Keisha in pharmacy was amazing. She done everything to make my visit welcoming in a calm environment, she has a wonderful personality and she’s up and ready to help every time I needed her! Thank you for all the hard work and great personality and went the extra mile for me. Thank you again! ☺️

Rude Managers. Brittany and Mersha the worst managers and very rude! Dont become a manager if you dont know how to respect your employees. Makes sense as to why no people apply for this Walgreens location! Go to another Walgreens

I dont go to walgreens but when i do its for prescriptions only. The staff in pharmacy is horrible sometimes but its better than Walmart and they have a drive-thru thats why i go there. People inside are usually very nice and helping.

EXTREMELY rude & condescending. Refused to sell me something thats OTC. Claimed Id need a prescription! But thats simply not true. Ive been to 2 other Walgreens, as well as a couple Walmarts, & Ive NEVER needed a prescription. Doc has never even mentioned it either. Theyre just VERY judgemental & make up their own rules. Too bad theyre the only 24hr pharmacy around cause they SUCK.

I understand that for a new customer it might take a while longer but I was waiting for an hour. Not because they were busy or understaffed, there were more workers than people at the counter. I ended up paying out of pocket just so the process would just move along.

A big thank you to the pharmacy staff at Walgreens on South Main in High Point. There was a problem with the pricing on my prescription. They kept going round and round with the insurance company until the price was what it was supposed to be. And they were nice about it too!

They have fast service at the drive thru

This is second time picking prescription for my mom and I called in to see if it is ready yet and they were out of pills.If they are out of medicine why they dont tell me upfront or call me that they dont have it so I will go another pharmacy .This will be my last time visiting this pharmacy for anything.

So my son had surgery today and the dr wrote the prescription for the Walgreens. I drop it off and they say come back later to pick up! I go pick up and my son tells me he is hurting and it’s time for his medicine. The prescription is for 60 count and I look at it and count and there is only 30 in the bottle and call and go back up their and they tell me that it was double counted and that they know they was right! So now I’m the theft! They didn’t even take the time to count the ones I returned. Very disappointed with this company and will be switching pharmacies as of today!

Very helpful staff and the store is very clean and organized. It took a long time to pick up medicine from the pharmacy even though there were just a few customers.

Find another pharmacy, this is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. They are constantly overwhelmed, I don’t know if this is staffing, training or poor management. Customer service is horrible, you end up waiting when they tell you your prescription is ready they hardly ever answer the phone. Recently my mother had an accident and was prescribed pain killers, her prescription was short 5 pills after I called I was told they had to do a count and would get back with me, this is over 2 weeks. I will follow up with a formal complaint to Walgreens corporate and NC state.FIND ANOTHER PHARMACY

Worst pharmacy with rude and disrespectful pharmacist and employees. Have to wait in line for a long time and they still can’t help or assist.

Don’t bring your FedEx overnight here!! I asked for when the last FedEx pick up time was and all they could tell me was it varies!! So I had to drive all the way to the FedEx store to make sure it shipped.

Extremely rude management, won’t be coming back here again . Perhaps they should replace him with a new manager

This drug store is totally incompetent. I was at rite aid and got stuck with them. Pharmacy dosn,t have a clue. Did not even full all prescriptions. This store sucks moving somewhere else

I live them. The customer service in the pharmacy is amazing.

Called the Pharmacy, had to wait for 20 minutes before someone got on the phone and said to hold. Waited another 10 minutes and no one picked up. Horrible service!

The pharmacy needs some improvement too slow

Paul is a very rude manager spoke to him 3 times and he ignored me. Seems like he cant put the customers needs before his own. Needs to be fired.
