I took my kids in for their first eye exam ever and the staff was so gracious. They were very warm and welcoming. They helped my kids to feel at ease and answered all of my questions. My 5 year old was scared but Chelsea and the doctor handled her with care. I definitely will be coming back.

I took my son to the Eyecare Group yesterday to get glasses and I must say by far..the best eyeglass experience ever. The optometrist is usually dry and just clicks the lenses and sends you on your way, but Dr. Daughtry made it a point to introduce himself and was polite and explained how the glasses will feel for the first time to my son. And the office staff..I mean Wow!! Great from coming in the door to going out the door!! This office stands out from all the rest!! Loved it! I will be making an appointment soon and moving my daughter as well!!

Dr.Dougherty is absolutely Amazing. He has excellent manners, very compassionate, very good at explaining/educating his patient. I just Love Him!

Everyone I came into contact with on my recent visit were friendly and professional. My wait time was less than two minutes which is rare at any doctor office. Between the assistant and the doctor they answered all my questions. I was in and out in under 45 minutes. I would highly recommend this office!

Very friendly and competent staff. Ive been going here for 20 years and they have always been reasonably priced (I do not have insurance, so pay out of pocket). Had a complete eye exam yesterday and it was less than $200. More than just vision testing, they test for glaucoma, cataracts, eye health in general. You can get your glasses and contacts from them, too, or just a prescription and then you can buy glasses anywhere. I highly recommend them. Strict Covid 19 protocol, too. 😁

The office staff and the ophthalmic assistant were great. However I was very dissatisfied with the ophthalmologist that worked with my daughter. I left the office with a “maybe accurate” prescription. I was also asked if I would like to be referred to a pediatric ophthalmologist, to which I agreed to. I was later told “we’ll see how the glasses do” knowing the eye exam was not completely finished.

The Eyecare Group has a very friendly staff. My appointment was at the High Point, NC location. I have seen Dr. York for several years and am very happy with her. The service is great!

The Eyecare Group is the best !! Its a shame Dr Daughtry only does eyes. The staff there are awesome and very friendly. Me and my wife were very lucky to find this place 3 yrs ago, and have been coming here with our kids since.

They were fast and efficient and the doctor was just amazing with my 13 year old autistic son. Everyone was patient and kind.

I have always had good experiences there. I feel cared about. Never rushed. Staff makes me feel like they want me there. Dr Daughtry is easy to talk to. He explains what he is doing and he explains why. I think this is absolutely the best eye care practice anywhere.

I rated 4 stars because when I called to make an appointment I was told my exam would be $133.00 but when I looked at my bill it was $155.00. Other than that great staff, short wait time and they really cared about you and how they could help you with your vision!!

They were very friendly. Im not very fond of strangers putting things into my eyes, but they made me feel comfortable. There was no pressure from them to buy more expensive glasses. They also gave me my P. D. Measurement with no hassle.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I was in and out in an hour. I never have to go to the office to order contacts when I run out- i just call or email. Prices are a little high and the waiting room needs a makeover but I go there because of the staff.

Poor patient care, been coming here for years (both my husband and I) and they refused to work me in after I was going to be only a few minutes late for something out of my control, then told I have to wait weeks for another appointment. Were going back to our old eye doc that cares more about patient relationships...they dont care here.

My whole family and I have been going here for several years. We have always had a positive experience. The staff is friendly, the waits are short, and the doctors are knowledgeable and take their time to do thorough exams. They have even worked us in a time or two on the same day for eye emergencies; which are more often than you would imagine with 4 young boys. I highly recommend this practice. Dr. Daughtry and Dr. Becky are the two doctors we have seen.

The eye are group seems to truely care about the health of their patients eyes from the front desk staff to the nurses to the doctors. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Everything went well, until I wanted my prescription put in glasses that I purchased on line, which I have done before they did it with 2 glasses that have now, they said it couldnt be done, still dont understand why even when I told them I would sign and take responsibility if anything happens to them, Im just going to try to find another place that can make this happen for me, but everything else has always been just perfect!!

Staff was very helpful. Patients in their 20s and early 30s, should request Dr. Dunnington, as she is a young new doctor. I’ve found my eye doctor of the future after bouncing from doctor to doctor.

It was well worth the visit. Myself and my 3 children all had our eyes tested. My daughter needed a prescription, even though she had been tested at another location a few weeks previously and was said to be fine. I cannot express the change in her since she got her new glasses and we have Dr. Daughtry and the girls at The Eye Care Group to thank. The choice of frames is excellent and the advice given when choosing was great. The offices are very clean and friendly. I highly recommend The Eye Care Group.

Great staff super efficient

This place is the absolute worst! The customer service is horrible. Rayanna (or however you spell it) is awful! Her customer service skills are horrible, shes so unhelpful and negative! Ive been a patient here for over 17 years and its beyond time for me to find better service and better prices! If you enjoy being valued as a patient/customer then this is NOT the place for you!
