This tech shop, absolutely the worst. It took them over a month and a half to look at my PC tower when originally they told me it would take less than a week. So obviously, I called up multiple times, for many days asking when they would finally get to mine. Each call they told me it would be ready by either the end of the week or the next day, only for me to have to call again for another lie on when it would be done. One phone call, a women told me they had JUST put it on the table only to choke on her words and say theyd get to it tomorrow. At this point I was done, did not want to give this company anymore of my money so I told them I didnt want them to fix it, only diagnose it and simply get what I paid for. So the next day, having to call them AGAIN, we had been informed they fixed it, so Im assuming it wasnt going to cost me anymore and that they were trying to satisfy a very unhappy customer. So when I went up there, it then costs me another 10 dollars in order to get my computer back for fixing it. After CLEAR instructions to not fix it. It took these people a month and a half to reset my ram which took 5 minutes. They even asked me for my computer pin, when the only problem was that it wouldnt connect to the monitor. For what reason does that justify a company to ask for my personal information when the problem did not involve going into my computer. I am highly disappointed with not only there unprofessionalism, customer service, but their lack of initiative to run a good business. I will not ever be coming back here, even if this place turns out to be the cheapest repair. Not worth a month and half of my time.

To say that I recently had my computer sent in here would be exaggerating, as it had been over a month and a half before they got back to me. This was just for diagnostics, which I was initially told was expected to take a week. Once the diagnostics was finished, I took it back and did what they suggested, only to find out that their diagnostics was wrong. For reference, my wifi had been flickering out on the computer, and I was told that a simple reinstallation of Windows 10 would fix it. I did that, and while it did help a few other issues, my wifi did not improve at all. They did not look at the wifi card, which was the actual issue turns out.Overall, it took them much too long to even look at the computer and once they did they werent even correct on the diagnostics.

It was easy and the phone call help me out and it was free. Im planning to reconfigure my daughters laptop to help me with my business, after i buy her a new one.🤔
