Typically Paramount is top notch we have used them over 10 years BUT now it is impossable to schedule any service apointments for almost a month .

I would buy another KIA here,but I would make sure if I bought brand new that I would get some kind of a small gift.Like a hat or keychain or something,they give nothing.

Had an appointment for an oil and filter change. Found out my car had a recall and they had to flash my ECM. Well, 3 hours later I finally got my car back. This was my first visit there to get my car serviced. They have a sign when you go into the service center that says the do not do fast oil changes and it takes about 40 minutes. That, in my opinion, is a complete waste of your time. That just gives them time to upsale you EVERYTHING they can. Period. I will not be going back.

Took advantage of my son a new car buyer. He had a cosigner but asked my son to come earlier. They charged him 2000 over msrp when there was supposed to be a 2500 rebate for 2920 kia plus he pur 3500 down and get a veteran rebate of 400. That would make the total about 20000 with tax and fees. They also took the 3500 off after finance fees. Making it around 38000. After financing 35000 with his downpayment and tradw and to top it off they listen to 106.9 the light a Christian radio statiob pipes through there speaker Ill write 106.9 too Thanks for readingt

Staff was friendly and as most dealerships as soon as you pull up they start running out to ask you questions which I find annoying. Has price goes all the used vehicles that I saw were overpriced according to Kelley blue book I would recommend just going to Rock Hill to Charlotte you will definitely save money.

Bought myself a new car and I love it!!

Poor service, check out a friends car to see what was an issue and let to car go out in worse shape, didnt put parts back together correctly, had to bring it back in and I had to point out to the tech the problem caused by their repair shop.

Wish i could give this place a Negative 10. Rude employees. bad customer service. Doesnt care about customer other than themselves making money off buyer. Came to buy my wifes Dream car, they wanted to put us in something else besides of what she wanted. Took all day to get the car! The employee helping us was alright helping us but complained the whole time during the process! WORST PLACE to buy a car. Had to drive back which is 75 miles for us and they wanted us to come during the day while we were both at work and didnt care. Wish i could have gotten the car shipped somewhere else to buy the car.

Not one of the individuals I came in contact with upheld Benny Yount’s philosophy of GR101 (upholding the golden rule) nor did any one of them uphold his idea of doing everything (business) ”100% right and fair”. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to a single soul. Truth be known, I have shared with others my experience and my disappointment with the dealership and the staff. Buyer beware ... new or used they are simply out for the deal and are willing to take advantage of any situation. Very disappointed, discouraged, and dismayed. I guess I should have known ... sales are obviously “paramount” to their purported Christian philosophy/values.

Ive got mixed emotions about this place, but theyre pretty friendly and do their jobs decently well and thats what matters.

I was given a price for the service they tried to charge me twice as much I complained and they reduced it to 50.00 more than I was originally told this is why I get my service done elsewhere and go there only for recalls and they wanted to do brakes I cant imagine what they would cost very unsatisfied
