Service was great and cant go without getting my Chia latte with brown sugar and cream foam. So good.

Worse location ever. The spots say 15 minute parking but everyone stays longer because the line is incredibly long inside. There is absolutely no where to park. They need a better system.

This location excels in providing you ample space to spread yourself out safely for creative exploration. Whether you are working on your doctorate, novel, or just need for folks to maintain 6 foot from you still, this is the place to come to experience that peace and harmony to ease your neurosis and stimulate your muse. Friendly baristas, good lighting, and all the cake pops you could ask for. My only criticism is that the plug in spots are quite limited....particularly at the large table in the center that seats 5 currently but could seat up to 10. There are no built in table outlets or floor outlets. Still, you come to Starbucks for the coffee so...drink up.

Lid wasn’t placed correctly on my drink. Spilled in front of the cash register and they just looked at me. Didn’t offer a napkin or to help. I ended up getting a napkin from the other side of the store and cleaning it up. Again, no one spoke to me or offered help. Weird experience as Starbucks usually has great customer service. Also placed a mobile order 15 min prior to arriving, and watched as people who came in and out of the door had their orders filled. Ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes and it wasn’t particularly busy.

It was cool. Some things were out that I wanted and the trash cans were way too full.

Indoor and outdoor seating, smells like coffee, tastes like coffee, no complaints!

I usually dont get to visit Hershey too often, especially for as close as I live (Manheim). I got together w some guys and this is the place they chose to gather.I am a long time Starbucks Rewards member (2012). This location makes good use of a small space. Our party was 5 deep and we were still able to make some seating outside work (for simple conversation).The service was as can be expected at most Starbucks. It was past 7 PM so I opted for a Pour-Over for a dark roast option. My coffee and pastry was served in a reasonable amount of time. The store was clean. Customers were ultimately on the quiet side. If there were conversations taking place they were not loud. I did notice 4 or 5 guests interacting w electronic devices (laptops).I was able to make use of a free refill for my first time as a reward member. Much appreciated. And as we were approaching closing time they did give us 5 minute warning. A positive experience at this location. I would visit it again if in the area.

Stopped in today for breakfast / lunch and a hot caramel apple spice drink. The ladies behind the counter were extremely helpful and friendly. Inside seating still closed.

Spacious Starbucks, great for getting work done, lots of outlets including ones built in to the tables

Didnt open until noon. How does that make sense for a Coffee shop that serves breakfast.

Currently the service at this Starbucks is completely substandard. Lines were backed up people were very slow I believe it is due to them being understaffed currently. Bottom line is if you go in here expect long delays we had a 30-minute wait trying to get a beverage at the counter.

They need to out the utensils and napkins back out for clients to get.thwir staff do not have time to get for the clients.

One of my favorite Starbucks locations. It is well taken care of, the staff is very welcoming and some have even begin to recognize us. We are there weekly for treatment at the Childrens Hospital and we stop on our way in for banana bread and green teas.

The restaurant is clean it has a little bit of parking behind. The staff member that I dealt with was very pleasant and nice. They made my drink and sandwich as I asked. And prices were is expected with Starbucks.

Service was quick and well run. Drink was done to perfection. Very clean both in service area and also rest rooms with cleaning times marked.

This starbucks is almost never crowded or have any people when I arrive for pickup so that always makes me happy. The location has street parking in the front and a couple spots out back. Thats really nice because its very close to Hershey Park, which can make parking an issue. It also makes it very convenient for me to get in and out while Im trying to pickup my drink on my lunch break. One time I ordered my drink with milk by accident and the barista was kind enough to remake it for me so I didnt get a belly ache 😊

Fantastic Starbucks location as in my experience the drinks are always made perfectly! Great location as well since you can stop here after dinner or before a show at the Hershey Theatre. There’s no drive through but there is a parking garage behind the building and plenty of sidewalks for pedestrian access. Love the visual design of this particular store as well — very warm and inviting! As always I cannot recommend enough using the Starbucks mobile app because their rewards program is extremely engaging and adds tremendous value to the experience.

Very friendly staff at this location. They had to substitute my drink last visit, and the flavour was amazing. Very clean place, too.

The Atmosphere. Clientele make it interesting. A couple of employees Ive managed to sorta get to know! They are friendly, willing to help. Couple times, found it hard to sit down, due to the (sigh!!) local med/ college students eternally planting themselves down, limiting seating space! Overall, great coffee, great atmosphere, and a fun place just to chill, relax and unwind!

Literally watched a customer with mask below nose. Baristas said nothing. My drink was wrong, went to counter to tell them, had mask below my nose and was talked down to put my mask up. Tired of being harassed. Been going there for 15 years.

First time patron at this location and it was a horrible experience. It was crowded and there was a queue of people waiting for their food/beverages and another queue waiting to order. Thats not the horrible part. I counted four employees there. One was taking orders, one was making the drinks, one was floating around cleaning and one was in the back room most of the time. It took almost 30 minutes from entry to exit. This experience is seriously making me reconsider my loyalty to the entire chain. I would definitely not recommend this location to friends and family.

I have been going here for 2 years and the service has been dropping bad I just picked up my order and again my drink that I paid for extras is not done at all I will tell everyone not to go here because they dont care they rather talk to each other and look like they have no idea on what they are doing its sad because I spend about $45.00 to $60.00 a week here not anymore

I ordered a Peach Tea and waited for over 5minutes while they tended to customers who came after I did and they said nothing. Finally I asked about my tea and they said they were out. Really? No one thought of advising me? It wasn’t even very busy which was why it was so upsetting. My very first time here and I am very disappointed

This was a very nice and trendy place. Service with a smile, parking will be a little tough during the peak season of summer for Hershey Park. However at least by my opinion I do not see the appeal whith Starbucks coffee! Oh its a cup of coffee but I could get a cup of coffee just as good if not better at McDonalds! And $1 not $2.60 for a cup of coffee!

Stopped in for a mid afternoon latte. Delicious as usual. A bit pricey but, you get what you pay for. The frosted lemon cake was a great bonus.

This is a nicely designed Starbucks with lots of space in it and plenty of tables to choose from. It is a little harder to find parking for it (its best to go around the back), but other than that theres really no problem with this shop.

New store in Hershey. Hit or miss on electric .... For computer. General atmosphere good but place is loud. Outdoor seating but not big enough.

It was here yesterday around 10:00 in the morning. There were no napkins were you put in sugar and Creamer, might hable could have been wiped off, one of the trash cans was full. The store was not very busy and clerks really could have attended to this.

I usually only get to go here because it is crowded but I understand why. Its wonderful. Never have had a bad experience or bad service.

A quick and convenient spot! Although, since theres a branch in the nearby Tanger Outlets and a coffee shop located in the museum Hershey Story across the street, this might have been a missed opportunity to bring something unique to the town.

Some Starbucks are places you can go and sit for hours in conversation or working in a laptop. This is not one of those Starbucks. The seating is cheap cramped and uncomfortable. The staff was very pleasant and quick.

Its rare that Im disappointed in Starbucks. We went, ordered drinks and food. One drink gets made; apparently the order taker didnt catch the 2nd drink so we had to get back in line to order the drink again. The drinks were and are always good but no apology or offer of a free drink for their mistake.

Cool, a third starbucks in 5 miles. You can literally walk across the street to the cafe for better coffee, fresh food, and handmade desserts. I guess wifi is their selling point hahaha.

Not enough staff to serve customers. It took almost an hour for me to get one cup of coffee. Very busy but unfortunately there was only one employee who is taking orders and prepping them. Not sure if that’s the case every night. The drink he made is not that great !!!
