Alright I normally do not leave reviews but I feel that I was so impressed by the service and quality of the this particular storage facility. I have done a lot of traveling and moving of the years using numerous different storage units to help me in my business ventures. Upon arriving I did notice the cleanliness of the facility. Also the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about all my needs and pricing. The interaction I had with the staff was nothing short of amazing she was super nice and answered all my concerns with no problems will definitely be using this facility for my storage needs in the future. If your in the area and need easy storage this place is a must to check out!

I called to inquire about renting a storage container and the young lady that assisted me had the most amazing customer service skills. Sherita is one of the most pleasant and well spoken young ladies I have yet to speak to there. She was very professional, her mannerisms and concerns for what I needed was overly exceptional. I was fortunate enough to have Donna help me when I had problems with setting up my rental agreement. She was SO helpful and patient. She could give lessons on customer service. What an asset to Public Storage.

I recently called about getting a last minute unit and the customer service was amazing. The store is very clean and inviting as well, I will be going back for all my storage needs!

Its not secure as they say. My storage unit was broken into because their cameras dont work in the back. Plus, we found different gaps that a person can slip in and out without being seen. Its not a safe place for your stuff.

Came by to make a payment for my dad. Donna was very pleasant to work with and helpful.

I made a last minute reservation and as I was in route, Julie called me to confirm my reservation. I let her know I was on my way and I could hear the excitement in her voice.When I arrived she was at the door holding it open for me. She was very pleasant and sweet. She showed me how to protect my things while they are there and how to better take advantage of my space by packing the larger things at the bottom and building upward.Great experience, Than You Julie

She called and let me know that my unit was not secured properly, and that she secured it until I could come to do it myself.He phone demeanor was professional .I appreciate the fact that they do a check to make sure each person lock is secure and their things are safe. Facility was clean and service I received was great. Cheryl was very good and explaining the contract. I forgot my title for the camper (needed to store the camper) so she arranged for me to give a copy to a Public Storage that was closer to my home (Greensboro). She said she would drive out and get it vs me having to drive back to High Point.

Very friendly employees. Terry was very kind and able to help me out with anything.Unit was very clean when i rented it. Thumbs up.

Nice, professional staff. Not convinced the climate-controlled units are truly climate controlled since the temperature inside the unit was no different than outside the unit each time Ive gone, but you cant beat the price.

I have a wonderful experience with Public Storage. They are always friendly. And willing to work with you. Brooke has the most wonderful personlity. Easy to talk to. Chris has been very nice every time I come into office. All in all, I would use them again.

This place is very professionally run. The staff there is great! I never had a problem with my storage unit. No moisture or mold issues, and the units are housed behind coded gates. Chris is always a pleasure to work with!

Terri is an awesome manager at this location...she was very kind and walked me through the property..showed me a lot of features...I was simply viewing the property for ideas of spaces soon for my move and she made me feel welcome

If i could take away stars they would owe me a few. A corporate criminal enterprise. A storage company that inflates fees in attempts to proactively hold your belongings in a hostage type situation so they can sell off your locker. All I can say is you better read their fine print. Needing a temporary storage solution, I went with them based on their $1 move in promo. That was a bait and switch. Their move in fees far offset that once I went in. One must buy their locks, buy their in house rental insurance, yada yada etc etc.. So with a loaded truck and a made commitment I paid for my first 3 months up front. Then paid for two more after months after that. When I wished to retrieve my belongings the following month, I got hit with over $600 in more fabricated fees to get my stuff out. Worst experience ever!
