Employees were unfriendly. my blizzard was not full, and the dipped cone was the saddest dipped cone I have ever seen. one employee had his entire hand wrapped around the cone when handing it to me. mens bathroom has been out of order for months. womens has no paper towel dispenser/air dryer, no soap dispenser, and was overall gross. employee made us get masks when his was under his nose the entire time AND said nothing when a women was using her shirt as a mask. worst dairy queen ever

When its time for ice cream, this is a busy DQ. The service is good, usually plenty of people to take care of orders.

Great soft serve but the hotdogs are bit iffy.

Ordered a cake for Saturday. The writing was awful as well as the sides were completely coming off. When we went to serve it the chocolate separated from the vanilla. I called yesterday and left a message for the manager with no response. I called back today and was told that This has never happened Ill give you 25% off your next purchase. I said no thanks. She said 50% I again said no thanks. I will go back to the Northbrook location!!!

Got us in and out quickly. Pretty good ice cream. Staff didnt really know what was on some mixes, which is strange. Wonder woman special mix is pretty darn good though.

Just picked up a birthday cake here today. The girl working at the cash register was very rude, she basically threw my credit card back at me.

I wouldnt do the food, its strictly a swirl cone for me. Sometimes, the swirl gives my wife and I a bit of IBS. Its happened a few times. Cant be sure. Hopefully, it never bothers you. Try DQ in a plastic cup with fudge on bottom, middle, and top.
