I have been going here for over two years now.Its a fairly managed store with most essential medicines, makeup and household items.The pharmacy here is well managed too.The staff are helpful and courteous.I get many great beauty supplies and essential medicines from here.All good priced and easily available.The Walgreens app gives you great discounts and coupons for more savings.Overall a good store for easy access to medicines and beauty supplies.

Employees are extremely rude and are more consumed in standing around talking to each other rather that assisting customers.the price scanners never work i asked for a price check on 4 items since everything wasnt sign properly and the price scanner didnt work so i was very rudely told by yasmin i could only do a limit of 2 price checks. I asked the employee to provide that policy and she couldnt. I also asked for the manager and asked her to provide the policy also and she could not. Then the employee continued to go back and forth with me and the time it took her to argue with me about it she could have checked it.

This store holds just more than medicines. You will get variety of stuffs like greetings card, ice cubes, small collection of fancy dresses and many beauty products.Best part is that they provide the 1 minute photograph. And the store is located in such a prime location(crossing of 4 roads), it is very hard to miss it while in commute.One thing of worry though, at the counter it seemed to me that they are under staffed, because I had to wait for like 15 minutes to be attended when there was only 1 customer before me. But I guess that is not the case every time.Over all experience was pretty good. The members of the store was very helpful.

Went true get the secon doce of vaccination and ANNITA was angry upset, unrespect my and my family and bat attitud she dennie to get my second doce because my ID and we have appoiment that place is not help people

Today me and my husband went there for Moderna 1st dose. This store answers when you call unlike the Plainview store. Customer service is a lot better than other Walgreens in the area.

Super store...amazing staff

The worst Walgreens I ever been. The Southamerican looking short lady in the counter was rude. She said they aren’t supposed to help nobody find stuff in the store, that you have to look whatever you need by yourself. Very Poor professionalism in that store. Don’t go there unless you’re in an urgent need or dying, otherwise, go somewhere else.

This Walgreens location has the most unprofessional staff in the pharmacy department. I have never come across such rude customer service.

Worse Walgreens Pharmacy ever... disappointing experience with one particular pharmacy tech who couldnt find my name. Ill only go there with no other options; purely geographical that I ended up at this location. Save yourself the hassle 😑😒

I always order photo pickup same day, this is the 2nd time at this particular location that the order stated ready for pickup and the store didnt have the proper materials to print it. I usually use the Hempstead TPKE store which I have never had a problem with but they didnt have the service available. The customer service in this store is horrible. I sat there waiting called and then they managed to just have the proper materials to make it so now I have to go out of my way to get it today when I needed it as a gift yesterday.

210 Broadway is terrible. during this pandemic i asked if they could get me an over the counter med because i couldnt go in due to my underlying conditions but they refused.Btw... I went to CVS and they were very happy to do it.

Pharmacy Tech chooses to close the gate for lunch break at 1:25, where the break starts at 1:30. Just to pickup medication while Im already at the Pharmacy. Spoke to manager Ravi and there was no solution. I agree with the other reviews, must be the worst walgreens.

Went for passport photo . One of the workers gave me 10 different excuses as to why she was unable to do it for me. I ended up asking her well which reason is it. Ended up going to the CVS at 202 old country road down the block. Which will now be my regular go to store. They were much more friendly and accommodating.

Parking is ample. They seem to have items in stock over other locations a lot more frequently. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I am not sure why people are hating on the pharmacy department. They are pretty good and there is a drive thru as well. I think its super convenient. The pharmacy staff is pretty well informed as well. Overall this is a Walgreens store. They have a big greeting card aisle. They also have a Redbox on the outside. Parking is ample as well. The location is very convenient to get in and get out quick.

Terrible service, called supervisor BILL sounded like I interrupted his nap. Asked him a simple question.. told me to hold up ended up transferring me where no one picked up!

Have been on hold for an hour

Had us wait 2 hours, only to then tell us they didnt have the medicine in stock, and that wed have to wait more for them to order it.

Staff is pretty lackluster. But they are open 24 hours so thats to everyones benefit.

Worst Walgreens you can go to, employees are so rude . Don’t shop there . Don’t give them your money . They laugh at you when you try to use a coupon becoz they think you are cheap . Worst experience
