I cannot be more satisfied with this small family owned dealership ! I’ve recommended ppl to this place for their first vehicles, and every time my friends/ family have been satisfied. This time it was my turn. And I swear this place deserves every blessing and successful venture they decide to endure. I didn’t get an upgraded vehicle I went from a 2014 to 2008 but for me it was an upgrade with brand new affordable payment.CANT BEAT THAT!I always recommend people to be HONEST. AND THIS PLACE just gives you that comfort to work with your every need and will be honest about what u can get for your income to debt ratio ! love love love ! If I could give them negative stars I would. These people are scam artists. They sold a car that was a lemon and wouldn’t give the money back!! Don’t ever go here and I would not recommend anyone to waste their time and money here. They are not trust worthy and honest people.I’m pretty sure most of the good reviews are fake.

Love this place!! We bought a used car here last October and everything went as smooth as silk! We purchased the extended warranty (of course!) Just ran into an issue with it but Steve and his service team took care of us without a problem!! We sent our son back for his car and we will be return customers again!

I have been a A customer at FBN for 30 years they have always treated us like family we purchased a van oh back in the day when I needed one and I had two teenage boys and their feet wouldn’t fit in a little car anymore than we purchased my sons first car oh my Lord it was a beautiful blue convertible and he loved it and he had it for a long time until he bought his own new vehicle.So the other day my husband and I went there and looked at a beautiful red Rav 4 2014 and I had to have it and they got the financing for us and we were so happy and if you need a good place to get a car I recommend FBN Auto have a great night Joanne

Note that while the business hides behind its 40+ years in business, almost all of the reviews here are recent (less than two years old). Odd.This is the only negative review that I have on any business. If you get a car from this dealership that you are happy with it is pure luck. Real good place to buy a car. My son will be getting his drivers license soon and I will be buying my 2nd car from them real soon. You have to keep an eye on their inventory moves very quickly. They have a loyal customer base.so 4 months later I purchased a 2nd car it was to be for my son but I got this one for me. The car is really great. I will never go to another car dealer again. The dealership is great Pat and Jeff are awesome. A real good friend of mine who was also my Mechanic who just retired told me they were honest and a good place to go. He was right. Service is also fantastic, Steve and his crew get the job done. I am getting new tires from them and they will be doing my service from now on.January 2021 Bought my third car from them and it’s awesome, the only problem is ever time I drive by the place there is a car I want to get. I have used their service center for oil changes and other maintenance and it’s really grate. Steve in service get you in and out. If you are looking for a car or need service go see them.

I had a great experience with the sales team. And for sure thought the car I got was going to last me. Unfortunately my experience went down hill really fast. When purchasing my car I was under “warranty” for 3 months. I brought my car to their shop 3 times in those 3 months. I heard a noise near my tire so automatically I assumed it was the breaks. I took the car to the shop and asked them to do a check to see if there was any underlying issues causing that noise and they told me it was fine and nothing was wrong. That it was possibly a small rock lodged in my breaks that would fall out. Turns out when I purchased the car the wheel bearings were on their way out. I’ve spent close to $6000 on this car. On top of almost $2000 within the last couple months replacing issues that could have been resolved if they checked more closely. None the less after getting my car back from the shop the tire light went on. I went back and they sent me over to freedman tires and the estimated repair cost was slightly over $400. I gave up going to their shops and accepted the loss on buying this car. It’s so unfair that all my repairs were paid for out of my own pocket when the warranty could have easily covered the issues if they just looked closely !!! All these repairs happened in less then 9 months after getting my car

I was in the market for a winter car and it took Jeff all of about 7 days to find something that fit the bill perfectly: low miles - 4WD - reliable - well maintained. Purchased 2 vehicles about 4 yrs apart. First experience was a little rough. They let me drive the vehicle to my mechanic. A few things needed repairing so they repaired some and we negotiated a fair price after that. I took the vehicle back for a few minor repairs a week later they were good with repairing that as well. After that everything was cool. My 2nd vehicle purchase was excellent, right on the money. There was no negotiating. However they did take $1000 off the price tag because I was a returning customer. I didnt even have to ask. Jeff also did me a huge favor which I wont forget. No problems with the 2nd vehicle. I just paid off that vehicle with Thrift Investment. Jeff and Pat did right by me Id definitely go back. Good Guys with good vehicles.

This dealership, and specifically Jeff Kass, the Sales Manager were recommended to me by two co-workers who have purchased there themselves, Ron Simunek and Jon Bouchard. I, unfortunately, went somewhere else first (a big highway dealership) to look at a specific car, and was predictably mis-treated. I called Jeff with some basic questions and went in to see him the next day. He could not have been nicer, or more accommodating. It immediately felt so different than the high-pressure, B.S.- filled atmosphere of your typical used car dealership. It was relaxed, we found a car in my sons price range, took it for a test drive, discussed financing options, and Jeff held the car for us for a day or two while we went over the details. Jeff was able to answer all our questions and did not try to pressure us into any upgrades, warranties or hidden costs/fees that are sprung on you at the last moment. I will always go to FBN first in the future and skip the misery of highway (robbery) dealers! Thank you so much Jeff!
