Little bit of a wait to sign purchase papers, but no big deal because they have a lot of awesome vehicles in the show room to keep you occupied. Absolutely the best experience I have ever had with a car dealer. Jacob and the team offered me waaay more than I expected for my trade in, way more! Positively no pressure and good education as I’m really not a car geek so Jacob and Chance taking the time to explain the amazing mods on the Tundra was very interesting. Absolutely incredible showroom, fastest process I’ve ever had with the paperwork. Several vets work and we spent most of the time just reliving glory days. I fully believe I could have been out of there within 45 minutes with the new ride, 2017 Toyota Tundra Crewmax TRD Pro. This is now my go to. The showroom has other awesome cars including BMW, Porsche, and Ferrari. It’s worth the time just to look at the cool cars.

My wife was in the market for a newer vehicle. After endless hours of web searching we came across this jewel of a website called Cosmo Motors. It had a great line up of used vehicles. My wife fell in love with a 2019 Ford Explorer. Upon arrival at Cosmo Motors we were greeted by Jacob (the BEST salesperson Ive ever dealt with) who walked us right to the Explorer. After a few minutes Jacob returns with the key and gave an amazing sales pitch (it was like he was the previous owner) he new everything about it. After a short test drive our car shopping was complete. I will come back for my next vehicle and Ive already blew up my phone bragging to all my friends and family. I found the truck I wanted listed online and received a call-back from KJ at Cosmos almost immediately after inquiring about it. After visiting with him on the phone and reading the bios of some of the other employees there I knew I had not only found the truck I wanted, but also the people I wanted to buy it from. I flew to North Carolina a couple days later, sealed the deal, and drove it back home to Wyoming. They were professional, courteous, and fast with all of the paperwork. I’ll definitely do business with them again in the future.

I recently drove to Hickory to check out a 2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser Cosmo had. I got there in late afternoon, and after going for a fairly long test drive, I decided to buy it. Kyle answered all my questions, and he and his manager worked out the details of the transaction for me. Everything was straightforward and aboveboard, and I felt like I was treated well and paid a fair price. Their showroom is (as many reviews say) like a museum, with a variety of interesting cars. Highly recommended!

When you go here ask for Kyle. He was very helpful and although there was a miscommunication error on my end, he still helped me get my dream car. The finance manager is also very up front and has a great attitude. Great selection of luxury cars.

The people I dealt with at Cosmo Motors were wonderful before the purchase. I believe I got a great trade in price. However, when I got the truck inspected a month later, turns out there were numerous issues with the front end that were not shared with me at purchase. We traveled from PA to NC to purchase the truck so we could not bring a mechanic with us to go over the truck. The tie rods and most of the front axle joints all needed replaced. So much it threw the truck into a death wobble. Cost us over $1000 just to pass inspection and have the truck back on the road. That was not the most frustrating thing, this was shared with my salesman and they would not return a message. That was highly disappointing.The truck we traded needed a few fixes as well and they took $500 off the trade price....but this condition on the front end was easily seen by any mechanic and should have been fixed too before being sold. Selling an as is vehicle without saying maybe why it is as is ....or at the very least the truck should pass the first inspection without needing work. This was frustrating. At the very least, it warrants a communication back from the dealership to the customer.

Do not recommend AT ALL. Got a car from them. Had to take it back twice within 5 months. Still didnt fix the problem. Just put a bandaid on it. Even took out extended warranty. Have driven the car less than 5k in 15 months. They actually told me to me to not bring it back there and take it elsewhere. Now the repair that shouldve been done to begin with isnt even covered by the warranty. Paying $2,000 out of pocket bc of Cosmo motors.

Where to begin. First of all, this was the worst car buying experience Ive ever had, and Im in my 50s. The most dishonest dealership Ive ever dealt with. They tried to hide damage in three different locations on the car, and said they would send a check for $350, less than half of what is needed to repair the car, and they never sent a dime. I called the dealership twice and texted the salesman once to have my paperwork sent to me after receiving the car, and paying for it July 27th, and it didnt show up until 9-22-21. Almost two months to receive my paperwork. Pathetic! Once they have your money, theyre done with you. I also mentioned the check to one of the women I spoke to on the phone, and she said shed send it out. Of course that never happened. These guys actually put an oil change sticker on the windshield and never changed the oil. What kind of people do that? They also replaced the rear tires with FIVE year old tires and reported to CARFAX as new. Run dont walk away from this train wreck of a dealership. Very dishonest people run this place. Youll thank me later.

Buyer beware for any older or used cars. A 100 and whatever point inspection doesnt mean they will actually tell you what is wrong or fix anything as long as the vehicle can drive off the lot.Came to look at a 97 camaro with a few dings and scratches that I was fine with and already knew about. Unfortunately came in on a rainy day and couldnt tell the oil that was leaking from underneath. Could smell it but we thought it was the best case scenario of just some residue spill from the inspection or a fluid change. Worst case scenario maybe a single gasket which they seemed to allude to. Bought it. Saw the oil leak. Turned out all of the fluid needed changing and just about every seal was shot. Something they would have known from looking under the car.Would call and never receive a reply, or would be promised a call back that would never arrive. Fault is obviously mine but shoulda known not to trust these people from the start. Try to get it fully checked before you buy. Thanks.

My wife and I recently had dealings with Cosmo motors on two vehicles. Nicole and Cosmo are a rare breed in the used car industry. They went above and beyond to make the deal as smooth as it could go. They made us feel like part of the gang. We got to see all the awesome rides they have as well as a look behind the scenes in there shop out the back. All the staff that work there are so friendly and courteous.They did everything they said they would do. High price, poor disclosures, couldnt figure out how to include shipping in the deal, sent title and paperwork to the wrong municipality, lots of unnecessary overnighting. Maybe if you walk in with cash and out with a title and car that day, its worth the typical dealer brain damage...but probably not. Car was transported to me covered in oil from a leak on the car in front of it. All things considered, other than an outright wreck, pretty bad overall experiance.

The dealership is actually pretty nice, some beautiful cars for sure. Cars are overpriced but that’s their business, they find buyers that are looking for specific specs. So narrow market but obviously that works for some. Oh and btw Chance I am not Vick lol I am also not sorry for yelling back at Cosmo after he started giving me an attitude and raising his voice about who’s buying the car, a customer and his trusted friends (advisors) should never be treated that way. For those looking to buy a car from here, dont leave a deposit if you can avoid it, even if its their fault an agree to give the deposit back they can take up to 2 months to give it back. Giving 4 stars because sales people were great, communication was good, they have some rare cars. The owner however must have been having a bad day. So I wish you success in your business. Top notch customer service from the entire staff. My Daytona Matte Gray c7 RS7 was purchased here from a friend/co-worker, and I ended up buying it from him. Recently bought a new set of AG Wheels and brought it here to have tires mounted and the new setup installed. Dropped the car off around 10:00 am and was told it was ready to be picked up not much after lunch time. Great pricing on the tires (Michelin Pilot Sport 4S), and very fast service. Will be returning in the future for sure for service work, and perhaps when the time comes to replace the Audi. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Please look around before you purchase a vehicle from Cosmos. Unless you know the entire car history of the car you will be purchasing. I purchase a car from this place and what great regret I have. I pay x amount of money for the vehicle and the car sat for 5 months because of all the repairs it needed within 2 weeks of me buying the car which cost me more than 12k to repair. I was also misinformed about the previous owner and how cosmos got the vehicle. I am not saying not to buy vehicles from this place I am sure not all cars are bad but look around before you give them your business. Their is a lot of honest places.Before anyone says anything cosmos was informed and they did not helped!!! There is a lot of honest businesses out there

First of all, the showroom is like a museum! All of their cars are in such beautiful condition and I felt like I was buying a new car.I was very happy that the company provided a full Carfax report for my vehicle that matched the report provided by my credit union (You would be surprised at how many dealerships give one that leaves some damning information out). I can’t speak for the rest of their inventory but the car I purchased had a clean report indicating that I was looking at a quality cared for and operated car.The salesman I worked with, Matt, was great. Very personable and not pushy at all. He was also very knowledgeable on the car I was purchasing and on my trade in. It was great working with someone who understands the product! You can tell he’s done his homework on this car and many of the other males on their showroom. Even after the sale, he has been responsive with questions including a minor issue that was cited at the end of the sale and getting resolved (their technicians were gone by the time the contract was being put together).Their shop is incredible. I would definitely use it if I lived in the area.Overall, an A+ experience!!!

I purchased a 2017 C7 Grand Sport. I live in Pennsylvania and this purchase was made without seeing the car in person. After a lot of communication and verifying condition of the car we made a deal and had the vehicle shipped to me. Upon arrival the driver shows me a big long scratch on the side of the door that was not disclosed. He actually pointed that out to the dealer when the car was being loaded and made them buff as much of it out as possible. I did not receive a phone call when this scratch was pointed out.On the pictures that were on the dealers website looked like there was a scratch on the screen in the center console. The dealer assured me there was no scratch. When the car showed up, guess what? There was a scratch on the screen. They said they were sending me a new screen. Have not received it yet.Two days later I proceed to change the brake pads because there was hardly any material left. No surprise there. When I took the wheels off, to my surprise yet again, three wheels had repairs on the inside. Two of them had a weld that closed up a line that I assume was a crack. The third wheel had two sections at least 6 inches in length that were wavy and bumpy like the wheel had shattered and then put back together. I have a hard time verifying that this was not noticed during their multinpoint inspections that they do. Even driving at highway speeds the vibration is there.Needless to say they are not willing to help in any way with the wheels and the scratch was not noticed and no way to change that.**Update** (07/10/2021)The dealer has proposed to provide me with a check for $1,000 to assist with a wheel purchase. That was two and a half months ago and I have yet to see it. I get the usual runaround when I call. We even agreed on them sending me $400 plus the dash screen for me to install and when they got my core back they would send the remaining $600. Nothing is happening with that either. Now it is time to go the small claims route because I am not dropping this.

I purchased a 2014 Yellow SEMA Corvette Z51 2LT 1G1YJ2D7XE5124928 from this dealership I was assured this vehicle was in perfect condition, when I received it and took it for a drive it started to have motor problems immediately. I called them explain to them what happened and they told me the car was in perfect condition. My mechanic looked it over to determine that there was potentially catastrophic engine damage to this car. I told them the situation and they told me there was nothing they can do other than taking it in on consignment and selling it for me. To recoup the $23,000 I put down on it. So that would mean selling a car with a bad motor to someone else and claiming zero responsibility when that person states that the motor is bad and opens me up to legal ramifications due to lemon laws and private sales. And why exactly would I want to do to someone what they did to me? So then I asked a week later if I can just trade the vehicle in for another vehicle as much as I did not want to do business with them I had to get out of this vehicle they said OK and he gave me $600 more than what I owed on it. They refused to give me any of the money back that I put down just two weeks prior and they refuse to take any bit of money off the next vehicle I had to purchase from them. This is a very shady awful dealership they have zero care for the damage they do to people financially. I have phone calls into the Better Business Bureau. I have every text message and every phone call recorded every lie they told me and the rude arrogant responses I received from the owner today. They listed this vehicle back for sale the day after it was delivered to them for the price I paid for it basically stealing all the money that I put down on it and reselling it without it being fixed to the next person that will lose a ton of money purchasing it from them. Read reviews before you purchase anything from this dealership and if you choose to purchase a vehicle from them have an outside mechanic fully inspect the vehicle, the oil in that Corvette reeked of gasoline they never checked it never inspected it never change the oil they lied. I bought this vehicle from my son and I to take to Car Show’s because he loves cars, the thought of this car blowing up with my son in it enrages me. Let my lesson be review enough for any potential purchases from this dealership buying a car from this dealership it’s like playing Russian roulette. I reached out to the owner today because I wanted to speak with him before I left a review he was arrogant and rude and basically told me I made an adult decision I’m an adult and I lost my shirt. Accusing me of trying to blackmail him which I did not I never once asked for my money back I wanted him to be made aware of the situation because I didn’t know if he was and if he thought it was right for one of his customers to lose $23,000. He told me the option he offered was fair which was the option for them to sell that car to someone else and do to someone what they did to me, no thank you. I also did not tell him I would leave him a bad review this is not a bad review this is the truth. To do what was done to me is terrible but I’m sure they had a good laugh about it. I lost $23,000 Do they care? No! They just saw it as “look at this idiot and how much we made off of him” I hope that made you guys feel good about yourselves. I listed the car for sale after I saw the wiring issue for the methanol pump in which case I purchased a brand new methanol pump and was going to have it installed, the next day when my mechanic told me about the fuel in the oil I took the listing right off because I’m not a scumbag and wouldn’t sell a car like that to someone. “too much to handle comment” You must be joking in the 60 miles I put on it. You’re pathetic!

Dustin (again, my 2nd purchase at this dealership) was super again. The prices are a little high but competitive and the cars are clean and prepared well for inspection and test drive. The cars go through 120+ point presale inspection and there is corrective work done as appropriate.The sales process is smooth and quick and other dealerships could take a lesson on efficiency.I also decide to trade in my previous car since their offer was very fair.

Bought an awesome 1991 NSX from Cosmo Motors. Jacob was great. Very friendly and helpful. Management was pushy regarding the deposit though. It is guys like Jacob that is the heart of the dealership...not management. Jacob arranged for shipping and was able to send original wheels with the car. Cosmo has delivered everything they said they would do. Titling is in the process. I still stay in touch with Jacob.

I purchased a truck and drove 4hrs to see it. The salesperson kyle was very informative and descriptive about the vehicle before I got there. He gave me good feedback on the vehicle. The truck turned out to be better then I expected. Great service. I was at the location for only 30 minutes and I was done. Ive purchased many vehicles before. This was the best and easiest experience in buying a car.

We also know from experience that they go beyond their promises to be sure we are completely satisfied. Cannot say enough positive things about this dealership. Great integrity exercised in all their dealings. Again we have purchased 7 or maybe it is 8 vehicles from them.

Fantastic buying experience!! We looked at several Land Rovers at other dealerships and they were all in sub par shape, even traveled 2-3 hours based on a sales person stating theirs was in immaculate condition. Again these were other dealerships. When I reached out to Cosmo Motors, the salesman (Dwayne) answered all of my questions, took up close pictures and created a custom video for me of the car and the shop before I made the 5 hour drive. The car was in fantastic condition and the transaction was smooth and easy, just a great group of people. What I learned while there is that the owner is a car buff, it was evident in his collection of Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Porsches, etc...that were in mint condition in their showroom. The garage was in brand new condition and the cars on the lot appeared to be in great shape. Our Land Rover had recently received its 75k mile service from the previous owner, Cosmo Motors didnt rely on this, they performed their inspection and installed 2 new tires, replaced bushings in the A arms and resurfaced the rotors.This just goes to show their attention to detail. This is a family owned business that I was happy do business with, even to the point of me posting this review, which I never do. I am not affiliated with this dealership or their staff in any way.

I am so impressed with this dealership! The true test is how they treat you when you DONT make a purchase. The manager was still extremely nice and cordial and offered to help in any way possible in the future. Havent totally ruled out the vehicle, but would definitely give them my business!

I bought a beautiful Vette from Cosmo. The car is totally pristine. I do have to say these guys drive a hard bargain. There is no haggling. But the only sell the best and they know it. My only criticism is lack of any warranty coverage. But I understand the business model.Jason was an excellent sales person and the finance manager knows his business.

Buying a car from a remote - and very remote from where I am - dealer can be a nerve wracking experience. This experience, however, was one of the best, if not best car buying experiences I have been through. I found the car online and contacted them about purchase. Not knowing them - I was randomly assigned the salesperson Matt. He stuck with me through the whole process from paperwork, delivery, and even licensing. There were ZERO issues with the car. Car was delivered safely and was in the exact condition as advertised, and I was even delivered new plates via fedex from my state 30 days later because Cosmos provided the envelope for them to be sent to me (above and beyond).Cosmos Motors went above and beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend them based on my experience there. I work for a company that has plant nearby Hickory NC and on my next trip down - I will go out of my way to see them in person.Good job Cosmos Motors, Matt, and the entire team.
