Brittany took great care of me! It was my first time getting a Brazilian and she talked me through the entire process and made sure I was okay every step of the way. 10 out of 10 recommend!

1st time coming in for waxing so I was so nervous. I didnt know what to expect. The front lady was very nice and professional. My wax specialist (Carla)came out couple minutes later and took me in the room. Very clean environment. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was friendly and someone who knew what they were doing. She educated me on few things pertaining to my visit and possible future visits. I was very pleased. Lets just say coming in I didnt think I was gonna come back but instead I got a year pass lol. Yes! thats how good they are.

I went and got a waxing done @ EWC in high point, today and when I tell you Bridgett is the bomb.com. Not only was she professional, she definitely takes pride in her work. She will now by my go to person.I experienced efficiency from customer service to sanitation, most importantly the level of comfort I had in this space.

We had an appointment scheduled and arrived a few minutes late and had to reschedule the appointment. We took ownership and rescheduled for the next available appointment and waited 35minutes for the next appointment. Our appointment time came and the receptionist, Nikki did not say anything. She asked another employee did she want to take the appointment and she looked at the schedule and walked to the back to wait on her appointment and did not come back out. Her appointment did not show and we were still left waiting after our appointment time. We waited 10 minutes after our scheduled time and left. Once leaving Nikki had an attitude and rolled her eyes. Very unprofessional.

My experience is always fantastic with Asha she is the bomb.com. She knows exactly what is needed to get the job done correctly and she did an awesome job with my brows. Thinking about getting waxed? Request her she makes you feel very comfortable

First time at this facility. Just had a full Brazilian with AISHA and she was fantastic! Very friendly, extremely professional and almost painless! This girl is gooood! Book your appointment, you will not be disappointed. I’ve already lined up my next one!

Five star experience. I was referred to this location and the staff didn’t disappoint. Keke waxed my back and did a superb job. She has a wonderful personality and a professional manner. I LOVE this wax center and my wax specialist even more. The center is clean and Im always seen on time. The rooms are basic but comfortable and private. My wax specialist, NyEma is AMAZING. I HIGHLY recommend her. She is sweet, smart, and makes the entire process a true pleasure. I was new to waxing when I started seeing her for 3 months ago and she made the experience not awkward, nonjudgemental and made me feel at ease. She is very personable and its sooooo easy to talk to her. I hope that this business realizes and appreciates what an asset they have in her! I really cant say enough good thing about good things. Aisha took me in and made my first waxing experience the best it could be! I got the Brazilian wax and NOT ONCE did she make me feel uncomfortable, I would highly recommend going and having her do your first if you’re nervous! It was less painful than I imagined, definitely will be returning!!

My first time today visiting and will be my last! As with any business, you would want to get to know the person who will be providing services, especially an intimate service. Carla was providing this service (Brazilian) to me. Getting her to talk was like pulling teeth. She never made me feel comfortable nor told me what she was doing. However, she ripped an area of my skin off with the wax, noting that it was bleeding, she tried to say I must have had a dry spot. I felt pretty sore afterwards and when I got home, I noticed another spot where the skin was ripped off. I have been getting waxed at another facility for years and I have NEVER had this happen. I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt because everyone has to learn. I sure hope she changes her attitude and get some more training to enhance her skills.

First time getting waxed and the experience itself was mostly pleasant - as far as getting waxed goes. Carla was super friendly and got things done quickly and talked me through the pain. My only complaint is the amount of upselling everyone tries to bombard you with. I wish things were more personable instead of having packages and products shoved down your throat. That said, the facility is very clean and professional. The employees are all very friendly as well.

Bridget did such an awesome job on my eyebrows and chin waxing. She talked to me through the whole process and was very friendly. Enjoyed my time there will return and ask for Bridget!

My 1st time ever going to the chain and I was pleasantly surprised. Very clean and inviting, but at the same time Stylish and modern. The reception staff were Beautiful and so sweet. My Waxer (Naima...not sure if thats how you spell it) made me so comfortable that I dozed off (unheard of during a Brazilian Wax 😄😄) great location and all around awesome atmosphere. Highly recommend

Just had my first Brazilian wax done with chyna and she was fantastic! Very professional and she makes you feel so comfortable. She talked me through the whole thing and went a little slower since it was my first time. Everyone was so helpful and very very sweet! I 100% recommend coming here

Awesome! The wax specialist was amazing! She gave me details on Maintanence and care that I had never been informed about previously and my wax extremely quick and virtually painless. Definitely very pleased with my visit, as the Charlotte Ann Arbor location had me ready to leave EWC and find a new company for my waxes.

I was here Tuesday and for a company who promotes cleaning they are not very clean. They let there workers come in sick. Carla who was waxing me couldn’t stop wiping her nose and sniffing the whole time. I was completely disgusted. You would think because of covid they would follow better precautions. Don’t recommend and will not be back.

I booked an appointment. I was on the phone at 4:37 with the store trying to get in touch to check in due to covid. The salon did not answer. Instead they called me at 4:40 to let me know there was a 9 min waiting period and they wouldn’t be able to see me. I tried to explain I was already there. It didn’t matter. Said they could reschedule me for a later time but why would I make a second trip when I was there for my appointment.

Today I went for a Brazilian wax done by chyna and lord was she the besttt!! I read all the great reviews about her, decided to take a chance and she did not disappoint! She was very professional and caring, you would think I knew her for a while but I only met her today. She eased my thoughts, helped me with products purchasing and answered all my questions. Unfortunately I do not live in North Carolina, I was just vacationing here but if I had it my way, I would take her with me to New York. Thank you chyna for your great work !! I’ll see you again my next visit for sure. Oh yea before I forget. EWC high point was clean, the people at the receptionist desk were awesome as well. I recommend chyna and for all to get waxed at ewc in high point.

I’m sad that Chyna left :( My last wax was with Aisha and because it was close to closing time she rushed my wax and put hot scorching wax on me and I was literally in so much pain. I would NOT recommend getting waxed with Aisha.

Omg this place definitely changed my mind about EWC as a whole. I’ve been to multiple locations with different services and experiences but this one was by far the BEST! The customer service at the front desk was awesome. The facility itself was clean, modern, and well maintained. The best part was my waxed Brianna. She was nice and smell nice. She made the entire experience more comfortable. She explained all the products she used as well as the benefits of them. I didn’t feel pressured to buy products but she made me want to own them all! Her waxing service was quick and painless! I’ve been waxed a few times and tbh most experiences are a little painful but she waxed me so quick and effortlessly I didn’t have time to feel pain. I will definitely be coming back to this location and asking for Ms. Brianna in the future. Thanks EWC! You’ve made me a believer. 😍

I came here from Greensboro because of the unprofessionalism there. The waxers are great but every time I call in the morning no one seems to answer the phone. I had this issue at Greensboro and thought it would be better coming here but it’s the same. No one ever answers

I went online and saw Chyna had a ton of AWESOME reviews, so I decided to try her out. I brought my kid in with me since I was just receiving a small service but not only was she good with me but as well as with my daughter. We both loved her! Very professional and a genuine soul.

Went for a Brazilian and when i got home i noticed both sides of my bikini line were covered with dry blood and just when i think i’ve picked off all the wax residue i find another strand. horrible experience and i’m terrified to ever get another wax. what makes it worse is i can’t remember the name of my waxer! be safe and go elsewhere.

I literally never leave google reviews but I had to leave one because this was the BEST experience EVER I’ve been getting waxed at European centers since 8th grade I’m a college student now and this is the best place ever ! KEKE WAS AMAZING she was fast, thorough and it was not painful at all ! I’ve been to the one at friendly center and they weren’t as inviting as the people here and I wasn’t too happy with the work at friendly center my skin was left raw but ... keke was great please book her !
