I started my process of purchasing a new/used SUV over the phone with Dustin. I cannot say nothing but he was the best salesman I ever worked with! he made it so easy and very smooth and I was out of town when I bought my vehicle. The constant communication is what sold me. please buy a car from Dustin you will not regret it. Thank you for everything your friend YJH.
They are great people to work with at EZ-way auto of hickory all sales and staff made sure I was took care of
Tammy is awesome! She goes above & beyond, & has always done right by me & my family!! So happy with our Expedition 😍.. if you need a vehicle go see Tammy, she’s the best!
DON’T BUY UNLESS YOU WANT SOMETHING THAT ALREADY HAS ISSUES! I’ve dealt with customer service for almost a month, lost my job because I can’t drive back and fourth to work! Got the car at 82,000 miles back in July of 2020 and it has not even been a year and ALL struts and shocks need to be replaced ! Have gap, have full coverage and a warranty but still have to pay hmmmm somethings just really fishy, honestly went here for a newer car and ended up with a lemon that just looks pretty and don’t run right 😂👌 it’s cool unfortunately I’m stuck with the vehicle but that’s how they getcha.
Go see Mike Long at Ez Way. I’ve bought multiple vehicles from Mike. He’s an awesome salesperson! Very simple buying process!
Went by just to look and was talked into submitted a full application. They took the keys for my trade in and basically disappeared with no explanation of where they were. My husband ended up tracking them down and getting the keys and we left. Two days later spoke to a sales person on the phone who spoke to me in a VERY degrading manor. I will NEVER buy a vehicle there and Will tell everyone I know to stay away!!!! RUDE!!!! My credit isn’t terrible so I ll just wait a couple months and get a loan with my bank and get exactly what I want!!
Great selection! Great service! Go see Alan at E-Z Way Lincolnton - he’s the best!!
Recently visited the Hickory, NC location. Prior to that the Morganton, NC location. Both locations, asked to see a particular vehicle. Both locations there was a reason not to help me with the selection. After making an appointment with the office, went to the Morganton location and waited for more than 2 hours, just to find out that the vehicle was placed in the shop for repairs without any notice to my arrival. No one would talk to me about this until the manager came back from lunch. Then the salesman actually thought that it was funny that I wasted my Saturday at the location looking for a truck they didnt have available. After talking to the office about the situation, they checked into the claim and found out what was going on. They offered me a chance to go to a different location and set up a appointment with the Hickory lot. Went there for an appointment and arrived 30 minutes early and waited again for another 2 hours. They had taken my keys to check out my trade, but never talked with me until I asked for my keys back. This is when, the guy claiming to be the manager, told me that I could look at a truck but couldnt test drive it. What is that... After finally getting my keys back and talking with this person, not the person that the appointment was scheduled with, he said that he had me approved for finance but I hadnt picked out a vehicle. What the deal. Just wanted to let anybody interested, go to a different car dealer. One that wants to help you, not try and sell you what they want to get off their lot. Never before have I ever been treated like an idiot, both locations treated me like I was stupid and couldnt make up my own mind. Guess Ill check with the local sheriff office and see about getting them investigated for swindling people. Makes no sense in what they do.
I was in need of a 4x4 due to living in the mountains. Stephanie went above and beyond her duties to ensure I would get a truck that I love! Thank you for your outstanding service ❤️
From start to finish it was exactly as we agreed upon, the Mercedes was as described I drove 2.5 hrs to get there and the only hold up was the printer.Everyone was very professional and accommodating, great experience, Thank you.
First day driving off the lot, check engine light popped on and then started to flicker like crazy. The CEL light had been shorted out somehow causing a check engine code for that circuit and a po420. Next day turbo code comes on, po299 turbo under boost. I take it back to them under there 30 days 1000 mile warranty. Did not like the customer relations guy at Tech 3-there repair shop. The lady upfront at tech 3 was very professional and well liked. After being lied to from the customer relations guy at Tech 3-he said turbo wasnt working because engine was 2 quarts low-what a lie....turbo is fed oil from oil filter, secondly the car cant tell its 2 quarts low on oil, only that its really low on oil. Needless to say, a week and half later they bring the car to the dealership with the same check engine light for turbo boost low, and my bluetooth system is no longer functioning properly since they took car for the week and half. During the time in the shop, they said they replaced the turbo and supposedly a pcm. During pickup at week and half, the turbo was not new, and salesman stated they put a used $500 turbo on......there $500 on amazon new with 2 year warranty. So to sum this after two weeks of buying a car, theyve made bluetooth not work properly, didnt fix turbo issue, very suspicious of the CEL being shorted out during first 3 days of having car-per my scanner, being lied to constantly by either corporate office finance manager or guys at tech 3 shop, and last but not least, they have no loaner cars for when your cars in there suspicious shop. I just like others expect truthfullness, and for them not to be shady.Reply: As people will see, they deny the lieing that was involved with tech 3 associates and the finance manager backing there lies. Tech 3s communication has not been the best and accurate throughout the few times i spoke with them. The day i picked my car up from the lot (after week and half at tech 3), tech 3 never mentioned anything about them taking my car to run more miles on it, they specifically said it was closed, and someone was or was going to be taking my car back to dealership for me to pick it up. Long story short, when i got to dealership, the car wasnt there. They had to call around to see where it was. When it did arrive, as previously stated it had a check engine code on for the turbo under boost. Who tells a customer the cars ready, and then brings it to the customer with same dreaded check engine light? And to reply to the 145,000 being alot of wear on the turbo, sure it is alot of wear and tear, but have they or anyone did any research on the turbos on the chevy 1.4 liters. There notorious for failing even at low miles around 89,000. Im not the average ez way auto sales customer, im not making these things up, and all i expect is someone to believe me the customer for once here at ez way, because there persona at ez way auto sales is stick together, dont believe the customer. Customer should always be right, especially if the customer calm and truthful, respectful as i have been throughout this short ordeal. I will not be reaching out to them to get the car further fixed, due to them losing my trust.
*BEWARE** Their advertising on Craigslist is a bait scam to get you to come. Be prepared to wait a very long time. Got to give them credit, they do their job well.... watched many people purchase vehicles while we were there. It was sad 😢 to watch b/c the prices were super inflated....knowing people were oblivious to being scammed. We got that slimy used car salesman vibe pretty immediately. We ended up getting a same year make/model vehicle with 40k less miles for $7k less somewhere else..NOT JOKING!! Gator was a friendly guy but I do not know how the people who work there can have a clean conscious and sleep well at night.
Do not be drawn into the two year, two hundred mile warranty. There fine print and the service they use is criminal. They tried to pin the cooling system failure on me anyway not only did I have to pay several deductibles for the fix but when I picked my car up the first time I never even made it two miles before the car was all the way on red and smoke was pouring from under the hood. I then was informed I needed to pay another deductible for that fix as well. I could have gotten a way better deal on the end from buying a brand new Kia down the road. I am terrified of what is going to happen when my warranty runs out the end of this year. Terrible customer service, highway robbery at its finest. Please read the fine print or save yourself tears and go elsewhere.
I love my car. Everyone was friendly. Mike Long was very nice also.
Car buying experience ok, management terrible, some of the sales reps were unprofessional, and very rude. if you choose to go with unifor financial which owns the lot you may want to read, re read, think, and then rethink signing the 22% interest rate they offer, you will end up paying more in 1 year than the vehicles initial sale price with little effect on the overall balance of the car, basically be certain you want the vehicle. because after you purchase it youre going to have so much negative equity you will be stuck with it until you pay it off . I would rate it 0 stars however that isnt an option, and my initial experience was decent, its after the initial purchase that they no longer have any respect and apparently no desire for return customers.
Ez way was great to work with me and find me the vehicle I wanted. Made financing easy also. Jordan and Fred are awesome !!
Did not buy a car from here but the salesman I spoke with, Mike Long, was very nice and helpful. They have warranties are their cars which I think is awesome.
Good staff that helped me to get my truck.
Love this place. They will get you in a car and the service reps are awesome
Crooks!! I have never been lied to so much by a company as I have this sales staff. The warranty is a JOKE!!
Nothing comes without a price and there is never an easy way out because you will always pay in the end. I decided to write this review for other people so they won’t have to go through what I went through. First of all I have a family of five. I work from home in between taking care of my kids and homeschooling them. When our car went out, I worked all summer to save up for a downpayment. I went to Easy Way Auto Loan and put down $1500 on a Toyota Rav4. It was not what our family wanted but they wouldnt approve us for more than a certain amount even though we made enough and even though they advertise on Craigslist that every vehicle is a low downpayment and everyone is approved which is very misleading.Nonetheless I made my first payment in good faith but there was a mixup and they didnt get the right checking account numbers. Instead of reaching out to explain this, the manager at Unifour financial their main finance company put in an order to repossess my vehicle after sending one text message which I didnt get till late at night. I had to be on the phone back and forth explaining what happened. Finally the employee at Unifour listened to the tape of me making my payment and admitted that it wasnt a bad check just one of the numbers was off. Are you kidding? An error like this could have been resolved in a much more civil, just, and humane way. To make matters worse when I went to get my car, all of our stuff was in a trash garbage bag. What a belittling, dehumanizing and horrific experience. I will never recommend this company to anyone!!!! Stay away if you value your dignity. It cost me money to rent a car, pay for gas since I live in the mountains an hour away. Plus a $325 repo fee which they refused to take off. On top of that, the they did damage to my car which the repo man repaired but they werent going to help, I had to talk to him myself. Allan from EZ way tried to call over to Unifour on my behalf but nothing was done. This whole thing was a mess and now they reported my account as closed on my credit report which hurt my score by 150 points. Even though I have made my first four payments, they have not updated my credit report or tried to help with this situation.Dont believe EZ way that they cant help what the finance company does. It is THEIR FINANCE COMPANY. Their corporate office is sitting right next to Unifour financial. Do yourself a favor, and just don’t with this company. Just don’t.
Ask for Mike Long and tell him, Harvey sent you. They will work with you.
I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.I bought a 2013 Honda CR-V EX-L from here back in April/May. I loved my salesperson and sales manager, and thought this would be a smooth transition. It has been everything but smooth.I wrecked my car on Halloween night. EZ Way had the car towed the next day to their repair shop to have it fixed (November 1st). I have insurance through EZ Way as well, and they weren’t even able to get an estimate on the damages to the car until Thanksgiving. I paid my $250 deductible, and the insurance lady assumed the car would be totaled so EZ Way didn’t ask for any car payments. Found out, despite $10,000+ in damage, the car wasn’t totaled, sometime in December, and they would start repairs.I called the garage and spoke to them myself and they said they couldn’t even get the car in the garage to start repairs until December 18th.Now they are repossessing my car. The car isn’t even repaired yet and they expect me to pay $1300 in car payments for the two months, going on three, that they’ve had this car sitting in a tow-yard; and more as the weeks pass. I offered to pay part of what I owe to get the car back, but I will not pay for months of them doing nothing.I’ve asked to speak to a manager several times to see if we could work something out and they never call me back.Go elsewhere if you’re looking for a car; they may have nice vehicles but their service is absolutely terrible.
Terrible management and sleazy workers/sales people. Will lie to you and make you feel stupid. Stay away!
This place is the most awful place to finance from ..... very rude and obnoxious and money hungry...
Everyone is really kind & friendly.
Buyer Beware!
