Great staff here, at least on the weekends. The young man, Keyonata if I remember the nametag correctly, did an outstanding job. I understand company policy is for an employee to hook up trailers to prevent accidents, and I always check behind them as I’ve pulled trailers for years. He hooked up the trailer I rented correctly, and even made sure to check things that most people overlook. When I returned the rental he even remembered what I was renting it for and asked how the job went. Outstanding customer service! This location is 20 minutes further from home than another, but I’ll be coming back here from now on.

I came a day early for a hitch installation and the young man who set my appointment went ahead and did it for me today. I mean who does this. He should be promoted or at least get a raise. He went well above anything I could have expected. Tirease ( forgive me if spelled wrong) proved customer servive is alive and well at the Trinity Avenue location. Thank you Sir.

So me and my girlfriend are movin in together and me and some buddies from work had to move everything from her apartment in Salem Virginia down here, note it’s a 2 hour 30 minute drive both ways; anyways I reserved a truck for this past Thursday; I reserved the truck that says studio to 1 bedroom apartment; I walked in and this guy Tirrece was helpin me, great guy and very down to earth; anyways I got the truck looked in the back and was thinkin “am I gonna be able to fit everything in this small truck?” So I took it to work and kept thinkin about it for the longest time, talked about it with my supervisor and he even said that looks pretty small for what you’re gonna be movin. I told him the site said it’s for a studio to 1 bedroom apartment and he said yea those are just estimates and suggested I better call to see if I could switch out for a bigger size; I called and tirrece said yes I could but that they were closin in 12 minutes; I rushed back and got there with 3-4 minutes till they closed and he was really cool about it and said he understood and switched me to the next truck size up. Needless to say I barely got everything packed in it but everything is all said and done with. Tirrece was awesome for lettin me be able to exchange my truck out especially when they were fixin to close in a couple of minutes and if anybody needs to rent a truck just ask for Tirrece!

Place was double booked, wouldnt let me return to another location nor suggested that they had a program to do so, called me at 1 to tell me to have the truck back before 4 (because again, they double booked themselves) and the manager only offered me a $25 credit. $25 does NOT make up for the inconvenience of having to spend all day Sunday moving things via cars because your employees cut my time short on a truck I paid for. Will NEVER use Uhaul again.

This is a very bad place....I would not recommend renting anything from here. I would give a zero review if I could.....I got a storage space from this loaction around 4pm and told the customer service rep that helped me that I would be back with a 26ft truck around 8pm the same day. My information was taken and I was given a key card. Afterwards the rep showed me where I could park.....well I arrived back at this location at 745pm the same evening and my key card didnt work. I called customer service bc the loaction was closed, 20xtimes and got hung up on or put on hold for 15+mins while NO ONE would help me. I waited for over 2 hrs and I couldnt get any assistance. I had no where I could go with a fully loaded truck at 10pm.I was told to call the GM of thatDuring my 2+hrs there I tried calling/texting the GM and I got no answer.Unfortunately this isnt a place where anyone is professional.Stay clear from here....

Incompetent individuals.. I returned the truck to the designated area a day early and I still was charged a late charge. The manager (Jordan) left a voicemail threatening me saying I’d better return the truck, and then wouldn’t pick up the phone when I attempted to call him back to advise him that the truck was returned. He eventually called me back a day later, and stated that he wouldn’t charge me the quoted amount but extra cause I “ went over 10 miles” . U Haul in high point is horrible. All the staff had to do was walk out and see the truck outside, especially before you charge people late fees, and especially when the truck has already been returned! I do understand mistakes occur, but this was just a very horrible experience and I strongly advise anyone in the area of high point not to use uhaul services because they’re incompetent and very unprofessional.

I am a regular customer for our business at this location and we have always had great service.. Marie used to be the manager and she always went on and beyond to help us with our needs. Latoya, Shane, and Tirece were also very nice. already knew us and flew right thru with the contract, every time. they just recently changed added on to their staff, but everyone still always very nice and helpful.

I brought my rental back only 20 min late and I was charged for a second rental period. Total rip off. The check out staff had me drive the trailer back to the end of the lot and then I waited 20 minutes because one of the staff was in training and did not know what he was doing. The staff did not tell me I was being charged for 2 periods. I only found out when my receipt was e-mailed to me.

Manager is awesome and the staff is friendly. Location is right on the highway so you can get in and out quickly. They always have what I need at the last minute

This service was absolutely terrible. I have no idea why Im giving out thousands of dollars to UHaul when I got ZERO communication from the beginning to the end. The amount of times I had to call, be put on hold, and transferred multiple times just to get someone to tell me where my boxes were was unacceptable. My boxes in High Point NC came in late. The driver (Brandy?) was supposed to call me, and she didnt. On your company logs it said she called, texted and emailed. I received no such communication. She also picked up the boxes late, and then later that day I got an email saying my boxes would arrive in my destination of Denver TWO DAYS LATER than I signed up for. When I called about that, all I was told is someone changed the date for the order with no explanation in the system. Absolutely unacceptable. You need a better method of tracking deliveries. I got NO NOTIFICATION when my boxes arrived in Denver, forcing me to scramble to pick them up a day later. Not to mention the Moving Help you post on the website when signing up is a complete scam. I paid $160 for Moving Help, under the impression this means movers will unpack boxes from the UBox and move them into my apartment. World Class Movers in Denver told me when they arrived itll cost me $70 per box to unload. Regardless of that being a third party company, its a deceptive practice by UHaul to charge customers extra to bring in movers to help, when the customer gets scammed out of the full service. Theres no accountability here for poor service, and thats just sad. You better believe I will be telling everyone I know that this service is Grade A Garbage.
