As a contractor were always looking for ways to make our job easier and with Joseph Anikewich thats what I found great guy knows his stuff. Always goes above and beyond.fights to make sure orders are done right and on time. If theres a way hell find it, and best of all prices 👍🏽where he can save you money he will trust me hes always beating the competitors with out sacrificing the quality. I dont know how he does because I shop around.
Came to repair a sliding door. Didn’t do much but recommended soaping or oiling the rail. What????? Oh and charged $125!Joe Costa you’re a crook and scammer!
Salesmen were extremely helpful
I shopped around for a big job. 1 huge bay window on 2nd floor, one huge custom front door and one standard side door. This was a replacement job. Nassau Windows and Lowe’s had very similar prices, Pella was 2x as much. I chose Nassau Windows and Doors in the Hicksville location. Ron was the salesman. He was very knowledgeable and excellent to deal with. Very thorough also to make sure what I ordered was complete and matched. Ok that was the easy part. They use a separate installer who had to do the real tough work. When the order was ready, the installer contacted me and scheduled the delivery and time. John with three workers had to perform the very difficult replacement. Let me say, these guys were amazing. Very proficient and very professional. The installation went flawless and they did an excellent clean up job and removed all the debris. I give Ron and John the installer an A+ rating.
Avoid, Avoid, Avoid…I wish I could give ZERO STARS!!!!!In April of 2014 we had Ken Suhovsky come to my Aunts house to measure for six windows. Ken shows up 40 minutes late and doesn’t even have the manners or professionalism to call and let her know - we should have known from this that he was going to be a jerk!Once arriving late he acts like he’s in a rush to leave, BUT he’s doing her the favor by being there and measuring. Correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t it necessary to measure before giving someone an estimate? He quickly measured each room and wrote down his numbers on his pad. The whole time we felt like he was trying to upsell us to a “better” window, even though we very clear about the price range because of my aunt being on disability and having a fixed income. The whole process took roughly ten minutes and we told Ken that we had some concerns about Wood vs Vinyl and other questions and he said that would all be discussed after the quote and a deposit is left … what, really????Ken tells us that he will mail us a quote (she doesnt use email) within a couple of days for him to “crunch the numbers”. It’s been OVER A MONTH and we have not received a quote or any further communication from Ken Suhovsky of Nassau Window and Door. I guess he couldn’t make enough money for the job to be worth his time. If we got the quote I would have just tossed it into the garbage because that how he treated us.We have since found another window company which I will not mention because I’m not in the business of promoting just to give me honest feedback of this unprofessional guy, Ken Suhovsky. We also spoke with Ron Hallam who was very nice on the phone and helped setup the appointment, but who knows it could have been all an act.Bottom line … try one of the bigger PROFESSIONAL window companies on Long Island and don’t deal with this fly by night used car/window salesman … you’re welcome Ken, you’ve earned it!
