I had a bad customer service experience today when I went in to this turkey hill. My jobs card chip isn’t working but it still swipes and can be put in manually. I explained to the employees that there was a button they could press and I could put my card number in manually, they did not look or try and just said it couldn’t be done. I went out to the gas pump and the card worked like I knew it would.

Walked in the convince store wearing a face mask, immediately noticed many customers not wearing mask got to register and asked cashier why people were not wearing mask and not following the PA mandatory order said he didnt know, or didnt care .. really dont think I will go back there.

This Store has really become a “Ghetto” trash Store. Every time I have gone there the Manager and employees are out on smoke breaks. I was in at rush hour this morning and coffee cups were out, creamer empty, and coffee area disgusting. Meanwhile, the ManGer was out smoking. Also, I grabbed an out of date yogurt. They do not rotate and it’s hard to believe I find outdates in a busy store. The Manager smells like an ashtray and is really disgusting and seldom smiles. It seems like a task to just wait on customers. It’s too bad Turkey Hill gets such low caliber employees. Customer service is lacking big time. Maybe if I went on smoke break with them I d get them to wait on me. However, I don’t stop at Turkey Hill anymore. The customer loyalty cards do not work and I didn’t want to bother the employees to wait on me. So sad!
