Ive been to many Starbucks stores and this one is the best! I ordered directly from counter, fast, accurate, and extremely friendly staff. I sat down for a few hours, used my computer and the friendliness is contagious. Everyone is very nice and happy to work here. Customer after customer kept coming in and the enthusiasm never stopped. A line formed and was quickly dispatched and the friendliness never stopped along with smiles, etc. Everyone being greeted as they came in. This is how businesses are suppose to run! Kudos to this store!!

This location is consistently great! Super nice people, fast service & perfectly made items. Even when the drive-thru line is long, which is often, it moves relatively quickly. But I highly recommend ordering on the app & going inside to pick-up especially if youre in a rush.

Occasionally if I have time in the morning and there isnt a line, I will swing through the drive thru. While I love my London Fog, especially on a day like today, Katie is more of a pick-me-up than my drink. She is always pleasant and cheerful. Even with a mask covering her face you can hear her smile.

I had a Starbucks I normally would go to but didnt realize this one is actually closer! EVERYTIME I go here, I have never had an issue. Staff girls are so polite & sweet & theyre very quick as well! Good clean environment along with indoor dining & outdoor seating. Love it! 😊

Good service if you get there early in the morning. Gets really busy after 8 am. Ran out of cold brew but suggested an alternative.Edit: went back multiple times after this review and have been satisfied every time. Would recommend. The seasonal pumpkin cream cold brew is a must try.

Place was not busy. Got our drinks quickly..many syrups are no longer available due to supply issues.. conveniently located in the shopping center with a super convenient drive through.

Unfortunately it took almost 15 minutes to get one small drink, and there was only one customer ahead of us in the store. They said they wanted to make a fresh pit of decaf for the order. I wish they had asked us if we cared about that (we didnt) because we were almost late for my daughters practice at Hershey Stadium when we had plenty of time initially to get there.

10/10 best starbucks, they give my hairy sons puppachinos and the baristas always make my coffees excellently and theyre so pleasant and kind! Whenever i can stop there i make it a first choice! My boy bubba approves greatly.

Ordering on app excellent as it should beOnly here at this location employees had to many customers 🤔 or maybea backup of orders 🤔 so had to wait for a chocolate croissant SMHNever had to wait before at any Starbucks it felt-out of the ordinary🤔

Visited this location because the one near my house was closed due to staff shortage. The barista was very helpful in finding a replacement for their cinnamon dolce syrup since there is a national shortage. Would definitely visit again!

We had been shopping at the outlets on a Sunday & closed the place down. When we left we were all thirsty & Starbucks was the most convenient place. We ordered 3 drinks & it came to $16.00. Im sorry but 3 coffee drinks shouldnt be almost $20.00. Wont make that mistake any time soon.

I am in love with this location and the people that work there although the manager always seems to have an attitude and I have overheard her talking to her employees in a very rude manor. I have gotten to know a bunch of the people that work there due to me always being there but the last time I was there Kristina ruined my experience. I heard her talking to an employee about covering a shift and asking about their personal issued in front of customers. Very unprofessional. I will be in again but I will not be ordering a drink if she is making it. Maybe next time I am in I can change this to a 5 star rating..

Great location, but please put the mobile orders in a spot where they can be easily grabbed. They have their mobile orders behind the counter and a bunch of chairs and tables blocking access. Mobile customers should not have to grab the attention of a barista to get their drink.

Staff is always friendly and the drinks always taste good, what more do you need to know? Great location. Would recommend

Even though the store was full of people my drink was ready in less than 5 minutes. Drink was well made and refreshing.

I moved an outdoor umbrella 5 feet so I could sit in the shade. The manager came out and told me to put the umbrella back where I found it. All the outside tables were dirty. At the end of my coffee, I got a mouthful of coffee grinds. I told them and said I wouldn’t be back and the manager was in the background with her thumbs up.

First time ever trying a star bucks other than occasions where someone would buy me a coffee. The staff was very enthusiastic and welcoming, I got a smoked bacon sandwich and a hot chocolate. I’m so glad I tried it out because I loved my order, can’t wait to come back.

Ordered a frap large. There was no coffee in it and all fluff.

Drive thru always takes a while, but the staff has always been extremely kind and helpful.

First time comming here that I had a bad experience. The lady at the drive thru was very unpleasant and didnt care she gave me a cup of Hot Coffee that the lid was on right and popped off and burnt my hand. Told her and asked for napkins. She said nothing and handed me 3. My cup was deformed and designating. My husband took it in and they did replace the cup and gave use more paper towels. I wont go back if that women is in the drive thru.

Sold out of everything I drink and Im not gonna lie the coffee I got tasted horrible (which could be my own fault but still) and took awhile to even get it because of waiting for them to make it and the fact that they werent properly calling orders out a lot of peoples orders sat there because they didnt hear their order being called very disappointed I love Starbucks but yall need to step your game up

It’s a little rough waiting in the drive through line since the space available is so small. I would recommend pick up instead of drive through! However, the service is fast for how busy they seem to be during this time. The customer service is always top notch and the order is always correct. Would recommend this location over others!

This place is nice comfortable beds. But make sure you look for anything left behind. There was someones old rag left on the bar of the sbower.

Great place to stop by and get some work done with their fast wifi, awesome ambiance, and delicious drinks. This whole outlet is awesome because they have free charging stations for EVs. Great place to stop by if youre in the area!

A bit disappointing, not the usual service I expect from Starbucks

Never had an issue here and I frequent them often. But today my car broke down in the drive through line and 3 of the employees came out to push my car into a spot. They were so nice and absolutely did not have to do anything, but they did, and made sure we were okay and offered to let us sit inside to wait for a ride. Thank you so much! These employees deserve recognition, wish I got their names, but they know who they are!

Creamer- wise: please put other types besides just Half and half, and, ever consider using varied flavored creamers? Might just enhance growth in clientele.😉😉

This is a Starbucks located at a very busy shopping center. Considering that they have to operate under COVID-19 guidelines meaning fewer employees, they are obviously insanely busy with having to deal with a drive-thru and also people inside so just be patient and understanding. Oh and order through the mobile app, I don’t know why more people don’t utilize this feature at Starbucks and other restaurants/cafes.

Starbucks coffee is superior to many other brands, it is rich and tasty. Their novelty drinks however leave something to be desired.

They were good to me because they explained the star system that I earned to me.

Ordered at 3:15pm when not busy. Left the store at 3:42. Was the only one standing in the store. This has been happening more and more at Starbucks locations everywhere not just this one. To wait a half hour for one coffee is crazy.

Took 45 minutes to get it drinks, Starbucks needs to work on improving their processes behind the counter. Baristas were unorganized, mobile orders scatter on the counter and placed under counters ( questionable how sanitary that is). Disappointed.

Always awesome service

My experience was just down right horrible. I bought a medium coffee and it took 20 minutes to get it. The employees spent way to much time socializing with each other and not enough working. They were not organized at all! I am very disappointed. I will NOT be going back!

I cannot believe this place had only five people working in the background and there was like 20 people in line this afternoon the driveway had about 12 to 15 cars lined up they need to get more cash registers and more people working in the background like Bojangles has they have like 15 people working in the back and the lines go fast and the customers in the inside get served fast thats the way to conduct business to make the lines go faster and accommodate the customers since theyre paying so much for the coffees and desserts

I usually have a good experience at a Starbucks when I go in but this particular day was not good.I dont drink coffee so I always order a caramel apple spice. Which is apple juice, milk, dulche flavoring and whipped cream. I also get an egg white and feta wrap and usually a baked pastry.As I waited for the nice ladies to prepare my order, I did see my drink come up and had my name called out and what type of drink it was.As I go towards the counter, a lady comes out of nowhere and steals my drink and walks out. I stood there confused as to what just happened as it was totally brazen that someone would do that. So I did mention it to the nice girls behind the counter and I received a new one.But sadly, when I got it, this time around the drink was nasty. It definitely was not what I had at other locations. It tasted weird. Two sips and I had to throw it away.The egg white wrap was delicious as always but I did receive the wrong pastry too. I ordered the pumpkin loaf and got a plum danish instead. The danish wasnt very good either.So Im just going to chalk it up to this being an off day at this location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. But the rest of it just wasnt good.

Always well made drinks. They can typically handle a large rush well. Sometimes slow in the evening. Have never met a sour person working there.

Great coffee and great service. Atmosphere is awesome so is the staff.

Frappacino was very weak, couldnt taste the coffee, didnt ask if I wanted whipped on top, seemed like it had been sitting out for awhile. It was drive through only or I would have asked for a remake.

It is a quite busy place, but honestly they always do a great job. Lots of hard working younger people there.

1st person in line at open. 3rd order actually filled. 20 minutes for 2 coffee. At least they tasted great.
