I love #TeamCPC! From the Store Manager to team members like Miles ~ they ALWAYS take great care of our printing needs! We are regular customers with a variety of printing needs on a monthly basis and no matter what I throw at this location ~ they produce great quality products!

Absolutely TERRIBLE!!!! If there were a no star option that would more equally represent my ordeals with their print shop. Several times I have had a botched print job experience..several times they didn’t have sufficient supplies to complete the requested job and tried to get me to accept their haphazard efforts that were already days after deadline. I was even asked once to help tend to my own ordered job by counting an entire stack of papers so that the supervisor on hand could help the white customer that came in AFTER me!! Give me what I requested not some alternative you try to persuade me is acceptable due to your lack of foresight in ordering necessary supplies to conduct your business. Why does this Office Depot need an Office Depot? Unacceptable, unprofessional, and ironically in need of business help themselves!

Nice clean store. Went shopping for school supplies. It would have been nice if all of the related items would have been placed together, not just the more expensive brands.

Good place, good people. Not so great customer service at the print center. The gentleman behind the counter left what he was working on (my stuff) to go help someone else. Ended up staying 15 minutes longer than I had planned.

Wonderful Customer Service - always. I had last minute binding I needed done - quite a bit, and they were very helpful in getting this taken care of urgently. This location is always willing to do what they need to to do get the job done in a timely matter.A big thanks to Darlene for her assistance!

If it were not for the staff at the printing center, I would give them a lower score. The fuser in their printer (yes there was only ONE working IN A PRINT STORE) was messed up, so the teal color of my invitations kept coming out faded. I had to leave and start the process over at another location. Quite frustrating. Its almost like pulling up to KFC to be told theyre out of chicken. Its what you do people!

Clean. Not one single person acknowledged me, even when I was standing in line to check out. There was a woman on the phone at the register who looked straight at me without giving me any recognition. Another young lady walked right past the registers, past me, and out to the floor and didnt say anything to me. I was just trying to buy some pens. After standing there for about 5 mins, I left. I guess Ill order the pens on Amazon like everyone else.

Very good and friendly staff. Brian Dietz was very helpful, full of knowledge, and willing to listen and solve issue. Wonderful dealing get with him.

I love this place, always clean and organized, friendly people to help, pretty busy some times but in general a very pleasant experience.

They took way too much time for printing a 12 Page booklet correct.

We had good customer service today. The salesman answered our questions about where things were located in the store .

This place is way too expensive! Even their clearance items are high. I went in there yesterday and we looked at some chairs to put at the computer desk. Well the chairs were made poor and they were so expensive. I have no issue with paying good money for good quality. But I have a problem paying good money for poor quality. So I looked at some post-it notes to write shopping lists on and put on the fridge that were on clearance also, they were $10.00! UMMM NO THANK YOU.

I got an excellent deal on an office chair by ordering online and picking up in store. The staff was friendly and helpful. Sometimes things are rather expensive here, but whenever theyre on sale or on clearance they are really not playing around and you can get some really great deals. I got a whole case of Xerox paper for $10 and I almost always have Logitech products on sale lower than anywhere else in town or online even, including their own website. my recommendation is to check the store before you buy anything off the website because you may be doing yourself a serious disservice. For example the Logitech MX Master anywhere s2 Mouse is over $30 cheaper in store.

Called before I went to see if they could burn a file from a usb to cd and I was told yes. Get there and turns out they dont have that kind of software to do it so they couldnt. Waste of gas but then I asked if they could copy from my usb to another and they said yes so then I purchased another usb to copy from the usb I have so that I can send to someone which is why I needed the cd. I purchased the usb at their store and was still charged to make the copy from one usb to the other. 10.66 for usb and 5.33 for them copying it for me. The receipt said cd/dvd burn so I guess at some point that service was offered. Smh. I feel since i was told they can do it then they couldnt and I bought the usb there that it shouldve been copied for free.

Had almost everything that I needed in stock. Wonderful cashier.

Had to fax and receive something and i was in and out quick.

I wish the store was laid out in a more organized manner.
