The man at the desk is so wonderful. He is helpful, friendly and very understanding especially with me that I lose stuff all the time ... Go here and get a storage I promise you the best service and cleanest environment..

People are very nice. I rent 5 by 7 unit then I upgraded to 5 by 10 unit. The storage is near freeways like a minute. 👍👍👍

I had to rent during covid to decontaminate used toys I was to give to needy families. Well over a year now 2 managers both have been great. I do however not like that I have had 2 increases in rent and due to my financial situation is so tight I will have to move sell or donate it all this month. God knoes

Every time I come here I have an amazing experience David is ridiculously helpful. He keeps the place extra clean everything always works and best of all I always feel safe I don’t feel like there’s any type of shady characters or shady dealings going on!

The price is right, the only thing I dont like about it is Im on the second floor and the lifts dont work I cant store the things I want to store there is no way I can get them up their. So thats why I only gave a 3 the service was good friendly helpful. I just hope I dont get broken into like these other reviews say.

Love this place! David and Monique are so helpful and kind. They made moving much less stressful and it gives me peace of mind for all my items being stored there.

Man when I first started renting here I had no problems. Now when I went to take out a few things in storage I find dead mice and a large rat dead half way in my storage. What is going on here. I throw through most of my stuff away. I dont understand how you keep going up on rent but dont take care of your rodents problems.

They lied about the month rent and they up your rent every 4 months every locker looks like its been brooken in to not a safe place to store your stuff

So far so good . Thats after 2 years of storing here . My items have been safe and Ive been without worry of being burglarized again . Office attendants are very nice . The price is fairly priced .

The worst customer service ever. The guy at the reception started yelling at me for no reason. If you have a bad day its better to ask for a day off or just control yourself. You do not yell at customers because they are bringing business to you!!!The place looks very clean and nice but this guy at reception made me give this review. This is the first time i gave a bad review.

The manger and staff are great and very helpful. Too bad the manager doesnt have a business cell phone because its hard to use the main phone line to pay it get through. The company needs to get a better phone system. Lots of times you cant pay on line or by phone.

I looked all over Midland for a safe, secure and GREAT rate and I found it here at SecurCare Self Storage. The staff were EXTREMELY friendly, very helpful and went out of their way to make me feel like I was their #1 customer. If you are looking for a great storage facility at a reasonable rate with an experience that is PHENOMENAL then look no further.

Place is clean and they walk through checking locks and there polite even if your a little late on the payment

Cheap prices,good service but the access to the upstairs units was pretty lame. Ramps in the hallway that are very hard to get over without dumping your things.If u get an upstairs unit,It will be a workout,so be ready. Went back to get a second unit and I arrived at 5:45 after fighting 2 hours of traffic for them to say they couldnt take cash because they already counted out the drawer. Open till 6 means you count the cash drawer at 6! This was not very professional and they couldnt of cared less. Not sure if ill ever use them again or recommend them to any of my friends,but well see.

Management is really Honest and up front with you...thorough in explaining the code and gate system...good job...!!!

I feel like I got Bate and switched with fees that was not made known up front.

Very deceptive advertising 1st month free. By the time I was done signing up it cost $33 for set up fees and insurance I did not want. I have had several storage units through the years and none of them made me have insurance. The office guy Aaron wasnt very friendly either. Would not recommend!

Polite staff. Great customer service will work with you if youre behind on payment. The elevator needs to be serviced other than that. Its okay to store at.

WARNING!!!! I have had my 2 units BROKEN INTO 3 times this year!!! BREAKINS OF OTHER UNITS ALL THE TIME!! They don’t change their locks until after units are robed.I’ve been a Property Manager for 40 years & wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Their plush ads are FALSE...

Management sucks. Very rude to me and my mother. If you don’t like your job you shouldn’t work there. Had rats in my storage and all they wanted to do was put stickey traps in my storage. Almost half of my stuff got chewed up. I should have known what would happen using a storage in this area. Had to throw 3/4 of my stuff away. Including nice fruniture because of rat pee. So gross. Thanks anyways

I have been a customer for quite awhile. I have been experiencing some hard times mother, passed away(cancer), brother (heart) and the day before auction my wallet came up missing Im homeless because my disability was cut and about to move soon. I asked for my photos and received no assistance. Everything that my mother and I worked for not to mention the heirlooms of my father who I lost at age two. I really have no one but my children(grown and gone) and I couldnt get my family memories. Im truly devastated by the lack of interest in my loss. I still dont have my id and whoever took my wallet has put me in a position where I cant even get to my finances. I hope something good happens soon all I have left is my breath.. #broken #lost #onlychild

Made a reservation. At that time was not told that the unit was upstairs. Loaded the truck and went to SecurCare and after waiting 10 minutes for the employee to come to the office to help us, he looked up our reservation and with a fake Oh Im so sorry but we only have an upstairs unit in the size you requested. He told us that they have our size at their sister site down the street but when we got there they did not have the size we needed they had the next size down. It will work for now but not staying there very long.

My husband sat there for 2 hours waiting on them to open because the lift was stuck then i sat there for over an hour with a 1 year old the same day with the same issue. staff knew the lift was broken but did not inform us. then csr told me i could not park in the handicap even though i had a plackard. its impossible to get in and out of it being on a main street near the freeway entrence. it is small and hard to get around if you have a large automobile and who dosent when they are taking stuff to storage. only pro was the price was the lowest

I hate to give a lower review cause the staff was so nice to me, however I got all my things out of storage here and almost everything had mice poop all over it I had to throw away so much and I only put my things in storage so I didnt have to do that :/.

The pavement is lopsided and hard to move your things. The storage itself needs maintenance, water gets in from the rain from bad seals.
