Typical parts store. They acted as if they were doing me a favor for letting me shop there.

This store lacks customer service, I did order online 3 times from this location. and I had the same experience your online order never be ready for pick up. Zero customer service experience. Seem they dont appreciate you business. They dont even want you to be there. They not wearing face mask only customers require to. My last time there.

Omg dont ever have them replace ur battery it was a disaster. They were supposed 2 disconnect the computer b 4 and had 2 get aaa tow me 2 my mechanic

I had a very pleasant experience with a staff who installed the battery for me the first time (on a weeknight, in the dark in the cold no complaints) that I was happy to tip him a few dollars. So satisfied that I came back to get another one done on my other car (on weekend, in the morning, in the cold, totally ignored) yes that staff person that day was cold as it was outside. I felt like I was bothering him so even though he did the job after a long wait the feeling was reciprocated. I will go at night when I know the other guy is there from now on. If youre not going to provide decent customer service by doing whats advertised on your website then bring it up with corporate!

Limited staffing,but otherwise good could of been better,

Came in and was quickly greeted by Paul. Had an issue with my wiper blades (factory ones) and Paul was able to look up exactly which ones I need. He also recommended the best on the market wiper blades and even installed them for me, in the snow might I add. Experience was overall great from start to finish. Other employees were nice and helpful as well with something else I needed afterwards. I dread coming to these places because the staff usually looks like they dont want to be there and usually are rude when you ask them for something as if youre bothering them! I came in at around 7:30 pm. kind of late to buy brake fluid. The staff is good enough to go through my thought process of why I need the brake fluid. Turns out I don’t. I bought a bottle of coolant eventually since the level is low. The staff remind me to open the cover slowly to prevent heat injury.May be it is his job to give these suggestions but still I am very appreciated his professionalism and warm heart. Great brand and never disappoints me.

Good but needs to improve. All the staff are eating trees and I find it disgusting. Another guy was lickinb his hair that he cut. I suggest that the staff mature more.

I was charged 749 for a quart of oil basics 5W 30 oil from GTX only to find out that the target store down the block sells the same oil for 4.49I wish there was a way to get my three dollars difference but it’s too late now as I already have the oil in my engine I will never ever go back there again even if I was in desperate need. HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!

It’s a good store but the employee who helped me with buying a car battery should learn more about car batteries especially on the venting parts.

Online orders are never ready in 30 minutes. It seems they always wait for the customer to enter the store before they look for your items, and Only to tell you that the item is not in stock even though online it show that it was, I had to travel to another store to pick up item. Order was placed the day before, No excuse to not be able to contact a customer and let them know the situation. I guess Autozone is my new shopping location.

I came in today, Sunday, to purchase a battery. They had advertised free installation, definitely a motivation to go here, as it is fairly cold out.I walk in, tell them I’d like to purchase a battery and have it installed. At this point, the three guys behind the counter started debating who had to do it, as it was very cold out. I understand not wanting to be in the cold, but at the same time, it is their job. I felt uncomfortable, but then a young man said he would do it.I will say, the battery was put in very quick and professional. He comes in, I say thank you, I left.As I am sitting in my car, he comes back out. I put down my window, he asks if my car started alright.. I said yes, and thank you. He then said, next time with it being so cold, I should have given him a few dollars to get something to drink. I mentioned I am sorry, but I don’t have cash. He then said there was a Starbucks next door. Please keep in mind he is standing over me thru my window. I have no problem tipping, but did not think this was a situation that I would, and I definitely am not under intimidation.To be honest, they were not the best priced, but I took the opportunity to get it done quickly.Here in Long Island, many options, shop around!

Very nice! I know nothing about cars and had to get my wiper blades replaced, but theyre difficult to change. Two guys came out, figured it out, and installed the blades for me! Plus the blades were buy one get one half off. Very helpful and very good.

This store lacks customer service period. One employee in particular, guy with pony tail Jonathan. He goes out of his way to not help customers, not to say the other three 80 year old guys who hate seeing customers in the store. Its no wonder everyone goes to Pep boys or Autozone.

Decent store with a seemingly a decent number of products. I didnt find what I was looking for however. The store employee didnt seem that informed as well with the questions I had. I doubt Id go back unless I was looking for something I cant find elsewhere as a last resort.
