Just want to say i am very pleased with your service. Kyle was very quick to respond to every email i sent. He gave me a reasonable price when nagotiating with out an arm wrestle first. The van shipping was affordable and came in just as described and very clean. Would buy again if i was in the market for another vehicle
Great experience, do yourself a favor and go see the folks here, super fast closing in and out in 15 minutes great value $ and quality AAA+++++ 2015 Ford Fusion Rick from Wisconsin !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Best experience I have ever had buying a car! I was in and out of there including filling out all the paperwork and tax forms etc within an hour! No BS no high pressure, something wasnt working, so he discounted the car without our even having to ask! Great service and communication, just an outstanding experience! I will definitely be returning!
The best of used trucks & cars. Extremely satisfied with the speed of the sales transaction. In the office for less than 20 minutes.
Very easy to deal with and friendly. Not high pressure. One of the most pleasant car buying experiences that we have had.
Im very happy with my new truck and Quality Auto Sales. Thanks to all who helped out.
I was a little intimidated buying my first car (without my dads expertise), but the team here was so straightforward, helpful, and nice. There was no sales pressure at all, and the entire process took about half an hour. Could not recommend them more highly!
I bought a 2014 Smart Electric last week from Quality Auto. Jim is a great guy to do business with. The car is exactly as described, he was very friendly on the phone, and the whole deal went as smooth as silk. He arranged shipping at a great price, and the car got here earlier than expected. Its on the road now, and I love my new car! Thanks Jim!
If you prefer high mileage, nice looking reasonably priced vehicles this is the place to go. I was looking for a higher mileage well maintained crew cab 8 foot box truck for a reasonable price and found exactly what I was looking for. Make sure you understand what is involved with a high mileage vehicle before you purchase, ask questions about history ( they will provide answers), and ensure you are comfortable with what you have found before signing. Then no one will be disappointed.
Was very well pleased with the entire transaction. This was my first time buying a vehicle on line, and though at times, it seeemed to go slowly, it was a great deal and excellent value for the truck I bought. Jim was knowlegdeable and even helped me sell my old vehicle. Troy Webb
We were a little reluctant to purchase a vehicle sight unseen and completely over the internet. However, after we spoke with Jim, he guided us through the process and sent us all the information that we requested including carfax and additional photos. Really a no hassle process and rest assured it is a legit business with decent vehicles at reasonable prices. The particular vehicle we purchased was RUST FREE from Texas, that any other dealer in our area would want a small fortune for. The mileage was high for the year (as expected with a fleet vehicle), but maintenance records were provided in the carfax report from the salesman Jim. Havent had any regrets on purchasing from them, and weve had the vehicle for 5 months now with zero problems. Pleasure to do business with them, and will buy from them again when Im due for newer truck.
Got a Smart Car here. Like new, great price. The owner got involved and was very fair and honest with me. Honest car dealership? Yup.
Excellent service, excellent vehicle. I purchased a one-year old Toyota Sienna from Quality Auto and was thrilled with the van and the service. The car was in like-new condition with low miles. Honest, friendly salespeople helped me to save about 50% on the van compared with new. Van was still in warranty, and I had time to put it through its paces before I would have been on the hook for any repairs. None were needed. 60,000 miles later, the van still runs like new. I will go back to Quality Auto any time I need a new car in the future.
Great, friendly service!! I love my new car and it came at a fantastic price. They were super helpful and accommodating. Even gave me advice on how to get the best price for my old car! Will definitely recommend them to anyone I know looking for a car!
Simply amazed. The Chevy Volt was exactly as described, great price with the lowest shipping cost I saw anywhere wanting a 3 to 7 day wait. Jim had me next day air my check to him on Monday for the car and shipping. Tuesday he had the car on an enclosed transport trailer that delivered it to my house in Cleveland before FedEx delivered the paperwork on Wednesday. My wife really loved her new car and I would not hesitate to do business with these folks again. Jim really knows what hes doing and he definitely does deliver. Happy New Year Everybody!
I purchased a Toyota from them last month and was very happy with the entire process. I got a quality Tundra at a great price, shipped to me, with no issues, in a timely manner. Excellent service all around, I would purchase from them again.

Real nice guys here. I picked up a Smart Car for a reasonable price. Owner seems like a straight shooter to me.
Im a long-time customer of Quality Auto, having first purchased a Prius a few years back from them. Incredible deal on a great car. The Quality Auto team was an absolute pleasure to work with, very patient and extremely knowledgeable. I have since sent several friends to Quality Auto and none have regretted their purchases. When it comes time to buy my next car, you can be certain that Quality Auto will be my first stop.
Jeremy goes above and beyond to serve and help you. I bought a truck and he sent me some fenders for another truck that I own. Great guy, and is always upfront.Would use him again in a second.
Fantastic service from someone I can trust. Its hard to find a car guy out there whos honest and with Quality Auto Sales its honesty all the way. Have any questions about your car give them a call and they can surely help.
Bought my 528i BMW from Quality Auto and love it. Its been a great car and the experience with Quality Auto was fantastic! Honest dealership with fair pricing!
I saw a listing of theirs where they tried to hide an accident on a car. They put pictures of the car fax up avoiding the topmost part of the car fax. Proceeded to claim the report was great. Dishonest con artist. The eBay account claims they ship dozens of cars every week. simple research shows its more like 10 cars every 6 months. Talk like giant retail dealers but do business like the flea market.
We recently purchased a 2006 F250 truck from this deaer. While driving it home, the check engine light and the ABS light came on. Also the windshield wipers did NOT work (motor turned, but wipers didnt move). Two days later we realized that there was no coolant in the engine, and finally the rear differential on the truck completely fell apart causing us to have to tow the truck home. The dealer is refusing to take back the truck, and is not returning phone calls or emails. Were meeting with our JAG attorneys tomorrow. Under no circumstances buy from this dealer.UPDATE: We ended up fixing the rear differential and the windshield wipers for a grand total of $3800, and now weve discovered that the head gasket in the engine is totally shot which has caused coolant to mix with the engine oil (major white smoke coming out of the tailpipe). Our great-deal-$8700-truck is turning into a $15,000 truck very quickly. Save yourself the trouble and buy the $15,000 truck to begin with. I would definitely NOT buy from this dealer again or recommend it to anyone.
I bought this car on eBay, and I must admit I was fairly nervous doing this transaction without ever visiting the dealership. But in the end they delivered on everything they said they would, there were no hidden charges or fees and the car came out AWESOME!! They are a Carfax Authorized dealership too! On top of all of this I saved around $5000 versus my local dealership.
Dont ever buy from these guys. They lie straight through their teeth. Any reputable and descent person would be reasonable after being caught in a lie. Not these people. Stay away from this stealership as they will give you nothing but headaches. Dont let their nice demeanor fool you.
Great guys and great looking trucks!
I bought two identical 2013 VW Jetta TDI Sportwagons that were listed on eBay (189K and 205K miles)This was the easiest car purchase Ive ever done. In 25 years of buying cars. The cars are just as described and better than expected. The price was great, shipping was fast and cheap... The whole process was better than Id hoped.Overall a great buying experience and Id definitely recommend Jim and Quality Auto Sales to my friends and family.
These folks are great, they had a chevy volt I thought would be goodfor us, good price, arranged transport, wired amount to them on a saturdayafter a phone call, delivered to me 500 miles away on a thursday asplanned, in the condition described. no issues with the sale or thedelivery and performance of the vehicle. would reccommend them toanyone
**IMPORTANT!!! READ this review before you head to see any of their cars. Itll save you time and money. This family is full of liars. Especially the brother (Jim) that runs the dealership. They simply dont know about their cars. Apparently, They have sold 44 chevy volts but fail to understand the engine alone cannot power the car. They have high mileage cars and used the whole once the battery dies, you always have the engine tactic to try to sell a chevy volt. The engine is just a range extender and charges the battery to provide power to the motors. Come on Jim, you sold 44 volts and didnt know that? Here is my expierince with them apart from the first lie^^. I have a 2009 Honda accord EX-L v6 (Fully loaded white exterior, tan leather interior with navi) . The car is in pristine condition inside/out. At this point in time, not a single dealership is selling these cars for anything under 11k. I drive on over to quality auto, to find out its a run down gas station with roughly 12 cars for sale. I walk in to the office and give them my license so they can photo copy it before a test drive. Jim gives it to his mom and thinks its comical that she didnt know how to use the photo scanner. Its obvious shes a little uneasy about this. moving on, I go to the car and walk around it. It has damage on the rear bumper and rock chips all over the hood. Jim still proceeds to tell me its in excellent condition. The test drive goes smoothly and I walk in to the office to talk prices. They offer me 8500k for my car. Which I thought was a fair trade in value. The price on the chevy volt was 10k so I was going to pay roughly 2k in difference. Jim proceeds to tell me absolutely no one wants to buy Hondas. At this point, Im wondering if hes in his senses. They have a great reputation regarding quality and reliability and people pick them up from lots on a daily basis. I swap out my cars frequently and assist others with car purchases. I absolutely follow all aspects of cars and have a fair understanding on which cars will sell and which wont. At this point, Im a little questionable about this dealership. Is this really a dealership they are operating? On a side note, they researched the location of where I bought my honda from and started bickering about how their salesman dress nicely and dont wear ripped jeans and shoes of eBay. They took it far enough to say the those salesman also had small _________(male organ). Some very questionable stuff to say. At this point, I just wanted the car and wanted to leave. They said come back tomorrow with title and keys and we can make a deal.........Later that day, jim informs me he took the car to the chevy dealership for a safety recall. He says he will give me a call in a few days when its ready. I dont hear back from him. So I call him again, he proceeds to tell me the car is still getting fixed 5 days later. I call the chevy dealer, and he politely tells me the quality autos chevy volt was picked up days ago. So I call jim again. I ask him what kind of repairs the chevy volt was getting done. At this point, Jim is stuttering and makes up something about a rear trunk strut recall. I ask him why I just drove by his dealership and saw a blue chevy volt in the lot. He gets a little uneasy and asks me if Ive ever seen a dealership have two of the same cars. Jim has 12 cars on his lot, and handles my questions like a middle schooler lying to his mom. So I ask him to clarify why the lake bluff chevy dealership told me the volt has been picked up. He stutters again and says, let me call you back in 2 minutes. 15 minutes later, jim makes his little brother call me with a tough posture to say theyre not interested in the trade in. So Im wondering why he wasnt straight forward about this in person. Took in instant to figure this out. Jim puts his cars up on eBay. This chevy volt has been sitting on his lot for 3 months like the other 11 cars. He has had to put up numerous eBay auctions while significantly lowering his price on the volt. Jim was trying to keep me as a back up plan.
Great Company, 2nd truck purchased from them, couldnt ask for a better experience!
Excellent attention 👌👍👌👍
