They take great care of their customers. I had a phone repair that no other place could do and they went above and beyond to find the parts and help me out. 10/10 would recommend their services!

Took my phone to a different place to have the screen replaced, but they told me the screws were striped. This is a new phone so it stands to reason that they striped the screws. At CPR they confirmed that the screws were striped, but said they would find a way to replace the screen. In under an hour the screen was replaced and the damaged screws as well! Fair price, great work, and really helpful employees!

Phone came back not repaired and screen falling off luckily they did not charge me. Not only is the screen falling off but now the screen does not work at all but did when I dropped it off. They told me the tech did not take time to glue it back on properly because they said the phone was unrepairable. Now my phone is in worse shape than when I dropped it off with them

Went online and scheduled an appointment for 10am right when the store opens. Got to the location a few mins early but no one ever showed up to open the store. Sign says they open at 10am. Gave up after 25 mins hoping I would be able to get my phones repaired today. What a terrible experience. DONE with these people.

I appreciate the honesty they have. They inform you if they can or cannot fix it, how to go about it & assist with other options.

A week went by before the part I needed was even ordered.

Brought my iPad in recently for a issue with the power port. Was told it MAY be around $100 and a week or two to fix. Received a call a few days later and their team was able to fix my iPad easily and told me their would be no charge. Very fair to deal with these guys.

He was polite but was not able to help us.

Payton and Ben H. were beyond helpful and kind to our situation. My husband and I were having difficulty finding a solution to the issue with his phone. Because the charger port wasn’t working, he purchased a wireless charger, but once the back of his phone shattered, the wireless charging pad no longer could register our phone. Our only solution was to purchase a new phone, a new $70 charging pad or to fix the phone’s jack. We had been in CPR before and they were incredibly friendly, so we decided to go back. Within a matter of minutes, Payton and Ben H. were able to not only repair the phone jack, but save us possibly up to $100 in repairs/replacements. The LG v30 is charging like it did when it was new, and they charged us absolutely nothing for their time, attention and beneficial services. Give these two guys a raise! Thank you again CPR for not only fixing the phone, but also hiring employees who care and are great at what they do!

I went in thinking I needed a new port charge. ($99) They could have just sold me what I asked for but no, he examined my phone, told me there was dust in the port. He cleaned it out and now it charges again! Amazing! Oh! And charged me nothing! So refreshing to know there are honest people out there! May Gid Bless you Real Good!

Awesome customer service! I had a problem with my business phone on the road and reached out to CPR Cell Phone Repair. They took my phone call and walked me through some trouble shooting. They were patient and attentive. I needed to bring it to the store and when I arrived they inspected the phone and found it to be a minor issue that was quickly resolved. I highly recommend this store for their customer service, professional attitude and delivery of service. Great Job!

You know the phrase if you want something done right, do it yourself? That applies to screen protectors. Dont let the staff here put it on for you - do it yourself or find someone who can pay attention to detail. Im giving two stars strictly because the attendant that I worked with was willing to either refund me or waive the replacement fee associated with the manufacturers warranty.My Galaxy S7 finally cracked after about three and a half years of use. To replace the glass itself is in the ballpark of $200, which isnt worth it. However, the phone works fine and the crack doesnt impact the touch sensitivity or the visuals of the screen. To preserve my phone until it gets replaced, I simply decided to get a screen protector.I purchased an InvisibleShield, which cost $42. The attendant put it on my phone for me, and I double checked the quality before I walked out. It was misaligned and impacted how well the screen responded to touch, so I informed him that it was unsatisfactory. He took it back, only to return a moment later and say that the adhesive wouldnt come up. He stuck it too tight to be able to correct a mistake. (Note: I was not asked any questions about the job done or given the packaging that the product came in. I returned and got the packaging later in the same day.)The attendant let me know that I could get the protector replaced free of charge (as opposed to $10) - but only after new protectors were ordered and shipped, so there were no other available screen protectors for my phone on hand. (There isnt a known date of when the new product will arrive, as the manager cannot be contacted. His number is not available and he cant be reached except in person at the store.)I am dissatisfied and may not be returning after having the mistake corrected.

Highly Unsatisfied. I paid for a $110 repair which conveniently broke 3 months later just after their warranty on it. (Which I was told by the staff that it came with a life time warranty.) So I brought it back in to have them fix it, and they wanted to charge me another $110. This company is a scam, highly dont recommend!

Took my Google Pixel 3 XL to the High Point store and was told they could replace it. After a fairly expensive quote I agreed to go ahead with the fix. After waiting 4 hours I went back to the store and the phone was stuck in boot mode. They seemed indifferent to the fact and saying it would take days to be seen in the Winston store. I had to transport it to another store myself. Then I was reluctantly given an iPhone as a loaner. They then failed to fix the phone an sent it to the Boone store after a week plus only to be told the first store messed up the motherboard. It took over two weeks to get my phone back and the customer service was mostly terrible throughout. Take your iPhones here if you want but expect to have terrible service. Dont even bother bringing an Android or Pixel here.

My phone had locked up with a black screen. Went to CPR at the Palladium and they unlocked it in less than a minute. They didnt charge and they gave me tips on how to force a reboot. Great guys, great service.

Both sales associates/technicians at the High Point, NC location that helped me were pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with my first experience at a CPR store because they thoroughly assessed my problems with my phone and were able to fix it in a timely fashion. Usually quick service on phones and what not. But any computer issue I would avoid it took them 6 months on a surface pro and it didnt even solve the problem. Replaced screen for 200 but didnt fix totally you had 6 months!

The prices seems reasonable but the work isnt as great. I took my phone to this location and had more problems after picking up than there was when I dropped it off to be fixed. I went with a cracked screen and came out having to use the speaker just to have a conversation and while doing so noticed the screen coming apart from the phone. Along with dots all at the bottom of my phone as well. I wouldnt recommend using them if you want a long lasting working phone.

Very dissatisfied with this business. I took in my iPhone 8 for a broken screen they managed to replace it within 2 hours. However upon receiving my phone back I noticed the screen wiggled in two places, the screen quality is a far inferior level, and it now protrudes from the phone. This creates a far greater opportunity for the glass to be cracked or chipped in the future. When I brought back my phone the next day to raise issue to these things I was treated like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I wish I had gone to apple instead of here.

Monday my wife had a problem getting her iPhone to charge. It was some debris in the charging port. They corrected that and did not charge her. Today I took my phone to them at 10:00 AM to replace a cracked screen. They had it fixed and put it in a new otter box case by 1:30 PM. Very pleased.

They inspected my phone and explained the options without charge. Then, when I decided not to repair it, they still allowed me to download an important video before disconnecting the temporary screen. Theyve also repaired another device for my son and did good work for a good price.Thanks!!

Fast and professional service. I dropped my phone and my sim card slot got stuck and will not open. I tried to open with all sorts of tools, but was unable to do so. I almost sent my phone to Samsung care, but they said it will take 1 week for them to repair plus 70$ standard charge. So before I did that, I gave CPR at high point location a try, guess what? It took 5 mins and it was free of charge. Unbelievable!! I asked them to charge me something, but they said they do not charge for services like this. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Shattered my phone screen and broke my LCD. I dropped it off at 10 am and they had it all fixed by 12! Friendly staff and great service. Highly recommend!

If it were possible to score them lower i would. I brought my iphone in for repairs and they ruined my phone. I have to get it replace and they tried to blame me for it. Never use this place it is the worst staff and service iv ever seen. If you want to keep your phone in one piece never go here

I had my iPhone screen replaced here, the quality of the screen replacement was no good. If you have sunglasses on you cant see the screen, whereas with the original you could. The screen eventually broke without me dropping it or bumping into anything. I Would recommend just sending it to apple.

The quality of the screen for my iPhone was trash and way more expensive then what apple would’ve charged. I dropped my phone thousands of times with the original apple screen. One drop with their screen, It cracked completely down the middle with a protective case.

They fix my crack screen but I still was not able to use my phone. Then they kept trying to charge me extra for stuff that they said was wrong with it. When none of that fixed the issue. Never using their service again. I recommend taking your service somewhere else.

Your better off fixing it yourself. Terrible service and 2 days after my repair it cracked from touching the home button and they offered me 10 dollars off my next repair. 100 dollars to have a phone more cracked and less responsive then when I brought it in.

Great experience. Dropped my phone off Friday and picked it up Monday before 2pm. Also it was under half the price of the cell phone repair shops at the mail.

Got my screen fixed. The next day I set it down and it BROKE. I went back because they said they had a warranty on it but they wouldnt replace my broken screen. Misleading and rude. I strongly recommend not going here.

I had an issue with the battery on one of my older phones a while ago, and the guy let me borrow a charger for a few hours to see if it was an issue with the phone, battery, or charging port. I send people to them all the time and will use them in the future.
