Love coming to this place for some great deals and rare finds. There’s so much to “discover”. Some of the regular stuff may be over priced, but there are some great deals if you look around and a lot of stuff that I haven’t seen else where. Staff and service is good too.

This location is the biggest and is also well stocked. The store is kept clean and very organized. Great place to buy wine fairy goodies!

Can always find something to buy there. Plus they always have my favorite snack, donut sticks.

Bought this dog toy for my babygirl. she chewed it 5 minutes and it tore apart. I do not have a strong chewer. Luckily, I was able to remove it from her throat. Dangerous! We ordered a couch and the store confirmed it was available.We waited almost a week for it to be delivered and the store canceled our order on the day of.This means that somebody must have sold our couch that we already purchased.

Nice connection of groceries items. The price is reasonable too. Pretty less crowded. Place is neat and clean.The furniture section holds his collection, including fire place.

Big Lots is a mixed bag, but when they have some things no one else has, and at really good prices, it is great.It is hard to list where they excel; My list is probably different than yours. Suggest you stop by and just spend 20 minutes browsing. Excellent chance you will find something youve been looking for.

The line was wrapped around the entire store there were only three cashiers when I spoke to the manager she said she was busy doing her work in furniture and thats the way the corporation sets it its great to be a big business in America!

This store had no handicapped senior in mind. No auto, no purses, no electric chairs for the disabled to get around the store. Very dissapointed. 2 senior carts should be mandated to all stores. So sad handicapped and seniors are ignored.

The discounts are amazing since its Presidents day and yet even without discounts. The prices are great!

Prices are very reasonable at big lots. This location had a little bit of everything. Household goods, groceries, furniture toys, clothing etc. The store was a little light on merchandise as some shelves were empty. Also some what disorganized in certain sections. Cashier was friendly and polite.

One of the better stores I think. More variety. Always clean. And employees are great.

Pick up orders should be handled somewhere other than at cashiers. Ordering was easy. Having to wait ona long line to have a cashier page someone to get the order was not so easy.

Terrible service! DO NOT order from here! I ordered 10 storage containers and Big Lots used Postmates to deliver them... and I only received FOUR out of the TEN containers! They charged me for all 10, and there was no way to track my order to see what was picked up and what wasn’t. When I sent them an email they said they’d get back to me and never did. When you call them they always give the run around and tell you to call a different number - and no one seems to know how to help you, they always blame someone else. At first I wanted the rest of my containers but now I just want a refund for the ones I never received!! Better off buying these at another store or in person to make sure you’re getting what you paid for!

I I bought a tent that was missing the cover try to return it the manager was nice enough to accept the return but I did not like the employees attitude who was telling him in Spanish dads I have stolen the cover and Im returning it to give them the money back fortunately for her I do understand and speak it in Spanish fluently so I guess that was the last purchase from that Big Lots for me I hope they dont think that just because they speak Spanish nobody understands what they talking about I felt very and happy then I have paid $129..t the last of my money they will ever seen

What a Great Place to get affordable Items for the Home!!!!

Very poor help. I spent over 1,000 dollars there on furniture last week. The help acts like they could care less. They make you feel like you are bothering him. He said he didnt have the love seat I wanted. I had to ask him if he could call another store. He made me feel like it was a bother..Today I called to see if the love seat came in from another store that had it and the cashier put the phoneDown never got anyone to answer ouercall. S he said the manager wasnt in. Never again.

Nice place to go for discounted items. You can find a everything you need in one trip. Their seasonal selection is good. Recently they have been planning a heavy emphasis on furniture - this includes couches, tables and more.

I used to love this place would find everything I was looking for at any time now its mostly furniture. No baby items at all. So its gone down for my liking.

Well organized and always a fair price. Management is well knowledgable however new some staff members like monica needs some serious training and customer skills. She clearlyCant keep 6ft distance together and her answerto questions is no i dont know go find a guy who is the manager. She needs to stop looking at her cell phone during while on the register. Please get some of your new employees some serious training during covid19 pandemic.

Theyve started renovating this store, I almost didnt recognize it on a recent visit. For the uninitiated, Big Lots is sort of a department store that sometimes feels like its the picked over remainders of other department stores. And thats part of the charm. This location has all of that, plus substantial furniture and grocery sections. The manager of the furniture section is attentive, and happy to answer any questions you may have. Unfortunately, we couldnt find a new couch we could all agree on, otherwise Im sure we would have put them to the test.

Great prices great selection plus nice employees & clean store,real good price matching plus I bought a fold up canopy from them for like $125 then the next day or so I went in & it happened to be down to $79 dollars & with just my member card they were able to look up that I just bought it & the price I payed then refunded me the difference right there no receipt or anything & were so helpful doing it to when most other stores would of gave such a hard time with a ton of reasons why they couldent do anything but not them so well worth the trip

Nicely run, well stocked, clean compared with others. Price are reasonable. I check in from time to time for new merchandise, replacement for kitchen assessories, and other household items. Few times a year, they offer 20% discount weekend too.

This PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! I placed an online order using all my discounts and $5 coupon. The next day I get an email saying my order has been canceled because items are not available at store. I went to the store and EVERY SINGLE ITEM WAS AVAILABLE. When I asked to uncancel my order or process my transaction all I got was LAZINESS AND ATTITUDE from the employees!!! Go to Target!

If the customer service was even existent at all I would give it a better review. Place is kept clean, and well stocked, but the service is abysmal at best.

This Big Lots is great there currently in the middle of some Renovations are making their Furniture section much larger they always have great deals and everybody here is super nice.

They have a great variety of snacks and drinks, always stocked, I love to shop there. you can buy things like home goods to paper foods to toy and electronics there.
