We have been going to Optics Eyewear since 1974 when they were originally located on Main Street. Service & selection is wonderful.
Hi let me start off by saying my exp here was nothing less then right on point! Angelia and her staff were very warm and friendly from the time we walked through the door.Very clean she was right on point and took her time to go over and answer and full fill any questions u have not to mention she sat down to show and help us pick out frames and go over other choices for your eye care needs. We have definitely found our home for eye care with Mrs.Angela and look forward to working with her for ourselves and our families needs with any and all of optometry
Really loved my first experience here! I got to ask all the questions I needed to feel comfortable making my first big Eyeware purchase! Will definitely be coming back!
I have been going to optics for years. They are wonderful. They always have interesting and unique frames, and are willing to help you however they can. I would highly recommend them over any place in the Triad. Worth the drive to High Point!
I went in for replacement lenses (regular and sunglasses) based on a new prescription, and they did a horrible job cutting the regular lenses (the corners came out scraped). I had to go back twice to get this fixed because they didnt replace them both on the first return. The right lens needed another update because the original prescription was wrong, and they basically refused to update the bad lens in the sunglasses with lies about how the curvature of sunglasses makes it difficult at my prescription level. They even told me they remeasured them to make sure the prescription was updated, but I later went to a different office that confirmed the right sunglasses lens was still at the old prescription (which I could obviously see based on the quality of vision).I also had to get the right lens in the regular glasses replaced again due to an imperfection in the lens that caused a fuzzy spot. This is a shady establishment all around and I suggest you avoid it.
