Had a great experience, Lady that took the bracelet I bought, took it with care and reprinted a very VERY faded receipt. Fixing the bracelet was fast and painless as it was picking it up too. Id go back here to purchase more from then hands down.
I had a great experience at the Hicksville location with the help of Amanda B. She was excellent! She showed me many options in my price range and I was able to get the perfect ring. She was very kind and super helpful. I will definitely come back to this location because of her!

Get the warranty! I bought a chain and never got their warranty and thought I would have to pay out of pocket. Luckily the lady explained I could just get their warranty even after the purchase. Just get that so you wont have to pay for repairs ever again. The only downside is you have to show up every 6 months to get it inspected, but since any Kays can inspect it I guess its still a solid deal.
I drop off my chain on Sept 22. I called within a week and was told when my chain arrives someone will call me . No need to call back. Oct 9 comes I am still waiting for a call. I called the store to have the same NASTY lady tell me someone tried to reach out to me on Oct 3. No missed call or message left. Then when I got to the store the young man was very helpful. Then the same NASTY lady had to put her two cents in. Telling me I dont need a receipt. My chain is my receipt. Then when she notice she had taking all the receipts from me and the young man, she said o you can keep this one. I left the store knowing I would NEVER return.
Sent my ring out for a polish and was told I would have to wait 2 weeks. Completely forgot that I would be attending a wedding the following weekend and wanted my rings by then. On short notice, Sam was able to expedite it for me and am now able to pick it up the day before the wedding! He was extremely accommodating and so understanding.
Came for a chain and this nice Hispanic dude helped me. A lot of places I went to felt sketchy or I felt rushed, but he took me seriously and actually took his time to explain stuff like 10k from 24k. Would come back
Rob was super helpful. Another location engraved the wrong thing onto a $400 ring I purchased. He sent it out to get taken care of. Results pending...
