Love all the aromas especially their hand sanitizing in their candles

Came in today, didn’t realize how close to closing it was. Was very excited to see if any of the Halloween items were out yet. Kaitlyn went above and beyond with her service and made my night. Great customer service and a very friendly team!

The girl at the register was very rude. I asked for my email to be read back to me to make sure it was spelled correctly and she was very rude and didn’t want to read it to me. If I could give 0 stars I would. I will definitely not be going back to this store ever again!

This store has various scented body and hand lotions. They also have scented candles, hand sanitizers, body sprays and plug-in scented night lights. Some of the scented body lotions include, Vanilla Bean Noel, Ocean, Coast, Graphite, Champagne Toast, Rose, Frosted Coconut, and various holiday theme scents just to name a few. Hand sanitizers scents include Warm Vanilla Sugar, Sunshine & lemons, Twisted Peppermint & Champagne Apple & Honey, etc. The staff are helpful and friendly. They will usually greet you at the front entrance as well as ask you if you need help finding a product. The staff also offer samples of scented lotions on paper squares for you to try. Coupons for percentage off and a free gift are available through customer emails as well as through at-home mailers. Youll find a vast array of products for your skin health that will leave you with a great scent, moisturized and feeling good. This store is located near the center of the mall, next to the Yankee Candle store. Bath and Body Works sells moderately priced body care products that make great gifts for yourself and others.

Super friendly very helpful

This place smells amazing. If your into candles, their candle section is huge. They have 1 wick and 3 wick candles. Their body lotion creams and sprays never disappoint. There is a fragrance for everyone-men and women. I personally love Into the Night body cream and spray. I get compliments all the time. And of course their #1 best seller is Japanese Cherry Blossom, I love that too.They always have some kind of sale going on like buy 3 get 3 free. I am definitely a returning customer there, always checking out new products.

Recently ran into Bath & Body Works at the Broadway Mall for a last min Christmas gift for a co worker. The staff was beyond helpful! I was greeted immediately upon entering the store by a lovely young team member. She was very kind and listened very carefully to help me find just what I was looking for. She made wonderful suggestions for gifts that were right in my price range. I left very happy with two gifts for my co workers. Very happy with my shopping experience.

Bath and Body Works Is One Of My Favorite Stores To Shop At In Roosevelt Field Mall and At Broadway Mall As Well!!! They Have Good Sales Here and I Love Shopping Here So Much!!! I Try To Shop Here Once A Month!!! So I Can Get What I Need When They Go On Sale!! Id Reccomend It To Everyone Looking For A Good Store To Shop At In These Two Malls For All Your Bath Needs!!! Typical bath and body but the way the products are displayed makes the face feel crowded. The help is typically really nice and the scents are good and bad which is kind of the fun of shopping around.

You can always get great products here! I really like the scents, body wash and hand sanitizers. Its good quality, and theres usually always some sort of sale.

Representatives are very attentive and good at helping and suggesting great savings.

You have to treat customers the way you want to be treated... but its not the case here... dear customers please find another store if youd like to have positive experience.
