contact Loves customer service to help them & help me as they are probably busy with Christmas orders. Just looking to help & achieve a win/win with active participation on my part. Well, BEWARE, in the cue waiting, you will be asked after about 30 seconds if you would like a representative call you or leave a voicemail. Just like everyone, I am busy, so I chose call back. Well as of this moment at 1154 hrs on the 10th, I have yet to receive a call back, & the recording doesnt say they will call you back over 24 hours later... supposedly my spot would be held in the cue & they would call. Second promise broken... not looking good for me!3. On 10 December,I attempted to reach any warm body in customer service. I called again but this time giving the benefit of the doubt that the call back section wasnt working, I stayed in the cue. BEWARE yet again. Horrible experience 😪 and exhausting. This cue is one of the most irritating cues i have sat on hold with, & after 17 minutes of no one picking up, I gave up. Now, to add to your misery on this cue, you will hear this irritating voice every 30 seconds trying to drive you to the call back or voicemail system. To me this is very insulting and assumes that I must an idiot. After the first message I will make my decision, just as I did on the 9th. I will even give you a second prompt in case you missed it. Hearing message 35 times in 17 minutes is simply unacceptable.So, three promises broken. Unhappy!!

Fly by night company. They cancelied our furniture order that we paid for in full. They wouldnt refund our money in the store and was told it had to be credited by corporate in 7 to 14 days. Did end up getting money back after waiting. Feel bad for their employees that they screwed over.
