I was not sure if Jenny Craig was right for me. I got the information from the center’s Director . She called three times a day for over a week, pressuring me to join. The food order was wrong every week . I would drive all the way home only to find that some of the food was missing . It was a total inconvenience . I stuck to the program for about six weeks . I didn’t lose the weight I was told I’d lose and I spent a ridiculous amount of money . After six weeks, I stopped going . I never got a phone call, an email or anything . It was clear that they just wanted my money . They never followed up to see why I stopped the program . What a total waste of money that was. Horrible communication and customer service .
Jenny Craig online totally messed up my order and told me they could not ship my items in less than 7 days. Needless to say I was super agitated. I I the center closest to me (Farmingdale) who referred me to thr Hicksville Center since there wasnt a manager on duty. Leslie and To I Ann were really helpful, got things squared away in a calm and understanding manner. My items arrived the same day. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Thanks Ladies!
