Had a very good experience with this facility. Personnel was accommodating and very helpful. Clean and well looked after facility. Would recommend this to anyone. Only drawback to storing stuff these days rates are very high everywhere and hard to find a better pricing. It goes with the demand.

Extra Space Storage behind Wendys in Highland has been my choice for storing some extra personal items for approximately 6 months. I am taking my belongings out of storage now but I felt very comfortable and safe under their care. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel that you are important to them. I will be sure to return here when I need their services again.

Just want to share that my experience that extra space is always been that of exceptional professionalism and courtesy is beyond expectation I’ve never called in not been picked up on the first couple rings if I have something that is bothering me they help fix it even to the point is if it’s my fault and I’m not able to make a payment then sure that I have extra time even though it might not always be policy to them helping our customers more important and they always seem to help me out when it’s needed I’ve been Late on more than a couple occasions and they have never treated me differently or question my abilityTo pay or anything like that they’ve treated me like I’ve paid every payment on time every time even though that’s not always the case so I really really appreciate that and the love is felt there especially Lydia/LindaI put the slash because I seem to get her name wrong a lot but she doesn’t seem to mind or find it offensive who has always help me with everything that I need over there and she has always make sure to call me if something doesn’t seem right on my end I actually had made an overpayment of almost $1000 and she was quick to let me know that he didn’t seem right even though it was money in their pocket it wasn’t something she felt right with

Have a u it with them and now looking elsewhere my rent has tremendously gone up starting when we got the unit at 64 dollars now we are paying over150$ for the same small unit.. ridiculous

I have recently vacated 2 Extra Space environmentally controlled storage units In opposite sides of the country, to consolidate into a single unit. I had the units for well over a year, closer to 2 years. Both facilities are very well managed, and everything about the facilities is in top shape. Get this.... after vacating the units I used a broom to sweep them out. After sweeping, there was nothing there to sweep into a dust pan! These units were that clean! They must have excellent air filtration systems.If you need secure, clean, well managed storage space, check with an Extra Space facility near you. You will be pleased.

I havent been here long enough to have a 5 star impression, but they come close. Clean and honest. I am having a smooth beginning of renting. Glad i could make extra space storage my first rental experience during my moving transition.

Me and my family were so fortunate to have found this location. We actually went to KFC across the street to eat lunch and started googling “storage facilities near me” since this was on our things to do list due to our move into the area from palm desert . when low and behold the big green extra space sign was staring right at us, it was like meant to be. . after we finished our lunch we went over to facility where we were greeted by lynda, a true professional. She had her mask on and offered us hand sanitizer, she followed all CDC guidelines while at the same time showing us units and locking us into a great deal. We are very grateful that we got to deal with a great company and a person that knows her job very well

One of the best storage facilities in the area. Unexpectedly having to move back from North Carolina and with time constraints I needed a big storage unit, and fast. I was referred by family and friends in the area and told that this location was the best due to the knowledgeable, friendly staff. The place is nice and super clean. Lynda was very helpful and professional. She made the whole process very smooth. Even when our moving plans changed, the next day and I no longer needed to rent the space, she was very understanding. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is due to the length of time it’s going to take them to return the money I paid. I was explained, they were unable to refund me the money back to my card since they are not refunding me a $24.00 administration fee they charged and will be mailing me a check for the remainder that will take 3-4 weeks for me to receive.

Loved the customer service that was given from the time I walked into the front door to the time I left. Love how clean the place is and the unit just needed a 5x5 and they have the best price that was able to find any where and better then the cubesmart unit I was paying for with better service as well. Was able to get automatic payments set up so I dont have to worry about forgetting to make a payment or becoming late on a payment if I could rate more then 5 for them I would in a heart beat

I rented here prior to Extra Space taking over and I have to say that everything has changed for the better...the facility/property is extremely clean (inside & out,) climate controlled units really are, climate controlled, extended gate hours are such a plus (access up until 10 pm,) and the customer service provided here is the best Ive received from just about anywhere, in a very long time. A few times Ive fallen behind on my rent to the point where my unit was close to being auctioned off but, I managed to avoid it thanks to the awesome manager, Fausto. As long as I kept him informed as to what my intentions were (as far as paying or not paying, my back rent,) he was more than willing to work with me. He really does care about his tenants...(something you almost never see, where storage facilities are concerned.)

Been at this location for year the manager has always kept the property clean and damage free while always working hard to keep it organized, the manager ms.linda has been her for years and shes a great human being, like seriously the nicest most respectful towards all customers and renters shes always got a smile on her face even on the hottest days, this is also the nicest storage place Ive rented and I rented through dozens of comapnys none compare to this one
