This was my easiest and fastest vehicle purchase. Everyone from the owner to the porter that changed out my plates was friendly and informative. Excellent explanation of leasing vs. buying programs...showed all available incentives...went through the process of my trade. All great. Then Jason took me through a complete demo of everything on the dashboard. Finance was a pleasure no pressure for any add-ons. If you are considering a Hyundai or Genesis I highly recommend Gregory.

I was given quotes for both finance and leasing options, as I was not sure of which I would like to pursue. They were very knowledgeable about the current deals, and offered me different options based off of what features I needed, and my desired monthly payment.

Let me be clear I never leave bad reviews. This is the first on Ive ever written.I purchased a 2003 Chevy Tahoe less than 10 days ago. I understand cosmetic and non essential components are unreasonable to ask be repaired for a 17 year old vehicle. However it has only 92000 miles on the odometer.But not having driven it for even 50 miles off the lot I began to have misfires and rattling in the engine.Taking it to a trusted mechanic I was told it had significant fuel leak (which is the #1 cause of car fires) and a bad tensioner.I was told that cars are guaranteed to be safe coming off the lot and this seems like a huge oversight.When calling the dealership I was first told by the GM that we would want to wait at least 45 days to file a claim with the warranty company to imply the damage was done after purchase (which is not true and technically insurance fraud) when calling again and explaining it he backtracked and said that it wouldnt be covered anyway not being a powertrain component.Still falling under IL implied warranty I tried appealing to him to fix the car and save me an $1000 repair for a car bought, again, less than 10 days ago.Still not budging he offered a trade in which seems like a waste having already invested in numerous repairs already (ie brakes, side mirror oil change pulleys ect) or to pay for only half the repairs at their dealership at their price and on their own time.Johnathan Medez was excellent in sales. Very nice guy and Im sure was unaware of the problems as he deferred to the mechanic for those questions.This isnt some crazy guy making a bad review for no reason. I hate those people.This just an honest assessment of what happened and Ill be happy to edit this if they fufill their obligation to a customer.
