I changed my star to a 1, it’s no longer a 5. The crew of young black girls kept that store clean, lines moved swiftly and no clutter. I shopped in there yesterday and it was a MESS! I could barely walk through the aisles because it was carts full of things that needed to be put up. The guy is slow at the register and seems very uninterested in being there. I’m sad you all let this Dollar General go down and look terrible just like all the other ones.

Staff was very pleasant. Items was easy to find. Parking wad good. Store was clean and origanized.

This is the best dollar general I have ever seen. Its organized and clean. They usually stuff everywhere and no help. They had 3 or 4 ppl working and on cashiers too. They get you in fast and your gone with no hassle trying to go around the crazy mess like a maze!! Good job HP dollar general!!

In and out quick and easy! I bought something forgot I needed more went back and bought that. The cashier was not upset at all she was nice and got me out of there in a timely manner! She had great customer service!

Shelves were well stocked (I found everything that I went in to purchase) but the staff wasnt very friendly.

General store for 2020..easy in and out...great coupon most every Saturday. Mom and Pop stores are gone but Dollar General is usually friendly and good not great prices.

The store on Groometown Rd. in Greensboro, NC always looks disheveled and unorganized. Also, the employees are not friendly at all. Customer service goes a long way in having a customer return, and recommend your store to friends and family. Just because the name on the door is Dollar General, doesnt mean thats the worth of the customer service!

It was an okay visit. Store is a bit cramped but that is the case in every Dollar General I believe. We got what we needed and got checked out okay. Cashier was nice and we didnt have any issues. I would go here again for the prices.

Very good alternative to some name brand products without the big sticker price.

Lots of stuff, good prices. Perhaps too much stuff as store is crammed full, close, crowded aisles, not very neat. Cashier had less than outstanding personality but maybe it was due to the rain. Not all negative and Ill probably run in again as it is convenient when youre in a hurry.

Pretty consistent wait unless noone else is in the store. I have only ever seen two to three employees. One person will be stocking shelves, with one person running the register and occasionally a manager will come out of the office.

New location in Williamsburg off 143, very friendly and helpful employees. Well stocked very competitive prices.

Its close to my house but will NOT return to this location...i asked if they had a toy isle very small one...there are toys lined up on topshelf in back row that are NOT reachable...i said something to cashier that i wanted one of the toys that was up on wall she just shrugged did NOT offer to help me get it...so i will go to walmart...i told cashier i didnt want something she took and said i get tired of this...i would rate NO star but they dont give that option...customer service was awful no thank u...just sad

At Dollar General you can find all of your everyday cleaning products to personal hygiene. Some store are now becoming very competitive in the food market as well. Great products and great service all at an affordable price. My kind of store...

I only go for 1 specific item! Its gets 3 stars because not all locations are horrible. Products and prices are fine, when in stock! Other times boxes and unprocessed freight are left on salesfloor. Last 3 times in this particular location, they could only take cash & the manager was non-responsive to customers inquiries. I will not go back. They havent stocked the product that I wanted in over a month. Pegs remain empty.

Unorganized, unclean, the employees are mostly unfriendly and short with you. Theyre having trouble keeping many items in stock. I had some problems finding prices on the shelf for the items.

Its just ok

No large bags for larger items. I hate that. Target always has the correct size bags for your purchases. DG is not worth the aggravation.

The lady stocker/manager with the tattoos has a horrible attitude ALWAYS & never says excuse me while stocking shelves. There is always product on the floor in the way to try to get around. I only shop at this location if I HAVE to as it is convenient to my job.

I really like certain areas of the store but the shelves were kind of messy and they just had so many things and certain miles that it didnt look like it was well-organized somaya elsewhere and some of them werent towards the front of the store they had sale racks in clothes and stuff and just everything looks so a little messy I guess you would say unorganized but they do have a lot of things and I really did like the store found several things for my granddaughter by the way she love them

They only had one cashier and he needed the manager for an override. After waiting about 10 minutes, the manager never coming up front, so we left the store.

Store sign says it opens at 8 and yet it not open at 8:20. They won’t even answer the phones. They had at least 15 people walk away that wanted to shop. Very poor management!

The store was in a disarray, a combination of merchandise everywhere tore up on the shelves and their shipment that needed to be restocked everywhere blocking the aisles. Also once I finally made my way through all the chaos in the store that felt like the air condition was broken the store manager was rude and very unfriendly, wont be going back there to spend any more money.

Ive been a LONG time customer at this store. Unfortunately, my experience of consistent bad customer service has been something I have struggled with here as far as spending my hard earned money and not feeling appreciated. Typically, their are always long wait times in this store along with consistent clutter on the aisle of products to be stocked. This alone makes everyday shopping hard and tiresome. To add to the chaos, their digital coupons are not accurate. You would think that as a customer for years, consideration and curtosy for everything else would be on the top of their list, but its not! My hard earned money and precious time will now be spent else where...
