Excellent facility! Staff was amazing! Bobby was very attentive to our concerns and patient with all our questions. I felt comfortable with their facility and it was super clean. The location was another key factor for us. I would highly recommend Save Green!

I had been looking for a storage unit in the area for some time. Other facilities were not helpful or did not respond to repeated calls I had with questions. Bobby was amazing, patient and attentive! I highly recommend working with SaveGreen Self Storage! The world needs more people like Bobby in it!

Poor management that is young and naive.Better hope you dont get a leak in your unit because the manager will lie to the third party insurance company telling them the damage was from standing water but they had no proof have still provided zero proof that it was standing water.I dont know how standing water creates drips on the side of the wall but apparently the facility manager believes that it is dried concrete and not watermarks.I also requested contact info for higher management and was completely ignored numerous times.Beyond unprofessional.

The ladies were Great! They were very accommodating and efficient. Units are very clean and I felt safe. The price was perfect for me. I appreciated they were willing to work with me in regards to a request I made but didnt need after all. I plan on going back soon for a longer term.

I went in to rent a unit and was informed that power equipment with gas could not be stored. Immediately I informed Haley that I did not need the unit because we had riding mowers and a grill. I was informed the transaction was canceled Immediately but my account 10 days later is still charged. I was also told I would not be refunded for a lock I never used. When asked to speak with someone else I was informed that she was as high as it goes and the accountant said it was approved and I should see something in a few days. This is the third time I have been told this but I will post again if no refund. In the future take time and explain what can and cannot be stored before taking the money thats difficult to refund.

Hailey was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was organized and ready for me when I got there. She showed me the unit to ensure it was the size I was envisioning on the website when I reserved it. Then she got the paperwork/ lease and went through it with me and answered all the questions I had. She showed me how to use the lock and then stood with me while I did it to make sure I didn’t have any problems. I was in and out without any frustrations, which I appreciated so much because I’m not in a time in my life where I ever thought I’d have to move in with family and have to store all my things. I appreciated Hailey’s conversation and friendliness as if we already knew each other. I will also mention the price was exceptional too. Some of the other indoor/ temp controlled storage companies I looked at were far more expensive and not as clean and safe feeling.

Its a very nice facility, climate controlled and there are very nice heavy duty carts to use for moving your boxes or pieces of furniture. Very clean throughout.

Hailey, the manager, was extremely helpful, well organized, and knowledgeable. She explained all the processes in detail and efficiently. The facility is new and clean. The only suggestion for improvement is that customers should be able to access their account online to make payments and changes to automatic payment information.

Been renting a spot for about 3 months now. Best storage place I have ever used and it it also the most affordable. From the clean elevators, to the nice carts they provide for moving your stuff to and from your unit. Great concept, very well done! I hope this chain opens more locations all over the place so that wherever I go I can get one. They are extremely convenient.Update: 6 months or so with my stuff in there and I am still seeing 5 star business practices. Carts always available, very clean, not quite as climate controlled as I would have in my home per se, but my things are not getting ruined from excessive temps. They have a system of doing business, a staff that follows it... and it works. No regrets storing my stuff here.

Wow! What a deal! 10x10 for less than $100... for 2 months! 49 per month and this place is top notch. It’s new, there is hardly ever any traffic and the carts(4 of them) are always right by each door.😎🙏🏼 The young lady at the front waited a few minutes after closing to make sure that I got my keys on a friday evening! Kudos to Hailey for going that extra mile. I am ready to rent the unit beside mine just bedside it would free up do much room at home and i feel really safe leaving my belongings in the climate controlled building 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

First time ever using a storage unit. This place is new and VERY clean! My furniture was there for 5 months and it was the exact same as it was the day I put it in storage.
