I love going to this store! The staff there are so patient and respectful. Me and my husband go there to pay our bills and get our upgrades. The staff there always make sure we get every discount we can possible get.

We got charged twice for a screen protector, besides that mistake, when we try to get in touch, their phone number does not work anymore...on top of all that the receipt has Greensboro on it. What is going on? Anybody know anything? Because this is just weird. How can you buy something in High Point, and the receipt has Greensboro on it, that has never happened to me before...

Cricket has good coverage so I switched to them. However they dont train people in Customer Service. Every phone I have gotten has began having problems within weeks! The people inside the stores usually just tell you to call Customer Service! They wont even look at the phones!! I understand sometimes you need to send a phone back but not every time!! Some (most) are just plain lazy! They only want to sell a phone!! I will probably be changing carriers soon. Taking my 4 phones with me to somewhere that people care about the customers!

New place for Cricket. Looks nice but the staff is sparse. One gave me wrong answers to my questions. A few days later I came back and the other CSR was more informed. She got me what I needed and information and I moved for my other carrier.

This Store is A Joke! if I could give this store a zero I would! The Salesperson Maria Was On Her Personal Phone Videotaping Me And Also Called The Police On Me (2 polices at that). Over A Mistake She Made On My Bill Which Caused A Overdraft ! SHE WAS SO AGGRESSIVE And Also Cussed At Me She kept walking in and out from the back of the store to the front of the store like she wanted to get physical I Recorded The Entire Encounter On My Cellphone it was unbelievably unprofessional ! The Hispanic Lady inside the store lied to me and said she was the MANAGER when she really wasnt she told me the real managers were on vacation and failed to stop her co worker/ employee from cursing at me While The manager was talking to me collecting my information to pull up my account the young lady who registered my phone once the police came even though Maria called them the police went on my side after I showed them the store was in the wrong NOT ME Once I left from the store I RECIEVED 8 Alerts via cricket saying my autopay was removed and other unauthorized texts when I called 611 from my phone tell me why they said your next bill is $61.00 when my actual bill is $47.00??! They removed my credit card off my account etc. I have been trying to locate the actual owner for 2 weeks now and no luck.. I will be sending this video to bbb to put on file .

Kept getting robo calls on my phone, so I went and had my number changed and didnt hardly make it home and starting getting them again. So I dropped them
